I'm looking for a roommate to team up and apply for a place in Herston, right near the RBWH hospital and other medical facilities. I have found the place already - I have photos and the floorplan to send if interested. It is a 2 bed 2 bath 1 car apartment. Super modern, marble benchtops, integrated appliances.

Ideally seeking a roommate to take the 2nd bedroom (with myself in the master). There is also only 1 car space so likely looking for a roommate who doesn't have a car or is happy to street park.
