Hi, I'm popping back to Australia after ~10 years and looking for a room/studio for 3-4 weeks, dates are somewhat flexible.

I'm friendly, clean, and respectful. I might err on the quiet side unless you enjoy chatting, in which case, let's! I'm a writer and currently globe hopping in search of my next home, otherwise I like to bake things more than cook things.

I am a light sleeper so I'd prefer a quieter place with like-minded people, and ideally a room with a desk that I can work at. Ensuite bathroom would be awesome but not a deal breaker. Close to transportation is best (train/light rail preferred but buses work just fine).

My budget is up to $700/week with bills but obviously less is more (in this economy!?).
