Adelaide

Hi! I’m Adelaide, a Caledonian who has been living in New Caledonia for 20 years. I’m moving to Brisbane in early 2027, and I know the city a little already, as I studied at QUT back in 2010-2011.

I’m not just passing through like many travellers: I plan to settle in Australia for good. I have Australian family, and I’m looking for a place to put down roots.

I’m calm and easygoing but full of energy, optimistic and always smiling. I’ll be working in hospitality in Brisbane. I come from an events and communications background, and I’d love to get to know the local scene.

I’m also a singer, and I’m very respectful of everyone’s peace and quiet. I love camping, hiking, sport, films and series, exhibitions and a good night out.

I’ve lived in shared houses many times, so I know how to share a space and a kitchen. I’d love a friendly household of locals who enjoy a chat, a coffee and the occasional weekend adventure.
