I am a very organized, tidy and neat individual (I never leave my dishes in the sink!) but also great to get along with (I do love a good housemates-only movie night!). I graduated with a first at ANU in International Relations and Political Science, and currently working full-time.

Just want something comfortable and flatmates who are respectful of privacy but social as well. Good vibes are so important to me. Im very friendly and respectful , keep mainly to myself but not I'm not shy of socialising at all. When I'm home I enjoy cleaning , cooking , working on art ,Meditation , reading ect . I hope to hear from some friendly faces soon ! Ideally looking for a furnished place . My partner will be joining me in Canberra over the next couple weeks as he has picked up full time work in the city he is in carpentry. Thanks for taking the time to read a bit about me Cheers!! (:
Hey, I'm an ANU student in their final year who works part time, and is looking for a place in the inner north. I'm very easy going, but also cleanly and respectful of people’s space (skills I cultivated at my last sharehouse where I lived with 10 people!) I’m very social and outgoing and always down for a chat. I collect vintage travel posters and spend my free time brushing up on my Spanish and trying to pick up French. I’m pretty flexible on the stay length.
Hi there, I'm Eliza. I'm a lawyer by day and generally pretty busy but in my spare time, I like shopping, eating/coffee out and going to the gym/for a hike. I'm also known amongst my friends as the clean and tidy one, so that's pretty important to me. I like to think of my home as a sanctuary so I'm definitely not looking for a party house. As a housemate, I do like some of my own space, but also like hanging out/movie/wine nights, etc.
I'm in my third year of a BA at ANU, as well as working part-time as a barista, and am from Canberra. During my spare time I love to cook and read, and am an avid attendee of local music. While I keep quite a busy schedule and definitely enjoy some downtime, I like houses with a social atmosphere where housemates are able to hang out and catch up over a cup of tea or wine.
I've recently obtained a position within the Department of Environment and as such am looking to relocate to Canberra. Prior to the move I have been living in Brisbane where I obtained my Bachelor of Science from Griffith University majoring in chemistry and microbiology. I'm pretty easy going and enjoy a good conversation as well as being tidy, considerate, respectful, financially responsible, generally pretty quiet, non smoker, social drinker and no kids. In the past I've done a 1,400km hike around Japan and a ~900km hike from France to Spain, played some Futsal, fire performance and wouldn't mind taking some cooking classes or some such if I can find some decent adult education courses in Canberra. I'm looking for a share house with responsible and respectful people who solve any problems with discussion and who don't mind some socializing but can also do their own thing as well.
Hi there, I'm Jason, currently living in Sydney,NSW. I have been offered a fixed term contract to work as a Finance Professional (Accountant) with a Federal Government Department. Ideally I'd like to secure a place by 1st May so that I may be able to commence my role immediately in Canberra, ACT. I'm a very neat and tidy person and respect the privacy of those whom I stay with regards to cleanliness, respect and keeping noise to a minimum. I am however very social and would welcome the opportunity to have a conversation and participate in sporting and non-sporting activities as hobbies sometimes or just chill with drinks. Did I mention that I'm a good cook and am willing to share some of my delicious food! :) ;) . Only one way to find out. Haha!
Hey~ My name is Layla and I'm 26. I'm a ANU student doing my master of computing. I'm tidy and easy going. Before I came to Canberra, I worked as an accountant in Shanghai for two years. I like travelling and Japanese anime. Currently I live in UCV. I'm looking for a quiet furnished bedroom, not too far away from ANU. Hope to find friends to share a maybe two or three bedroom apartment and bills with me.
Hey there, I'm Sami! I have recently moved back back to Canberra after living in Melbourne for two years. Despite having just moved back I've decided I'm well overdue for some soul-searching travel so I am looking for a short-ish term rental (somewhere between 3 and 6 months but potentially longer - if you're looking for at least 6 months and I agree to this, I will of course stick to that!) while I save up and practice my Spanish before heading over to Latin America. I work in hospitality in the CBD/Braddon area so am looking for a house that isn't too far from there so that I can cycle as much as possible! I'm a big fan of plants so more than happy to help your indoor or outdoor garden thrive while I'm in your home! I am also very passionate about environmental sustainability and was about to go into my second year studying this at ANU before deferring so that I can travel! I'm great to live with because I am super accommodating! Ideally I'd love to be part of a more social house with a bit of a community feel but I'm also totally happy to be in a more quiet and reserved home too. I am tidy, respectful, always promptly clean up after myself, a non-smoker and always pay rent and bills on time. Please chuck me a message if you have any questions!
Hello ! I am an ANU student coming back from exchange looking for a 3+ person share house close to campus and the city ! I study law and enjoy going out, eating out listening to music and travelling ! Would be more interested in living with other students. Feel free to message me if you have anymore questions
I'm a 21 years old French master student in biology. I will do a 3 months internship within the ANU. My internship starts on April 29 till August 4. I'm a really easy to live person, french food cooker and who love share drinks or meals with my roommate. I have already lived in different house shares, so I know the rules for a good harmony.
Hi, I'm a full time postgrad student at ANU. I'm currently living in a share flat in Turner, but the owners are moving back in, so I've got to find a new place. I have another year and a half left of my degree, so my preference would be for a 12 month+ lease. I like spending time with others, but also enjoy personal space. I also enjoy having a clean home environment.
Hi I'm a 42 year old professional guy, I run a UK software company and looking to move to Canberra to support some of our customers in AU and also see my daughters who live here with their mum (long story). I'm currently staying in an AirBnB place in Reid, but need to sort out something more permanent. I'm an easy going liberal. Keep my self to my self, though happy to mix and chat. I like movies, reading crime fiction and talking with interesting people. Not a party goer though love to chat with interesting people and generally friendly and easy to get on with. I work form home and don't have much stuff. I like a tidy and calm house and am very respectful of others and their space. I'm a lover of the outdoors and likely out running, walking or cycling (when I get a bike over here) when I'm not working.... working from home means I need to get a out a bit! I like to cook, especially for others, so occasional shared meals are cool. My daughters (age 6 and 10) are at school in Reid and might come over after school or on weekends sometimes. They're lovely girls, but if you can't stand children then we're probably not best flatmates. I'd ideally like a furnished, good sized room in Reid, Braddon, Civic area.... Finding the right people to share with can be harder than finding the right place, so definitely up for a team up to look for the right place if you reckon we could make food housemates. Totally understand that getting on is important, so happy to meet for a coffee or whatever to check before committing to anything. Anyway - if any of that sounds OK, then please consider me for a housemate. Thanks Stuart
My name is Shivali 😊 I am a part-time student at ANU, studying environment and sustainability. When I'm not studying, the rest of my free time goes into my positions as Vice President of the Fashion and Beauty Society, and Deputy Officer of the Queer Department. I’m super passionate about beauty, fashion and sustainability 🌸 I like keeping things clean, tidy and organised. I mostly tend to keep to myself, but I'm happy to have a chat now and then 😊 Some of my hobbies include going on nights out to civic with friends, going to events with friends, or cooking 😁 I like to live a healthy lifestyle. Ideally I would be looking for a furnished room, whether that's a single studio or in shared accomodation, I don't mind. I also wish to find a place that is quite close to ANU for convenience ☺️
Hiya, First of all, thanks for clicking on me! I'm originally from Melbourne and I'll be moving up to Canberra to complete an Honours year at ANU - I'll be doing a project on climate change in New Caledonia. At the moment, I'm still in Melbourne - tutoring Environmental Politics at Unimelb and working in retail and other odd jobs. To share a little more on me, I'm quite a relaxed and warm person with a wide variety of interests and pursuits ranging from listening to too many podcasts to eating avocado and vegemite on toast. More seriously, I love to read books and watch odd documentaries and films. I also volunteer and try to contribute positively to the community on a variety of scales - currently I've been volunteering with the Environmental Film Festival Australia down in Melbourne. Another big thing for me is spending time outdoors - whether going for runs, walks or hikes around the place. I've lived in France, Australia and China as well as having travelled extensively so I'm very open-minded. I am a friendly and considerate housemate - open to spending time together and making nice little dinners but also respectful of my housemates' time and need to relax. I like to keep common areas tidy and warm and also make a mean veggie stirfry (I enjoy mediocre wine too, but I'm also fine with fancy wine.) I am looking for a small-medium sized private room at around $200 or less and am happy to share a bathroom/house with multiple people. My ideal housemates would be considerate and committed to making home a warm, comfortable and accepting space. I would like to live with people who are in their later years of studies or early on in their career. However, that isn't set at all in stone and if there's a good feeling between us then why not!
French girl coming to work at the Alliance Française in Canberra, I'm an enthusiastic person and I'm pretty much up for anything ! I like having a chat around some drinks or in a park, walking around, watching movies, listening to cool music... My friends say I'm easy-going, so I think I'm pretty much easy to live with :) Can't wait to meet any of you !! xx
Hi everyone! I’m a 22 year old full time public servant/student. I’ve been living in Canberra for three years, and I am looking for a calm and professional home to move into, preferably with others who are also working full time. I love spending time with others, but also equally enjoy some quiet time and personal space. I’m quite a neat and tidy person, and I really enjoy having a clean home environment. I’m an avid cook, coffee addict, wine drinker, love the outdoors/travel, board games, watching movies/tv shows.. etc.! I do have a bit of a zero-tolerance policy towards recreational drug use, and would really like to live with someone who shares that sort of perspective in terms of living arrangements. :) If I sound like I might be a good fit, please feel free to get in touch for a chat! :) Maree
