Hey,

I'm Linus, 21, an exchange student from Germany studying Information Systems at Griffith University (Gold Coast campus) this trimester. I'm looking for a furnished room in a shared house in Broadbeach, Mermaid Beach, Surfers Paradise or Southport. I'll be on campus about twice a week and love being close to the beach and the city, so a spot near a tram station would be ideal.

A bit about me: I'm tidy, respectful, easy-going and don't smoke. I'm out during the day for uni and I do a lot of sport (gym, running and swimming mostly), so I'm active and always up for a chat, but I also respect quiet time. I'm happy to share a house with other students or young professionals.
