Hello! I'm moving to Canberra to start my PhD in May. Keen to be located as close as I can be (UNSW ADFA) whilst I'm still getting settled as I'm relocating from Sydney and won't have a car. Looking for somewhere that feels like home. Natural light and lots of space (as much as there can be within budget, hey) is always good. Happy to chat w housemates & here for friendly vibes and hangouts, but I also enjoy my own time and space (as I'm sure you do too!). Big foodie, often out and about, but also love relaxing and wine n dining at home! Ideally a room on the bigger side, as I like to do yoga & home workouts in the morning so need enough space for a yoga mat! Good kitchen, big windows and reading nooks are a plus! I'd be open to teaming up with one other person (ideally a graduate/young professional or fellow PhD student) for a two bed flat, too! Furnishings & location are my biggest priorities currently as I'll be moving right before I start working!
