I'm from Sydney, currently live in Chippo and am about to start studying Fine Arts. I adore a good book, natter and cup of tea. I'm down to earth, pretty tidy and keen to move asap into an unfurnished room!
Socially and self aware. I'm down to earth, AND feel im a genuinely friendly person with an eye for making sure situations are fair and comfortable. Im good at gauging someone else's need for space and have upmost respect for privacy however am still open to any sociable interaction and always open for a laugh. If your clean/tidy I will make sure we don't get into any awkward "your not pulling your weight convos", and have will strive to have initiative about cleanliness /house maintenance. I work full time and am looking to study on top so am looking for like-minded people who want a quieter more laid back household. Looking to start my own lease, or teamup with someone who wants to start their own in the areas listed or surrounding. Litterally only want to live with 1 other person....2 max. So if you want to connect we can meet and create a plan of attack in terms of housing inspections ect. Otherwise if your already in a place and think id fit, let us know too, id love to hear from you :)
I'm a rowing coach moving over from Perth to coach/repair boats until April 2018 or so (possibly longer). I have a couple of early morning starts but am very experienced at being a silent mover to get out of the door. Aside from that I'll be working throughout the day and some early evenings. I'm very relaxed and sociable so will be up for a chat if you want, but also know the value of personal space and can keep to myself. I'll pull my weight around the place and make sure that everyone continues to feel comfortable in their own home. I like exploring new places but also just as happy to sit with a coffee and take in the day. I'll be in Sydney from the start of September but will take a short trip back to Perth before looking to move around the 18th. More than happy to meet before then. I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi guys! My name is Aleks, I come from Poland and I study International Relations in London. I'll be spending a year studying at the University of Sydney. I'm passionate about authentic travelling and backpacking, I love acting and theatre, read loads and write poetry. I love meeting new people and would love to have a great relationship with my future flatmates and share interesting conversations. I'm a vegan so get ready for tons of good food. :) Sending you good vibes!
We are quiet, responsible and reliable couple looking for accommodation preferably close to work in Ashfield. We are happy to supply rental references or a rental history. We are friendly but also like our own space, are not party people, clean and tidy and like to be organised. In our spare time we like to go camping, climbing, gardening and exploring.
Hey my names Jade and I'm a Counsellor for a domestic violence service. I do like to clean and I am pretty organised. I love to cook (anything with garlic) or just make a cheese platter because cheese is the bomb diggity! I'm friendly and easy going. I'm happy to stay in or go out.. but a night in with Netflix and food is life! Yes I love food but I'm into my fitness and health... but once you put a jar of Nutella with a spoon in front of me it's game over !!! I have a 6 month puppy named Simba.. his Maltese cross shih tzu... his trained and people who don't even like dogs love him! His beautiful and the most uncoordinated puppy!
Coffee fanatic living in the Inner West currently, but working in Western Sydney. I currently work for Western Sydney Local Health District, and am doing my masters. Im clean and enjoy my privacy, but I'm always up for brunch. I enjoy cooking and trying new food. Since I work a 9-5 job and do uni,I'm quiet and wouldn't have time for partying. I travel to Canberra one or two weekends a month, so you'll always have a weekend to yourself. I don't have a lot of furniture, but I'm willing to invest for a team-up. Send me a message if you'd like to grab a coffee and see if we'd make good roomies!
I'm happy, clean, willing to do housework, NEVER smoke inside, cook my own food (you don't want my food I'm a pretty bad cook) think of me as silly putty, I'm always keen for a laugh and can mould to any situation.
Hi im Sarah, I work full time, im a friendly and respectful person looking my own full property or studio to rent within 10 minutes walking distance to the train station.
From Manchester in the UK, I have been living in Perth for the last 2 years but starting my new job in Sydney in August. Very clean / tidy. Through the week i'm mostly work / gym but like to go out on the weekends.
Hi, I'm Nicola. Currently studying - Diploma of Costume at Ultimo TAFE, i'm creative and fairly social, happy to have a glass of wine or a G&T and a chat, yet i definitely like my own downtime, and am happy in my own company. Not a big tv watcher so there'll never be a tussle over the remote! (although if you've a good movie up your sleeve, happy to keep you company!) I pretty much like all types of music except country and western but don't make a habit of turning the volume up, preferring to read a good book (SciFi is my go to - i have Asimov books i have been lugging around with me for the last 20 odd years, to get rid of them would be tandamount to sacrilege) or do a spot of painting/sewing/other creative stuff. I'm a clean up after myself as i go in the kitchen and tend to keep my stuff out of common areas (unless you like books, then i'm happy to add to the bookcase!). Easy going, open minded and like a good laugh. Ideally a room with either a mostly north west or west aspect is what i'm after, for the light - it's all about the light! Even a mostly north with bit of east will make me happy, as long as there's loads of light for my artistic pursuits. High ceilings would be great but not a "must have", prefer an unfurnished room but i can also work with furnished. If you like to have the odd impromptu party - not crazy kinda party (although i DO love a good costume party!), more the dinner party kinda thing, or mates over, that's fine by me - i may join in, invite a friend or two of my own along, or leave you all to it, either way, i have no problem with that sort of stuff if that's what you like to do. I don't have a pet, but if you have one that'd be awesome! Dog/Cat cuddles are the best!
Are you looking for a new housemate join your home? Are you looking for someone to move in straight away? If you answered Yes to these questions, please keep reading. You will be sharing with a working professional who works in the city and is a very active sports participant on the weekends. Very reliable, honest, down to earth, and happy go lucky are attributes you will get from this housemate. I am happy to get in and get the housework done (be it inside or outside). Furniture is available if required. You will be getting someone who is relaxed and just goes with the flow. Also happy to catch up over a few drinks or a social game of any sport/hobby. I look forward to speaking to you in the near future. Sorry, not interested in Inner City living.
I cook! Though not a clean freak, I like a clean house especially the kitchen (Chef trained). I am also happy to do garden chores (a vege' patch?). Currently I work as a Sydney Harbour Historical tour guide. I love the smell of Real coffee anytime ..... Sport interested and active. I sometimes do cosplay - medieval re-enacting in the winter months. I have some of my own furniture, and some baggage too .... O well. Into education, currently studying eco/sustainability with Inner West Councils. The photo is of The Sydney Harbour Pirate show. Me offering a few words to the Captain.
Honest, reliable, empathetic, compassionate, considerate ,artistic yet practical, animal lover -ALL incl insects- non judgemental ( I hope ), good sense of humour, reasonable and reasonable culinary skills (Still learning), an altruist with misanthropic leanings and obviously quite humble :) Ps; Trying very hard to quit the gaspers!
Hi! I'm a quiet, clean, easygoing Sydney gal working part-time and studying at Usyd. I appreciate privacy but definitely happy to share a meal and socialise w/ housemates, whatever suits you! When I'm not at uni or work, I love a bit of baking, reading, music (listening and making), bingeing netflix shows I don't really care enough about to be bingeing, and a glass of wine or two.
My name is Ketan Doshi. I am a student at the University of Sydney starting in July 2017. I am interested in renting a property. I will be moving to Sydney from Brisbane. I was living with parents all this while and will be living alone for the first time.
Hi im Elle! Im 27 years old and am a full time beauty therapist working in rozelle at a brow studio. I am pretty easy going and usually keep to myself when I'm at home. I am super clean and love nothing more then relaxing at home with good food and a wine!
My name is Magnus and I'm from the cold north, more specifically Denmark. I'm studying Risk and Emergency Management and I'm moving to Sydney in the beginning of November to do an internship at a consultant company in CBD. Therefore, I am looking for a place to stay and perhaps one or two awesome roommates, to share the place with. I am very easy going and social, but I respect one's privacy and do enjoy a clean an (relatively) tidy place 👍 I'm used to having roommates back in Denmark and I will enjoy hanging out, getting a few beers and exploring Sydney and the surroundings. 🕺 In my free time I like to hang with friends (and roommates), doing sports, hanging out in the sun or what ever the day (and nights) bring. 🍻☀️
A female couple looking to move closer to the city for work. Ash = Mid twenties, F/T Digital Coordinator, AFL player and loves seeing live comedy. Beth = Mid twenties, F/T Public Relations, triathlete and cheese lover. We have recently returned home from living in Canada for 18mths and travelling through America and East Canada. We got to snowboard all winter while working as housekeepers and both love travelling, using our weekends to seek out hikes and different markets. We are excited to meet new people!
I'm a happy go lucky person, i love to draw and paint so always doing something art related, My dog tommy is a lab x and is getting on now and just loves pats and snuggles. I recently folded my dog training business and now currently work full time at night, not my ideal choice but looking around for better options. I have most household furniture except a washing machine. I'm looking for somewhere that i can call home, have dinner and a couple of quiet ones on a friday with housemates and chill out watching the box. I smoke but not inside and might even have another crack at giving up with some motivation.
French marine biology PhD student looking for a quiet place. Not here for partying and working full time at UTS.
23 years old, acting/ dancing background; working in promotions/ events and currently looking for hosting/ bartending work (so hook a sister up if you recommend anywhere). LOOKING FOR PRIVATE ROOM ONLY! Very cleanly/ tidy up after myself. Love yoga/ dancing and keeping fit! Enjoy hanging out/ hanging with other humans but also enjoy personal time! Enjoy a beverage or two ever so often but also appreciate sleep! Balance.... know what I'm sayin :)
Tidy, social yet quiet during the week due to work and study obligations. I am looking for a place that is quiet and not a party house and one that is close to transport.
I work in hospitality and am a business student at Macquarie university. I'm a very clean person and am looking for a space where I can relax, study. And be stress free. I do enjoy to go out and have a drink and socialise on the odd occasion :)
My name is Alice and I'm 20 years old (I use they/them pronouns). I'm a Law and Communications student at uni and also study Youthwork at tafe online. I work as a youthworker, youth health promotions officer and run a start up not for profit! I am definitely left leaning and very passionate about about intersectional feminism and activism, and also, I'm vegan. Would love to live with people who share my values! I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs so I'm a bit straight edge (had a few very short lived years of drinking and partying and have now retired at the ripe old age of 20 haha). I'm very clean and respectful in communal space, always do my dishes etc, but very messy in my own room. I'm very short and not particularly strong so wouldn't really be great at lifting or doing handy work around the house but I can always try. I have a love of blogging, art, music, dance, and cats! Cats are always a HUGE selling point for me! Looking for a place that has a window, within 15 minutes walk of a train station, and optionally but preferably a built in wardrobe!
My name is Andrew. I'm a teacher at an English Language college in the city. Love a good chat over a glass or two on the weekend, or the odd BBQ, but not looking for a party house. I've lived with all sorts of people, so I don't really have a preference to who I live with, as long as you respect other people's space and communicate when things need to be discussed. (and do your fair share of the housework!) Really I'm looking for some nice people to share a home with who are equal parts fun and respectful. Currently working on a project outside work involving the production of a TV show, so creative types would be a bonus!
Hi all, I'm looking for a friendly place to live with like-minded people. I work full time in the city, I'm easy going, neat and tidy, like to cook and enjoy being social but also respect alone time. I keep it low key during the week but enjoy a drink and boogie on the weekend. I'm always up for some pub trivia, stand up comedy, a movie night, board games or something outdoorsy! I'm looking for a private room, less than 10 mins walk to a train station and preferably need a place with parking so I can keep my car. Bonus: I can contribute a huge smart TV, Netflix, a Wii console + Mario Kart etc, boardgames and good chats Also, I love animals so happy to live with pet owners :)
I am a French student, I live in France now and I grew up in Martinique (French west Indies). I'm a student in a business school in Bordeaux, and I'm coming to Sydney for an Internship ! :) I'm a very easy going girl, I love travelling discovering new places and meeting new people from all over the world! I'm quite funny according to my friends, I'm very positive and I do my best to enjoy every minute of my life ! I love cooking, what can be a good news for my future flatmates :) It will be my first time in Australia so I'm very enthusiastic and look forward to meeting nice people with who I'll be able to share this new adventure !
Hey, I'm a 32 y/o Sydney native, looking to start a new flat-share with a friendly flatmate. I work as a support worker in mental health four days a week, and then I like to enjoy my down time. I'm interested in literature, music, culture and writing poetry in my free time. I'm pretty quiet and like to have a calm place to live, but also like to share a drink/a meal with my flatmate and develop a good relationship so it's easy sailing and positive vibes. I am a pretty conscientious person and appreciate living with others who are as well. I'll bring your clothes in off the line when it's raining and I won't steal the last tim-tam. I'll rock-paper-scissors you for it :) I currently live in Canterbury close to the Cooks River, and love to go walking there, so would love to stay close by it (eg. Dulwich Hill, Hurlstone Park), but am also open to other suburbs in the Inner West. My partner stays over sometimes, and I'll be staying at his sometimes, so then you'll get the place to yourself. I have furniture for our common areas. I don't have a date I have to move by, I'm currently on a rolling lease and will give notice on my current place when I find the right flat (and flat mate!). If you're interested in finding a flat to live in together, please get in touch, it would be great to meet up and get to know each other a bit! Cheers.
I've recently moved back to Sydney after living and working abroad the last few years. I'm a nurse and am studying a masters degree full-time. I'm self funded but also applying for some casual nursing work to fit in around the studies. I'm pretty easy going and like living with people who are happy to share a meal and a drink from time to time, but are also respectful of each others space.
Hi there My name is Celine and I am moving to Sydney from the UK in July. I am a super friendly and responsible person. I want to live and work in Sydney, travel around Australia and meet a ton of new people along the way. I look forward to meeting you Celine
Hi! I'm Kristy and I have just moved to Sydney from Brisbane to start my dream job working in the music industry. I am staying with a friend for a couple of weeks but am available to view properties and can move in to the right place straight away. I am a tidy and considerate housemate and would be looking for a room with an ensuite or own bathroom preferably in inner West Sydney. I am friendly and generally pretty quiet but am happy to have a chat over dinner/drinks. I've lived in my current apartment with housemates for nearly 7 years so would like to find a place I can call home. I like to cook/bake, read, listen to music and go to gigs. I will be looking to explore Sydney on weekends so would love any recommendations for adventures :)
I am a student at UTS at the tail end of my degree, which I do while working part time at Fairfax Media. I do also love to kick back and enjoy good music and art. I recently learned how to make ricotta gnocchi, and I thoroughly enjoy a glass of malbec after a long day. Overall I am a good housemate, I work very hard and so respect mine and others' need for privacy and rest but am also a very friendly, sociable person who is happy to share a meal. I am clean and on top of my finances so if you are looking for a top-notch housemate, look no further!
Grace & Matt, love good food, wine and to chat. Twenty-five and thirty, we don't like dirty. Would love a golden retriever, but if it doesn't happen we won't be a griever. We would love to share a place, preferably with car space. We have kitchenware, and other household items to share. This rhyme is pretty bad, but we think we are pretty rad.
I'm easy-going and respectful. I have lots of experience living in sharehouses so I know the importance of cleaning up after myself and giving people their own space. I do like a bit of interaction though with fellow flatmates and am partial to a house dinner party with a bottle of good red! I'm also a trained chef so I know my way around a kitchen and enjoy cooking the odd shared meal.
I am Cris from Philippines , working full time in CBD , I am looking for a room that quiet as Im working most of the night. Preferably near the city with public transport. Pm me if you have a room available or have any qs. Thanks
