I'm not local to the area and have lived internationally for most of my life (though I am Australian), so I would say I get along with anyone from any background; I love to get to know different people from all over and locally.
I'm looking for something clean and welcoming while I'm attending university; I'm down for whatever, and I would love to experience new things in the city.

I've lived in university accommodation before, so I completely understand shared spaces, quiet time, and the importance of keeping a clean/happy environment for everyone.
