Hi, I’m Nicolò, 21, from Italy, here on a Working Holiday Visa. I’m tidy, respectful and easy to live with. I’ll be working full-time, so I’m out most of the day and I like keeping the place clean and organised. I enjoy the beach, gym, exploring the Gold Coast and meeting new people, but I don’t bring parties home. I’m looking for a friendly, young and relaxed sharehouse close to the ocean. My max budget is $400/week only if bills are included. I’m flexible with the stay length — around 3 months depending on work and how things go. Happy to meet and come for an inspection.
