Hi! I’m Edinson, a 30-year-old Colombian who has been living in Australia for the past three years. 🇨🇴🇦🇺

I’m currently studying and working in Perth. I usually work night shifts from 5 pm to 1 am, and when I’m home I’m pretty quiet and independent. I spend a lot of my time in my room studying, working on assignments, relaxing or gaming.

I’m clean, organised and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy cooking and normally make my own breakfast and dinner, and meal-prep my lunches every few days. I always clean up after myself and like keeping the kitchen and common areas tidy.

Outside of home, I enjoy going to the gym, the beach, camping and road trips around WA. I have my own car, so ideally I’m looking for a place with parking available.

I lived in the same rental for my entire three years in Australia and only moved out because I travelled to Colombia for a two-month holiday. My previous landlord is happy to provide a reference and can confirm that I’m reliable with rent, clean and respectful of the property.

I’ll be back in Perth on 24 October and I’m looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to call home from then onwards. I’m friendly and enjoy having a chat with my housemates, but I also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.
