Hi potential flatmates! 👋

We are an easygoing, reliable, and very clean French couple in our mid-20s, looking for a great place to call home in Sydney.

A bit about us:

Mathieu: I work full-time as a qualified stonemason. I have an early schedule, love staying active, and enjoy being outdoors.

Enora: She works full-time / part-time in the service and retail industry and is very dynamic.

What we are like to live with:

We have both lived in share houses before, so we completely understand the unwritten rules of community living. We are very respectful of everyone’s privacy, personal space, and sleep schedules. Because of my job, I start early, so we always keep things quiet during the week. We are tidy and always clean up immediately after cooking—keeping communal areas spotless is a priority for us.

We lead busy, active lifestyles and are often out working or exploring. However, we are always down for a casual chat, sharing a meal, or having a drink together.

Our preferences:

Move-in date: Flexible
Length of stay: 4 to 6 months preferred
Budget: Up to $600 AUD / week (including bills preferred)
