Hello! I am looking for another person to locate and share a house between the 2 of us. I am keen for this to be a long term prospect (for me at least), so it will be more of a ‘home’ and less of a ‘house’. I am keen to find a decent 4 bedroom (maybe 3 bedroom, although I will need 2 bedrooms to use one as a study), 2 bathroom, 2 car garage house, that is not too far out of the Ballarat area. The location is negotiable. I am ready to move immediately, as I am staying with family here and well sick of living out of boxes….. I am a 57 year old male, non-smoker and occasional drinker. I am a fairly quiet person who is extremely clean and house proud. I am respectful of other’s boundaries at all times. I am still recovering from a near fatal car accident (not at fault) from back in January 2024. I sustained an open fracture to the right femur. I am able to look after myself. My major recreational activity is the gym. Price range I am looking at per week (to share) is $380-$475. I have much of what is required to set up a house, although I am negotiable on that too.
