I have a 12-year-old son, several birds who live outside and a dog. We're both friendly, respectful, and love animals. I have a keen interest in all things psychology, while my son enjoys gaming and riding his bike. The only things that are non negotiable are that our new place has a garden space and be free of mould and water damage.

We're hoping to find like-minded housemates who value a relaxed, considerate, and welcoming household and are not disruptive or use illegal drugs. As we all will be lease holders, you also need to have a stable income that can support rent.
