Hi! I'm Lachy, a qualified lawyer working in legal administration and looking for a clean, comfortable and friendly home in Adelaide. My work is CBD-based, so I'm particularly interested in somewhere with an easy commute by walking or public transport.

I'm pretty easygoing and sociable, and I love a good chat, grabbing dinner, going for coffee, seeing friends or going out and about, but I'm equally happy having a quiet night at home and doing my own thing. I'm definitely looking for a home rather than a party house, and I really value housemates who are friendly, respectful and considerate of each other's space.

I'm clean and house-proud without being obsessive about it, and I like living somewhere that feels comfortable and looked after. I'm also pretty independent and have my own work and social life, so I'm not expecting everyone to be joined at the hip!

Outside of work, I'm into travelling, restaurants, keeping active, seeing friends, movies & TV, and generally making the most of life.

I'm looking for somewhere in the $300 to $350 per week range including bills, ideally around the CBD or nearby suburbs with good public transport. I'm flexible on the exact suburb for the right place and, more importantly, the right people.
