Hi! I’m 35, a non-smoker with no dependants, and I’ve recently relocated back to Queensland from regional Victoria. I’m looking for accommodation on the Gold Coast for approximately 2–6 months, with availability to move in ASAP.

I work as an NDIS Support Coordinator and Mental Health Support Worker. I’m currently working part-time, with my hours expected to increase as I take on new clients. My work involves a 24/7 roster, and I’ll also be commencing full-time study at Griffith University next trimester.

I’m independent, trustworthy, easy-going, respectful, clean and highly organised. I value having my own space and a quiet environment when I’m studying, working or building my business. I enjoy socialising but also appreciate my own company and having a peaceful, private place to unwind and recharge.

Ideally, I’m looking for a private, secure and well-maintained place, such as a granny flat, studio, one-bedroom unit or a room with a private bathroom or separate living space. I’m open to different options and locations for the right fit.

My budget is around $600 per week, and I’m available to move in ASAP. I’m flexible with location and open to suggestions, so please get in touch if you have something suitable available.

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for private accommodation on the Gold Coast for approximately 2–6 months, with availability to move in ASAP.

I’m 35, a non-smoker with no dependants, and have recently relocated back to Queensland from regional Victoria. I work as an NDIS Support Coordinator and Mental Health Support Worker, and I’ll also be commencing full-time study at Griffith University next trimester.

I’m clean, respectful, trustworthy, organised and considerate. I’m looking for a quiet, secure and well-maintained place where I can study, work and have my own space. I’m open to a granny flat, studio, one-bedroom unit or a room with private facilities.

Preferred areas are anywhere from Southport to Tweed Heads, although I’m flexible for the right place. My budget is around $600 per week.
