Hi! My name is Talvi and I'm looking for a room for myself, for a stay of 6 months or more. I'm 33 and I work for a small business making custom curtains and blinds. Currently I'm living in Homebush West, where I've been renting for about 1.5 years now with a couple who are moving overseas in a few weeks time. The most important thing for me is having a home where I feel safe and able to be myself. I'm a trans woman, and an LGBT inclusive household is a must. A quiet and relaxed household is what I'm seeking, without constant parties or loud friends over every night etc. I'm a pretty friendly and gentle person, but sometimes a bit shy with new people to begin with. I'm happy to chat away with housemates, or just do my own thing. I like to keep my living space clean and tidy, and shared areas in the same condition. I'm a bit of a geek and enjoy computers and gaming - but I'm quiet and always enjoy these with headphones! On work nights I'm pretty chilled, and weekends I'm often out with friends - I'm also open to sharing a meal and a drink with housemates too. For inspections I can make evenings from Monday to Thursday after I finish work, or anytime of the day or evening on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If we met for an inspection and found things agreeable, I'm also prepared to quickly sign up and transfer a bond and advance rent as required. My preferred budget is around $250 pw, but still contact me if your price is similar.
Looking for a private room within 30 to 40 minutes of the city. I'll be working full time in the city. I envisage finding some fun housemates that are easy to get along with whether in an established share house or not. I'm clean and happy with pitch in with the household upkeep. I have past successful flatmates history. My only request is the house has a dishwasher, be it mechanical or human I wont discriminate.
Mature person. I’m very very quiet person. Very clean. Love privacy. Very respectful. I don't like alcohol, smoke or drugs. I would like share apartment with some similar. Very important a own bathroom, not shared.
Hi I'm an exchange student from Denmark. I'm 23 years old and I'm coming to Sydney to study architecture at The University of Sydney. In short; I looooove wine, animals, sci-fi and walking - I do not enjoy spiders, biking and being asked a lot of complicated questions in the morning. I like chilling with a good movie or binge watching something with a bad rating on Netflix. I make a whole lot of risotto, dunno if i'm any good though. I'm always up for a drink, a chat and a laugh. Easy going, generally clean, quite sweet and all around lovable. I'm looking for a place with a relaxed atmosphere, where we might cook some food together once in a while or drink a glass of wine but where a closed door is a also acceptable. - Hope you'd have me!
Hey Peeps! My name is Rhys and i am looking a for a new place for me and my two lovely cats to call home, I am a super easy going guy and easy to get along with. I like to have a laugh but i also keep to myself as well. Best of both worlds. I'd love to hear from you if you have something available. Kind regards Rhys
My name is Adriana van Ek and I’m twenty-one years old. I live in Utrecht in the Netherlands. I'm half Spanish half dutch. I'm here in Australia to do my internship as a physiotherapist. And of course to see a lot of Australia. I'm a social person and i enjoy hanging out together and doing little trips. I really like surfing and the ideal place is to get better is here in Australia. Occasionally i enjoy going out. Also i like a bit of a tidy house, so that i can still find my stuff haha.
!!!HAS PETS!!! I’ve been living out of home and looking after a 4 bedroom property for the last 5 years. I work full time as a sales rep and usually just have quiet weekends in. I share my life with a beautiful, well behaved border collie (medium/large dog) who is house trained and friendly. She needs some outdoor space however I will be walking her a lot. I’d love to live with people who have similar interests - not party animals but also like to have a good time. I like to cook, stay fit and also enjoy a drink at the end of a busy week. I’m extremely clean and tidy and always clean up after myself. I work a lot, sometimes from home. I have my own fridge and washing machine, if needed in a household. I also have my own bed, which I’d really like to keep. Move date is flexible and all dependent on whether I find the right place, however I’d like to find something between July-Sept.

Hi legends, my name is Alex. I'm 32 years young guy, I've been living in Sydney for more than 5 years. I'm Restaurant Manager and I'm about to get my PR. I work full time from 6 am to 4:30 pm in a restaurant/coffee shop in Ashfield. Basically, I divide my life between my job and going to the gym and during my day off I like chilling at home, cooking, have a walk or practice surf when the weather it allows. I'm really, really, really clean and tidy guy and I respect the other people spaces. I'm not a party animal but of course, I enjoy a chat with my flatmates sipping a beer or a glass of wine. I'm trying to live a healthy life so I would love to share my house with professional, healthy and sporty people. I look forward to hearing from you. Have a lovely day Alex :)
Hey! I'm looking to team up with some girls and start a share house in the inner west. I work full time with kids and also as a Makeup Artist. I'm relaxed, sociable, have a good sense of humour and am easy to get along with. I like to cook, and exercise, go out for food and an occasional gin and juice. I'm tidy, and I like to be organised and have lots of nice furniture and appliances, as I have previously lived in an apartment, which will make moving in a lot easier. I have two cats who are both very affectionate and relaxed, and spend most of their time outside. Looking to start a share house with private rooms only.
I’m an Event Manager by day and a dance teacher by night. I enjoy reading a good book, cooking great meals, binging the occasional Netflix show, lots of tea, and I like to keep a clean space. I like to go out for brunch or coffee on the weekends and I love a good family dinner!
Hey, the name's Raj. I'm 30 and i work as a physiotherapist. I enjoy sports, the outdoors and hanging with friends. During the week i like chilling at home or doing some sort of physical activity . On weekends i try to do something new, hang out friends and enjoy the occasional night out. I tend to get along with most people so the things i look for in a housemate are people who are tidy, respectful, chilled and open minded. I prefer to live with housemates who are sociable and open to the occasional hang out/night out.
Hello everyone! I am originally from regional South Australia but I’ve been living in Sydney for the past two years! I am a full time student/part time nanny. Super friendly and easy going! Hope to find some quality flatmates :)
Fiona and I are an easy going couple from Ireland. We're moving to Sydney from Newcastle at the end of June. I will be working full time as a web developer in Pyrmont, and Fiona is an Occupational Therapist working in Northmead. We tend to keep busy on weekdays, always happy to keep to ourselves, or chill with housemates. We're clean and respectful of others, and enjoy a drink on the weekend. We're available to pop down from newcastle for viewings every weekend until July, so feel free to get in touch!
My name is Telson I am 32 years old and I am from São Paulo Brazil. I am super easy going, friendly, happy and clean individual. I am currently working in a metallurgical industry, I'm going to Sydney to improve my English. I love reading, socialising, going out with friends and hanging out at the beach. also am very clean, quiet, and respectful of others.
Hi there, Thanks for viewing my page. I work in Real Estate (yes means long hours). I'm not just looking for somewhere to just sleep at, I'm looking to live with housemates i could potentially be good friends with eventually. I am honest, fun, genuine, very clean, pay my rent in advance on time & considerate of others' privacy. I've lived in share houses all my adult life so very well aware of the dynamics required to have a great share house. Looking for a share house with great energy and vibe where housemates are clean, fun and don't take life too seriously. P.s: I'm fit & spend some spare time working out at the gym. Also generally out & about catching up with friends for lunch, dinner, drinks etc etc
Giulia and Paolo are a young Italian couple. We have lived around the world and now landed in Sydney since beginning of 2018. We love to travel, eat, dance, sing and enjoy the cultural scenario in Sydney. Plus we have two adorable furry balls cuddling cats!
Hey there ! I'm an engineering student, soon to be finished ! Studying at USYD. I work part time in an small engineering firm, usually 2-3 days a week. When the weekend rolls around I do enjoy cooking a good meal, catching up with friends, listening to all types of music or perhaps going out for a (not too challenging !) bush-walk. I am looking for a two to three bedroom sharehouse or possibly a small flat to live with people like myself, those that enjoy company but also appreciate having their own space. I am clean, tidy, respectful and look after my surroundings. I dont have much furniture or belongings aside from a clothes rack , so even a small(er) room would suit. I'm looking to move at the end of July. Cheers and thanks for reading !
I work full-time as an architect in Sydney’s West. I like to think that I am pretty easy going, not the best of cooks but I will keep the place clean! Very much your quite kinda guy, but not anti-social by any means. Looking for a place from early July on wards.
You know who are really fun to live with? Actors. We're always down for a chat, we're out of the house a lot for rehearsals, and we have weird stories about our time on set (plus, one day we might become best friends with celebrities and have them over all the time). Rob and I are a couple of actors who, like most in our industry, have to have day jobs. I (Sara) am a freelance Graphic Designer and receptionist at an architecture firm, and Rob is a tennis coach and spoken word poet. We are often out of the house at gigs (ours, friends', strangers'), but when we're around we like a nice chat, a glass of wine and some Netflix. I'm a bit of a nerd, into video games and D&D (into which I have dragged Rob), play a few instruments (quietly, I promise!) and do roller derby. Rob likes to read about Australian history, watch sports (into which Rob has dragged me) and argue about politics. We're not looking for a party house, but we're also not looking for monks. We both grew up with animals but have none of our own, so a dog or cat (or lizard or whatever!) is a totally welcome and awesome addition. Our only two preferences are somewhere to park a car (on street, off street, doesn't really matter) and floorboards in the bedroom (due to my allergies).
I’m looking for a good place, quiet and tidy. I’m organised and clean.
Hi there, I'm a web designer looking for a room in the inner west or northern suburbs. I'm a chilled, tidy, respectful housemate and I’m happy doing my own thing, but keen to share a beer at the pub or enjoy a Netflix/pizza binge. On a weekend I'm normally trying to get outside for adventures or catching up with friends/family. Looking for a place close to a train station, ideally for less than $300 a week. I am looking to move in June, but flexible with exact dates. If I sound like a good fit, let's arrange a visit! Cheers, Matt
I have recently moved over from Perth at the start of the year and I work in the city. I'm pretty easy going and will keep the place clean! My current lease is up in August and am looking for a place not too far from a train station :)
We are two 20 year old full-time students working part time, looking for another person to team up with to begin a share house in the up and coming weeks in the Sydney area. We are limited to a maximum of $200 PW each, for a three bedroom house. We are LGBT friendly, vegan (the chill kind not the crazy kind), enjoy arts and music, love animals and are environmentally conscious. We enjoy the occasional drink and a night out with friends however are not looking to have a huge party house as we are both studying. We enjoy cooking a home shared meal and are open minded. If this sounds like something you're into and wish to become a part of a fun, funky and conscious house-hold let's get in touch!
Looking to move out roughly by the end of June. I'm clean, really chill and usually down for a drink after work. Self-acclaimed spectacular cook, and if you don't find me in the kitchen you'll likely find me on my computer or at the gym. Feel free to message me, Jack
I'm a friendly, easygoing and fun guy who's keen to help out around the house. I grew up in Annandale, Sydney and lived in a few share houses in Balmain/Chippendale. I'm studying full time at University of Sydney doing a Bachelor of Education (Primary), and working casually at a before/after school care in Glebe. I love coming home and being sociable, but also have study so know the importance of personal space and having time on your own. Lion King fanatic, Game of Thrones enthusiast.
Hi potential flatmates! I'm a mid-twenties professional female who will be moving to Sydney from rural NSW around 21/22 July 2018 to work full-time in the Parramatta CBD. I'm an easy-going, clean and tidy individual who wants to live in a comfortable space with other similar people. I enjoy having a chat over a tea or glass of wine, watching Netflix, playing sports and generally keeping active. Ideally I would like the following: * a place within walking distance to a train station/bus stop, with a short commute (i.e <30 min) to work. * female household only * not in a high-rise apartment building (will do a low level with stair access haha), * a backyard/courtyard if possible, * if you have pets that would be fabulous! I'm not too sure on the most suitable suburbs, but if you think you have a room that suits most of my extensive criteria (haha) please get in touch :) I hope to hear from you!
