Hey guys I'm Hud from Malaysia, male, 29 this September. Studied in Germany for 6 years and ended up in Canberra for my PhD. I am submitting my dissertation in March and just got a notice to vacate my current premise so I am need of a place asap. I do have a car and a TV that I am glad to share. I go to uni early and shower mostly after gym there so I won't be a hassle in rush 'shower'. I do cook some spicy asian dishes and enjoy a glass of wine at night. If you'd have me I'd love to come over for an inspection. Let me know! Cheers Hud
Hey, I'm an exchange student in ANU and would like to stay with you until early november. Though it's a short period but I would love to share heart warming time with you guys. I am a tidy person who loves cleaning, I also love cooking and baking. Usually I go to gym everyday and sometimes have a drink with my friends or just stay home watching netflix.
Well, like most people on this site I'm friendly, clean and easygoing. I just moved to Canberra, I'll be working at ANU for a few years. I'm originally from the Netherlands, although I've spent time in Poland, Australia and the US as well. I'm hardworking and I love sports and being active in whatever way I can, especially outdoors. I put nine months as a preferred length of stay, but honestly I'm okay with either longer or shorter periods as well.
Hi I'm Nikki, I am a recent graduate of ANU from my masters degree. I am currently working full-time as a consultant :) I love both quiet nights and nights out. I enjoy having glasses of wine (in particular red) and eating cheese while watching movies or hanging out. I can cook well and I love cooking for other people and having dinner parties but there is also normally leftovers when I cook :) I am tidy, clean and pretty quiet but I enjoy banter and laughter. I clean up after myself and have experience living in a sharehouse with strangers. I also am a respectful person and understand when people need time to themselves.
Hi, I am Kim and I am relocating to Canberra to start an exciting new job in the arts industry. I am a very creative person, and have travelled a lot over the years, and so I tend to get along with people from all walks of life. I am looking for friendly and easy going house mates, who are independent, yet enjoy a chat. I am used to living in share houses in Australia and overseas, and I am cooperative and responsible in regards to the usual household duties and bills. I hope to find a place this or early next month. At home I like to play a little guitar, work on some craft or art, cook and have a chat when people are around.
I'm a British exchange student studying at ANU for the year. I'm a sociable, clean and respectable flat mate. I love being outside and have enjoyed getting involved in the many sporting opportunities available at ANU.
Moving to Canberra in early September from Sydney for work in Belconnen. I'm a friendly, outgoing, easy to get along with, considerate, neat and tidy housemate that enjoys the gym, outdoors and socialising. I'm new to Canberra so hoping to meet new people!

Hi, I am a consultant and my company has asked me to relocate me from Brisbane to Canberra. I am looking for a housemate who enjoys good banter, great food and wine and a bit of dancing. During my downtime I am always up for anything that equals fun and adventure. I am tidy and respectful of other people's space and belongings. If this sounds ok to you let me know 🙂
Hello! I moved to Canberra in 2013 to study at ANU and then started working as a public servant at the beginning of this year. I'm a friendly, hilarious (in my unbiased opinion), neat and tidy person. I'm respectful of others and very open minded. I love cooking, reading, and doing arts and crafts!
Hi! Update, 18th Aug: Still Looking for a place. I'm Rajith, a PhD scholar at ANU. I'm 25, Sri Lankan, quite social and love cooking! Pet friendly! Actually it's a plus if you have a doggo or a cat whose love I can share! Looking for a place close to the city in a social shared flat with friendly and tidy people. (and pets!) I don't mind sharing with either students or workers. Open minded, and keen to live with similar people. I speak English, Spanish, Sinhalese and German. Can move in anytime - would need at least one month notice to move from current place. Get in touch! Cheers, Rajith

Hi. I'm an easy-going, tidy, reliable, respectful, and responsible flatmate. I'm looking for a room, preferably furnished and with own ensuite/bathroom, for six months. I have a great job - I'm a UX Designer - and sometimes travel for work. I'm renovating a house in Orange, so I head back there at least one weekend a month. I enjoy travel, trivia, board games, movies (especially foreign and arthouse), TV/Netflix, cooking, swimming and reading.
Hi Flatmates, Joss H (housemate 2015/2016) said I am "Fun, easy going and relaxed. Love to laugh but also very responsible and well mannered". 2015/16 I was living back home in Western Australia working as an Events Manager but have made the move back to the east coast to attend Canberra University and work part -time in HR. I have been staying with family in Murrumbateman while I found my feet here in the ACT but the commute is starting to take its toll. In Wa I was living with some married friends one of which works in Brazil so one minute it was a girls house and for every second month its a mixed house (I'm adaptable). After growing up in Margaret River I enjoy a good vino instead of a night out.My old housemate Emma D always calls me up for a laugh and a good dance around the house when I'm home. I love cooking dinners to catch up with my housemates but also enjoy a good balanced household where everyone does their own thing. If you think you could live with an outgoing, caring human, send me a message. Looking forward to hearing from you. *I have plenty of references if needed.
Easy to get along with, happy to chat and have a laugh and be social but also happy to give space. Work in events management, always tidy up after myself as well . Would prefer to have my own bathroom but not essential!
