Hi! I’m Rinka, a 26-year-old Japanese girl currently living in Melbourne on a Working Holiday visa. 🇯🇵🇦🇺

🏡 What I’m looking for:

• Move-in date: Around October 17th
• Private room: I’m looking for my own private bedroom.
• Location: Within around 30 minutes of the CBD by public transport, ideally by train or tram.
• Budget: Around $300–350 per week, preferably with bills included.
• Minimum stay: At least 6 months, with a flexible arrangement if possible.
• Type of property: I’d prefer a house rather than an apartment or high-rise building.
• House atmosphere: I’d love to live in a friendly and social share house where housemates are relatively close and sometimes spend time together, rather than everyone keeping to themselves.

👩About me

I’m currently attending language school and looking for a place to call home for at least 6 months. I previously worked in IT sales in Japan for around 3 years, and I’m now looking for work in Melbourne.

I’m easygoing, friendly and social. I enjoy having drinks, going out for food, exploring Melbourne, travelling, cooking, watching movies and checking out new places. I’d love to become friends with my housemates and occasionally have dinner or drinks together, but I also really respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.

I’m clean, tidy and considerate of shared spaces, and I’m happy to do my share of the household chores.
