I'm a super organised and tidy person who values a clean space. I'm like to think I’m pretty chill and spend my time working, exercising or hanging out with friends and family.

I'm looking for a roommate to team up and apply at Upper House by ARIA in South Brisbane OR to join an existing share house with girls around my age.

The ARIA apartment would be for a 2 bed 2 bath 1 car space apartment.
I would pay a higher percentage of rent due to needing the car space.

Upper House building details:
Upper House has amazing amenities such as an infred red sauna, regular sauna, steam room, magnesium spa, regular pool, gym, work spaces, living rooms and dining spaces. ARIAs best building in brisbane by far. Ceilings are 2.7m high also with wood floors throughout - gorgeous.

Happy to consider roomies with pets, however I do have one male guinea pig who lives inside in an enclosure which I clean daily - he’s a pampered little guy and lives a far cry from traditional Guinea pig setups you may think of.
