Alex

My name is Alexander Ralphs, I am 27 years old and originally from Manchester, England. Having recently relocated from Sydney to the Gold Coast over the past month, I am excited to begin a new chapter of my life in a place that offers a fantastic lifestyle, new opportunities and the chance to continue building a successful future for myself. I would describe myself as a young, enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious individual who takes pride in both my personal life and the way I conduct myself. I have a strong work ethic, value punctuality and reliability, and always aim to approach my responsibilities with a positive attitude and a high level of commitment. I believe that having good morals, treating others with respect and being honest and considerate are important qualities, both personally and professionally. As a tenant, I take great pride in maintaining a clean, tidy and well-presented living environment. I have OCD tendencies when it comes to cleanliness and organizing 😁
