Damian and Muskan

Hey! We're Damian (31) and Muskan (26), a tidy, easygoing couple currently living in Maroubra 👋

🏠 What we're after
• Eastgardens first, as we love the newer buildings there, but open to Randwick, Coogee, South Coogee, Maroubra, Kensington, Clovelly or Waverley if something lovely comes up
• Keen to team up with one person or another couple: lease a 2-bed, 2-bath (or a 3-bed with another couple) together, everyone on the lease, a room each
• Also open to a room in a calm, friendly share
• We can move about 2 weeks after we find the right place, any time from now to mid-December
• 6 or 12 months both suit us, whichever fits the place and the people

☕ Muskan
Barista/supervisor at a small cafe in Coogee, so she's up early. Loves walks to the beach, lazy days at Mahon Pool, knitting and crocheting, reading, and a good rom-com.

💻 Damian
Works in AI from home, building AI systems and doing AI evaluation work on his laptop. Pretty chill, headphones on during the day, but always up for a good chat. Meditates, loves philosophy and reading, and meal preps all his food, so you'll see him in the kitchen. A wholesome show at night is about his speed.

🌿 How we live
• Tidy, clean and quiet at night
• We both love the beach and the gym
• No TV, we watch most things on our laptops
• Chill music, nothing blasting, no horror or intense stuff in the shared spaces
• Keen on a simple weekly cleaning roster and open communication
• Friends over now and then is more than welcome, and we're always up for a good night in with housemates
• No pets on our side
