Hello! I'm Adam. I spend most my long working hours at a busy bayside bar and restaurant, and at other times I like to read and research, to write, or plan the next adventure. I earned my bachelor level a few years ago and worked in technical fields for a while, then decided I need to change and see the world. Open-minded and free-spirited, I'm a seeker and free-thinker. I'm calm, value my downtime, and have respect for one another's space and ideas. I keep busy with pastimes that include: travelling, camping, training, cooking, and meaningful conversations exchanging experience. I am housework-trained, tidy and clean, reliable with accounts, and choose to live with persons who take responsibility but can let loose from time to time and enjoy life. Write to me, I would like to meet the people with whom I will make a home! I'm also open to the idea of organising a property Team-up together should you be searching in the same locations. 1. Animal friendly, and plant nurturer. Non-smoker. Straight but LGBT+ respectful. 2. Minimum stay of six months but prefer longer. Approximate date of move-in is around the end of March, however, this can be negotiated on your terms. 3. Third generation Aussie, with mixed backgrounds from Japan and Hong Kong. Next major journey is within the South American continent, previous was in the Nordics.
Hi, I'm a 29 year old Software Engineer/Consultant from Perth. I'm working primarily out of my company's Melbourne office for the next six to nine months, and looking for somewhere to stay within about half an hour of the CBD by public transport. About me: - I'm sociable and enjoy meeting new people, but value my quiet time at home. Don't much go for the late night party scene, and would prefer a chilled household. - I'm not a neat-freak, but I do like things clean, and would be happy to pay my share for a regular professional house/apartment cleaning. - My main hobby is motorbike riding. I'm over here with my Ducati Monster (hope to get a chance to ride it around Phillip Island at least once!), so secure off-street parking is a must for me. - In a committed, long term relationship, but unfortunately my partner is unable to join me in Melbourne this time, hence looking for room-mates. - I love cats & dogs, but unfortunately I'm heavily allergic to cats and mildly allergic to dogs. A non-shedding or a mostly-outside dog is fine though - actually I'd probably consider that a bonus! - I'm packing light - just two suit-cases - so you don't need to worry about having to give up any living room or storage space to me. Also means moving in should take all of 30 seconds! - I'd prefer to keep our regular meals separate, but always up for a good barbecue. I'm in Melbourne as of 1st of March, hanging out in AirBnBs until I find somewhere more long term.
My name is Kelly and I am 30. I am looking for a new accommodation where I can move in beginning of May but I am flexible. I am studying 2 days per week and working part time as a French teacher in private schools. I am going to stay in Melbourne at least till the end of my student visa in February 2020 so I am looking for an accommodation for at least 1 year. I have great experience of sharing appartment and house and I am a tidy, clean and quiet housemate. I love sharing with people like having a chat, cooking together, having a drink outside but I also like having my own time. I love music so I often go to see live music concerts in city and discover new local bands. I also love swimming, surfing and doing exercices.
Please message through Flatmates for initial contact. Hi there, I'm a 24 year old who has lived in share housing for the past 5 years. I work full-time as a banker in South Melbourne. My downtime is generally spent catching up with friends, going to gigs, playing video games or lazing around watching YouTube videos. Bit of a nerd, so to speak. I consider myself to be easily approachable and honest. I clean up after myself and like to maintain a general tidiness of the house. I don't make a lot of noise. I tend to keep to myself so I'm looking for somewhere I can come home and enjoy my own space, but given we get along (which I'm sure we will) I'm not one to pass on hanging out. I'm pretty much everything-friendly. Love animals, and not one to discriminate.
Hi! I'll be moving/travelling to Melbourne from the UK in October and I'm just signing up here to get a feel of what is out there! Currently running my own dog training business in England and will hopefully be starting something similar down under. Hope to meet fun, friendly young professionals who like to have a drink and go out together but also allow for quiet nights in with movies and take out :D Hope to meet you soon! Yaz x
Easy-going, fun loving gal, very social and sporty and are always up for activities and adventures. I work full time as a lawyer in carlton and am either at the gym or exploring Melbourne in my free time. Moved to Melbourne in October and have been living in a sublet in Richmond with 2 amazing legends. I am looking for another great place which has a relaxed homely and social vibe. I am tidy, positive, respectful and reliable. 😊
I work full time for a company in the architecure/software space. Office currently located in the CBD Interests - sports (I haven’t played anything in the last few years but have decided to come out of football ⚽️ retirement after 5years) reading, indulging in the odd binge of a dodgy Netflix series, exploring new places to eat great food with friends etc. I'm hoping to find a house and housemates that I can call home and family who enjoy having a semi regular beverage or 2 and a good chat over 'family' dinner. I would also love to keep my fur baby with me. Mr Sooty D is a 7yo Black Cocker Spaniel x King Charles Cavalier that I rescued 2years ago. He’s pretty chill, loves spending his days snoozing on the couch!
Hi there, I'm a 28 year old Irish doctor living in Melbourne for the last 2 and a half years. I work in the city, shift work but no nights. Looking to move a little closer to the city. I am looking for a place to call home. I am very clean and respectful towards others. I am sociable and have a big circle of friends here but always keen to meet new people. I like to be healthy and keep fit but do like a night out from time to time. Not in to a party house though...I love the cinema and eating out. Also love to cook! I have a car but tend to mostly cycle everywhere. Would like to live with someone who is a respectful and clean housemate who is independent and partial to the odd Netflix crime/drama binge and likes the odd chats on the couch :) Look forward to hearing from you!
Hi there, I'm Vito, 30yo. I will be moving to Melbourne on 27th March and will be working at the University of Melbourne full-time for a 3y postdoc, so I'm looking for a nice place (and people) where to stay for a long period. I'm very easygoing and clean, not a clean freak though. I'm originally Italian, so love to cook and drink :), and will be traveling from time to time abroad. I will be pretty much busy with work but I enjoy going out for beers/party and watching movies.

I am a friendly, positive person. I am really into personal development and meditation. I love travelling, photography, being in contact with nature and animals. I am very social and at the same time I need time on my own to do my things :) I just moved back here after few months in Queensland and I am looking for a place to live where I could feel at home. I prefer a furnished room.
Hi There, I'm moving to Melbourne from London on the 4th May and looking to live with other professionals long term. I'm much more of a pub than a club guy and into all sports, particularly afl and rugby. I have lived with girls only for the last 4 years so I'm very neat and tidy! I'm looking for a large sized room. Happy to live with pets, smokers etc. The doggo in my picture will not be coming, sad times. Thanks
I am a 19 year old Norwegian girl looking for a room to rent in Melbourne, as I'm possible moving there. I am a happy, positive and calm girl who enjoys getting to know new people. I'm a clean and tidy person who likes to be with people, however, I sometimes like to be by myself too. It's safe to say I understand the concept personal space! I like to work out as well as hanging out with friends or just relax at home.
A Business School student, been in Melbourne for about a year now. Looking for a personal bedroom in a shared house, with friendly, responsible and clean flatmates! Super easy going and love a good chat over wine with housemates whenever time permits.
I am a single female in my mid-twenties from Canada. I work a business job in the CBD Monday to Friday. I've been in Melbourne now for 6 months and I love exploring the food scene here, having a couple glasses of wine or beer and trying to keep fit to balance out those two! I'm very clean and enjoy hanging out but like my own space as well :)
Hi I'm Léa! I'm 24, from France and I'm moving to Melbourne for an internship. I've been traveling around the world since I was 4 and I'm really excited to meet new people. I have experience living with flatmates, I am currently living with 8 people and even though it's sometimes challenging, most of the time it's just a lot of fun! I love art, photography, gastronomy and wine (I know what you're thinking and I am totally embracing the French girl cliché) but most of all I just really love traveling and making new friends wherever I go. I guess what I'm really looking for is just a place that I can call my home away from home and where I can be myself, surrounded by people I appreciate and who appreciate me back.
I'm an Irish backpacker looking for a home for a couple of months. I work part time in a restaurant in the cbd so a place close to the city would be preferable ! I'm open to any kind of house or apartment share and I love to make any place I stay feel like home. I'm social and friendly along with being tidy and respectful of others space. I'm an easy going person that likes to relax and have a few drinks on the weekends so would love to meet like minded individuals !
