Alice and Penny

Heyy everyone! 🫶

We’re Penny and Alice, two 23-year-old girls from Northern Ireland arriving in Sydney on a WHV on 23rd October, and we’re looking for somewhere to live!

We’re interested in areas including Surry Hills, Bondi, Randwick, Coogee, Bondi Junction and Manly. We’re hoping to find two private rooms in a shared house or flat, with a budget of around $400 per person, per week. 🙃

We’re both young professionals — Penny works in government administration, and Alice works in business development within the legal and finance sectors.

We’re outgoing, social and respectful, and love a night out just as much as a cosy night in! We’re also tidy and considerate housemates. We each have around four years of renting experience and own properties ourselves, so we understand both sides of renting and the importance of looking after a home and being reliable tenants.

Ideally, we’re looking for somewhere from 23rd October for 6–12 months, but we’re flexible for the right place!
