I’ve just relocated back to AUS after a stint overseas, and keen to settle in Annandale/ surrounds. I’m 28, work as a film & TV professional full time- have my family & friends all in the area and looking for a professional housemate who has a similar vibe.

I love a good dinner party, bit of music at appropriate hours, and some running & swimming in the mix.

I’ve clocked a great pad im hoping to apply for- it’s solar + battery, recently Reno’d & has a jazzy rainwater tank. It’s fully furnished (sans one bed) with some reallyyyy nice bits… a wine fridge?!

It’s not on the cheaper side of things ($1200pw total)- so looking for a professional single or a couple who can make it work! It’s a really beautiful home- and I love the area with cafes & parks- whilst still being close to Newtown and all the good things.

I’m welcoming a little puppy named Buzz in late October- he’s going to be well trained and entirely my responsibility- but I’m hoping a baby dog is a draw card for the right person! He will be coming to work with me every day- and 8 weeks old when I pick him up!
