I am a fresh university graduate currently looking for a place to live. I get along with people well and have no issues respecting house rules. I have previously rented with an on-campus accommodation for over 3 years with no issues.
I currently work casually as a sporting coach, and I'm looking for more regular employment in the education industry.
I prefer living in places that provide a furnished room (Bed frame with mattress, wardrobe, desk etc.) and near major tram or train stations.
