Hi everyone! My name is Sarah, I am an 18-year-old girl from France arriving in Sydney on October 5th on a Working Holiday Visa. I will be working casual day shifts in retail around Bondi Junction, so I am looking for a beautiful place to call home for the next 4 months.

MY LIFESTYLE
I love living a healthy, active, and balanced lifestyle. My ideal days include morning Pilates or beach walks, enjoying a hot matcha latte, catching the sunset, and reading. I am an independent, tidy, and highly organized person who respects everyone’s space and privacy. I am quite social and always up for a friendly chat or a shared coffee, but I also deeply value my quiet alone time to recharge in my own space. I don't smoke and I don't party at home.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR
I am strictly looking for a private room with my own private bathroom, access to a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. I want to live in a clean, positive, and well-maintained environment. My preferred locations are Bondi, Bondi Junction, Surry Hills, or Paddington, with a maximum budget of $415/week (inc. bills).
