One of my big motivators for sharing is to once again live in a house, with at least a small yard - I'm a very keen gardener - and no upstairs/downstairs neighbours noise to navigate, while also being able to live in reasonable distance to the city and close to tram/train (Sandringham line would be great). Ideally it would be fabulous to have a large bedroom plus a study area and own bathroom. That's why I've ticked granny flat as an option...a studio out the back of a house but access to the main kitchen and living area would be ideal. Added bonus if it was in a house with someone who travelled regularly for their work. Would be very happy to keep the home fires burning.
