Hey friends,

I'm Emm and I'm looking for a new place inner west / Surry Hills area to move into coming into 2021.

I work full time in hospitality and study one day a week in a Master of Design. I've lived in share houses for about 6 years and am very aware of making sound when coming in late at night, and I don't often have guests over (particularly at late hours). Though you may hear me boiling the kettle for a cup of tea in the middle of the night when I come in!

When I'm home I'm usually in my room studying, reading or watching Netflix. Otherwise I'm out on my days off exploring the city or catching up with friends. While I do enjoy my personal time, I also love sharing a glass of wine, watching a movie or having dinner with flatmates.

I don't really have a set date so I'm flexible to move around or wait a bit longer for the right place. The share houses I've lived in have been for several years so I'm hoping to find my new long term home with new friends! When it comes to bills I am always on time and happy to give a reference from my current home if needed. I am also totally aware and happy to make sure I do my fair share of the cleaning.
