Hi I’m moving to Melbourne to chase my dreams and need a stable base with a private room.

I am looking for private room, a clean, tidy and clutter free home with car parking available.

I put 6 months lease however for the right living arrangement, I would love the option to extend.
Ideally I would love to be based around port Melb/ st kilda but am also flexible on the suburb depending on set up.
