I'm Jess, a 29 year-old Aussie working full time in Project Management. I'm very excited to move back to my old stomping ground in the East, with all of the amazing food and coffee, and proximity to the Tan. About me: I'm a friendly creature and enjoy creating a warm and welcoming environment at home, with the occasional shared meal and vino. 😊 Like everyone though, I like my space and am respectful of everyone's down time. I’m tidy and appreciate those who feel that a clean shared space (kitchen, bathroom) is good for the soul. I'm an avid yogi and runner and have just completed my sixth half marathon on the Great Ocean road. Would be interested to meet with any like minded people.😊

About the house; Hey there, we have some shuffling going on, and will be looking for a couple to move into the master bedroom in our 3 bedroom freestanding house in Fitzroy around the 20th of June. The price in the ad is per week, so $217 per person, per week ($434 total). The house is in an amazing location! We're less than a minute walk away from Brunswick St (full of awesome restaurants, bars, cafes and shops), 1 min walk from the 11, 86, 96 tram, and only around 10 mins walk from the middle of the city. The beautiful Carlton Gardens are also a 2 minute walk away. We are in a little back street/laneway though, so generally it's quite quiet, all things considered. The room is a good size for 2 people. It has a walk in robe and en-suite bathroom. As the ad states, the room is being offered as unfurnished, however this is a queen bed and mattress with bedside tables I would be happy to leave in the room if needed. The house is a good size. It's 2 storey, with the living room, kitchen, dining, laundry, storage and single toilet downstairs, and the three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. We have a washing machine, dishwasher, and stainless kitchen stuff, and a little courtyard for growing things/attempting to get browner in summer. We also have two glass brick walls sections on the East and West side of the house which let in heaps of natural light. The room would also come with one garage space, however if you have 2 cars we also have a parking permit for the surrounding streets. Bills are shared, but when split between 4, work out to be fairly nominal.

Hey! I'm Oscar, from Barcelona. I'm looking for a flat in Fitzroy or Carlton. I'm looking for young people to live my experience here in Melbourne. I'm 26 and I'm really sociable, always ready to take a drink or go to run or play football. I love Netflix and play videogames. Please contact me if you have a place for me. Thank youuuuu!
I'm 25 from Melbourne pretty easy going and accepting of all kinds of people. I'm open minded and very adaptable. I respect personal space but don't mind having a chat or drink here and there. I'm an artist so I come with many books, paintings and crafty things. I love gardening an fresh flowers.
My name is Rachael, I am 24 years old and studying in my final year of a masters degree at Melbourne uni. I am looking for a share house to stay in until I finish my studies but depending on where I find work I may want to stay longer. I am an animal lover, vegetarian but don't mind those who eat meat. I love to bake and cook. I am an avid tea drinker and love to watch soccer and a bit of football. I go to dance classes and like to have a bit of a yarn and drink when I can. I'm looking to live somewhere that is friendly, social but also respects people's space and privacy. I do have a car so I would require a space to park. On street is fine as long as there is plenty of parking available. I am a clean person, I chip in with chores and I don't mind cooking dinner for others (as long as they don't mind vego food). I also make a mean cuppa.

Friendly and tidy mature female looking for easy going housemate(s). I'm doing my masters degree at the moment and working part-time. I would prefer a quiet household where I can study from home, but don't mind hanging out or going out a few hours a week. Preferred area is Parkville, but happy to venture out a bit further if there is a train station nearby or trams direct to Parkville under 30 minutes commute.
Hi, I am a 24-year old Japanese/Irish who does master of development studies in Melbourne uni. I am outgoing and sociable, but respectful and easygoing at the same time. I'm a vegetarian who cooks vegan food at home, oh yes, I love cooking. But I am absolutely fine if my housemates aren't veggie/vegan. I also love animals, music, dancing and sports. I started practicing ukulele recently and I'm loving it!! :D Other than that I enjoy eating and drinking with my friends, but I am definitely not a party animal so don't worry about that :) Oh and lastly, I love learning languages and in fact I have been studying Spanish and Portuguese for a couple of years.
Despite being on the wall of shame, for being unable to devour the gargantuan hot dog (see above), I am still a great human being. I promise, even ask my mum. Onto the boring stuff about myself: -- I am 25 years old. -- Working as an audio engineer at Crystal Mastering -- Work in a nightclub on the weekend -- I play the drums -- Quiet but enjoy hanging out with housemates I have 7 years of rental history, with sharing houses with girls and guys.
I'm 28 and I've just recently moved to Melbourne for work. Completely new to the city and just looking for a place to stay with some chilled out people. I work full time through the week at a Vans store, and on weekends I like to chill out, have a few drinks and listen to some music. I do like to be social, but I also respect when others are not. I was living on the Gold Coast before here, so it's definitely a big change.
I’m easygoing, love to laugh and meet new people, yet very organised and clean. I love to socialise but I also enjoy time spent at home relaxing. My passions include dancing, food and wine. In fact, I run a food blog as a hobby so I’m constantly hunting for new cafes and restaurants. I work full time (9-5) as an Executive Assistant at a University and I’m usually out and about on weekends. So, I’m mainly just home on week nights. I’ve been renting for the past 2 years and have lived with both male and female professionals who I get along with just fine. I welcome the opportunity to chat over a coffee so we can learn more about each other :)
Couple looking for a Studio or 1 bed property in Melbourne Employed and good rental history. Ideally furnished but open
Hi! I’m 25, work in advertising / design as a planner, and I'm moving to Melbourne from Bristol, U.K. at the start of June. My best mate also lives in Melbourne but as a newbie I’m keen for a sociable flat with people who like to hangout at weekends and love a good drink or Netflix binge! I’ve always lived with 4ish people so very easy going as a Flatmate and love a good cleaning rota. My hobbies include eating food, watching queer eye and playing hockey (but mainly eating food). Shout if you have any questions! Ellie x
25 year old guy from Newcastle, UK. On a working holiday visa as of April 5th, just finished travelling the East Coast and relocating to Melbourne on May 29th. I'm a registered Nurse and will be doing agency work through the week. I like to spend my days off/weekends seeing friends over brunch/drinks. Tidy and considerate guy.
I'm from England, have travelled South East Asia and now hold working holiday visa for Australia. Looking to stay around Melbourne for approx 5 months. I'm from professional background and am a respectful, clean & tidy housemate. Currently working 9-5 in CBD. Looking for a room with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I'm looking forward to meeting new people and socialising, but not looking for a party apartment. I enjoy cooking and baking, chocolate brownies are a favourite.
Will join Melbourne as a student of University of Melbourne in July. Looking for a room with single bed option, no bunk beds (coz I'm kinda claustrophobic). An easy-going person and pretty friendly. Love a good chat but also respects personal space. Can't wait to meet my new roomies. See ya soon! :)
