Hi, I’m Dominic. I work full time and have a pretty settled, easy going lifestyle. During the week I’m usually focused on work, and outside of that I enjoy cooking, keeping active, finding a good cafe and having a quiet weekend every now and then.
I’m clean and considerate at home, but definitely not obsessive about it. I just clean up after myself, respect other people’s privacy and like keeping shared spaces comfortable for everyone. I’m friendly and always up for a coffee, dinner or a chat with housemates, but I’m also quite happy doing my own thing.
I’m currently looking for a comfortable place in Sydney and would ideally like to stay long term if it feels right.
I’m fairly flexible with the type of place. A good share house would suit me, but I’d also consider renting a whole property. I may even take two rooms if available, as I’d like to use the second as a quiet reading/meditation space for now. My daughter may also be coming to Sydney for her studies in the future, which is why I’m keeping an open mind about a larger place.
