🏠 Room wanted – Queanbeyan / Canberra

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m looking for a private room in Queanbeyan or surrounding areas, as I’m starting a full-time job just outside Canberra this Monday.

💰 Budget: up to $300/week including bills, although cheaper would be ideal.

🛏️ Ideally looking for a private room in a shared house/apartment.

A bit about me:

🇨🇱 I’m Chilean, 29 years old and a qualified Industrial Engineer.

🏋️ I’m very active and enjoy gym, running, surfing, tennis and snowboarding in winter.

💼 I’ll be working full-time, so I’ll be out of the house quite a lot during the week.

🏠 I’ve lived in shared houses several times and I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going. I’m also respectful of shared spaces and house rules.

I’m looking for a place where I can stay for the longer term if it’s a good fit.
