We are Stephanie and Hamza, a young French couple, responsible, quiet, and highly organized. 🇫🇷 Having lived together for several years, we are well-accustomed to maintaining and taking excellent care of a home as if it were our own.
We are actively looking for an entire place available as soon as possible:
-📍 Type: Studio or 1-bedroom apartment, preferably furnished, with a private bathroom and private kitchen.
- 💰 Max Budget: $600/week (All bills included: water, electricity, gas, internet/Wi-Fi).
- 🚆 Location: Well-connected to public transport, maximum 45 minutes from the CBD. Very open to areas such as: Strathfield, Burwood, Auburn, Campsie, Bankstown, Wolli Creek, Rockdale, Kogarah, Bexley, Mascot, Newtown, Petersham, etc.
- 🛍️ Amenities: Close to shops and supermarkets.
- ➕ Bonus points: A parking space and air conditioning (AC) are highly appreciated.

✨ Important note for us: Due to health allergies, we are looking for a healthy, clean, well-ventilated, mold-free, and pest-free property.
