Hi! I’m an international student from China, currently finishing my Master of Social Work at UWA and graduating this December. I also have a Christmas casual job in Claremont and plan to apply for a graduate visa to stay and work in Australia after graduation.

I’m friendly, easygoing, tidy and respectful of other people’s space. I enjoy a good chat and occasionally sharing meals with housemates, but I also value my own quiet time and privacy. In my free time, I love arts and crafts (especially embroidery), reading, cooking, exploring local cafés and spending time outdoors.

I’ve been living in Australia for several years and am familiar with shared living. I’m considerate of others, clean up after myself and always pay rent on time.

I’m looking for a comfortable, friendly and peaceful home, ideally with my own bedroom and parking available. I’m hoping to move in around mid-December and would prefer a flexible or short-term lease (around 3-4 months), as my plans may change depending on future job opportunities.
