I am a 32-year-old researcher from Czechia, Europe, working as a visiting researcher with RMIT University. My work is in psychology, focusing on behavioural addictions such as gaming and social media, and on public health.
For fun I like exploring Melbourne, good coffee, and music and art. I am happy to grab a drink or chat in the shared living space, but I also need time to myself after long days.
I am looking for a single room for about five weeks, from 25–30 January to 26 February–2 March 2027. I will work at RMIT’s City campus, so I would prefer a place with a commute of up to 45 minutes by public transport. I don’t drink alcohol or smoke. I lived in shared flats throughout my studies, and I keep shared spaces clean and the house quiet at night. I communicate openly and am glad to agree on house rules at the start.
I have a spider phobia, so I would appreciate knowing about any pest control arrangements in the property.
