Hi all, I work in the community service sector and I love what I do. I used to live in Melbourne and I need a stable place in Canberra because my current residence is no longer available and I would like to stay in Canberra because I love my job. I cook pretty well, I am very clean, and I enjoy new experiences. I would love to find a place where I can have my own bathroom.
We are from Mongolia, newly married. I study and work in childcare. We looking for friendly flatmates and quite. We can make noise together with flatmates. Loves cleaning, very clean couple.
Just a level headed bloke looking for a place to stay. Hoping to start uni in July this year. Like to stay clean and tidy. Hygiene is extremely important to me. More of an outdoor kinda person. I love to trek and explore new places. Not a very party sort of a guy but I do like the occasional going out.
I am relocating from Melbourne to Canberra for 12 months for work. I own an apartment in Melbourne CBD and will be heading back as often as I can. I’m in Canberra to work so looking for somewhere clean, comfortable and close to Parliament House. I’m social but also happy with my own company.
Hi everyone! I work full-time at ANU, and spend most of my free time window shopping for house plants or trying to forget about the week's spreadsheets. I'm tidy and quiet (probably napping) but always up for a chat or cheeky wine over dinner because I made way too much food. Again.
When I started my Under-graduation three years ago in Delhi, India, I was an uptight, eager beaver box-checker with a mad drive for working all the time. I was also awfully apolitical, with no understanding of how privilege and exclusion shape our lives. All of that has changed now. I have also become acutely aware of my privilege. I'm still grateful for all the personal growth that the last three years have given me. College has emboldened me to be more secure, to resist the impulse to take up space, and to find a middle way between being idealistic and cynical. More importantly, College has taught me to value my friends and family over everything else. Becoming a well-adjusted adult takes work, apparently. Who knew?! During my undergrad studies I shared a 3-bedroom flat with two students who were from my rival college (Hindu - Stephens College rivalry is the the oldest and most fruitful inter-college rivalry in India) and I had the best experience with them. In Canberra I'll be pursuing post graduation in International Relations (Advance) and I’m Usually always up for a chat and a glass of wine.
About to finish postgraduate studies at the University of Oxford and will be moving to Canberra to work at a think tank full-time from mid-July. Enjoy good coffee, food and the odd gin. Fairly average banter, but really quite neat and tidy.
Hi! I'm a 23 year old law graduate from Ghent, Belgium. I'll be interning at the EU Delegation to Australia for 6 months starting early July. I'm therefore looking for a place to stay and am more than happy to share with flatmates. I like soccer, hiking, movies, going out for drinks and look forward to exploring Canberra.
I'm an easy-going and relatively quiet girl doing an internship an internship in Canberra. I love to cook and work out and most likely during the weekends I'll be out hiking or volunteering at the local animal shelters, so I'm not of disturbance but I'd love to chat and share food with you. I am a social and considerate roommate, I like to chat and do things together but I also value 'me time', both for myself and my roommates.
