Hi, I'm Ethan!

I'm a 25 year old student going into my final year of study at USyd, while working casually as a disability support worker. I'd love to live somewhere closer to Uni. Being able to get around the city quicker would be an added bonus! I have all my own furnishings, so am looking for an unfurnished room.

I'm a friendly introvert who likes to spend his free time reading, writing, going to the gym, going to church, and spending time in nature. I enjoy having my own space and time to myself, but am always up for a chat.

I have several years of share house living experience now, and am comfortable managing shared spaces, chores and obligations. I’m a stickler for tidiness and am very reliable at navigating the shared duties of shared living. For reassurance on this, I can provide rental history and references.

Bonus features: I have a bunch of furniture that I have the option of bringing with me, and several years of gardening experience. Struggling with your lawn or hedges? I'm your guy. In need of an outdoor table and seating? I'm also your guy!
