Hello! I am moving back to Sydney after being in Melbourne for 5 years. I always lived in the inner west area and am looking to do so again. I’m currently unemployed as I’m moving cities but I will be working full time after the new year. I have many years of share house experience ranging from 1-5 housemates! I’ve spent the last 5 years living on my own in a one bedroom apartment so I'm ideally looking for just one other person who would like to start a lease. I’ve had a lot of luck with Flatemates in the past and met some really cool people.
A little about me- I’m female, 28, spent 3 years studying visual art in Melbourne and had previously studied beauty and photography in Sydney. I love to spend time in nature (planning a Blue Mountains trip asap), I usually spend my free time doing crafts, going to the movies, pole dancing or catching up with friends. I’m not a huge party person but I love a cocktail bar/ pub on the weekends and a boogie here or there. An ideal night in would be movies on the projector with snacks and chats. I have a boyfriend who lives in England and will be joining me in Sydney mid next year so I’m ideally looking for a 6 month lease. LGBTQ+ and SW friendly. I also have a 11yo ragdoll cat who is mostly indoors unless there is an enclosed outdoor area. She’s a friendly little angel who is low maintenance and tidy.
I’m looking for a female housemate, late 20s- early 30s, someone who I can hang with in the house and have a drink here or there, but also who likes their own space and downtime. At the moment I would be happy to join a lease or start a new one. I’m also open to having more than one housemate if the vibes are right. I’m looking to move before mid December as that is when my current lease is up. I wont be in Sydney to do inspections but my sister can be there on my behalf and I would love to do a FaceTime video to meet and see how we get along.
