Hi my name is Jay, I am looking for a single room in fitzroy, brunswick, carlton and cbd around $700-$800/month. I am a recent graduate student in Business and work part-time in retail. I enjoy outdoor activities (walking, checking out new places around melbourne), festivals and music (house & techno). I am a laid back and social person, up for drinks or movie nights and meeting new people. I have lived in Melbourne for 10 years and looking for a change of pace. Thank you and look forward to meeting you. Cheers
Hey I'm Josh, 25 year old Kiwi. Moved to Melbourne a few weeks ago and will be starting a marketing role in Richmond shortly. Job will be Mon to Fri and mostly business hours that will extend longer from time to time with occasional travel. I like team sports particularly basketball, football and all types of rugby, to run, hike and go to the beach. Not a smoker, but I like to dabble in some beer and wine from time to time. Spent the past few years flatting in Auckland and loved it. Hoping to find a place with flatmates that are sociable and can hang with but not completely rely on each other socially. Would prefer to live with like minded people of a similar age, but gender and sexual orientation doesn't matter. I'm on board with keeping the place clean and all chipping in with a bit of communal cleaning. As a person I'm rather laid back and don't get worked up by much and can get along with majority of people easily.
Hiya, I’m Tam. I’m 24 years old and working full time in the hospitality industry while at uni part time. I love my sports and being outdoors, catching up with friends but also like staying home some weekends and being able to chill out after a long week. I love to cook and clean (apart of my South American culture 😂 ) so that makes me a pretty good housemate!
Hi ,my name is Laurene and I am 21 years old female currently studying pharmacy in Monash University . I always make sure that my room is clean and tidy . I'm a bubbly and super friendly girl (woman?) who really wants a place to call home with a group of cool people. I work quite a lot but I love coming home to friends and Netflix (preferably together). I like me time but I also like to go out every once in a while and have nice dinners :) . I'm also a very clean and tidy person and would like to live with like minded individuals. I thrive with housemates with open minds and open hearts who I can have great conversations with and be like a family with.

I have plenty of experience living in share houses and flats so I am use to sharing spaces and doing my fair share of weekly chores. A little about me: I am an 24 year-old American student who will be starting a masters program at RMIT in Feb. I spent about 10 months living in Australia from September 2016-July 2017, including a 3 month stint living and working on a vineyard south of Geelong. I am very easy-going and love the outdoors, live music, relaxing with friends and watching netflix. I arrive in mid Jan and am hoping to move in sometime around then. I am looking to live in a share house or flatshare with people around my age. Look forward to hearing from you!
chill, respectful, great cook, love movies, relatively quiet, friendly, clean hi, my name is Samantha and i am a student moving from Perth to Melbourne next year to study at RMIT. i am moving to Melbourne on the 16th of January and will be looking at staying for about 6 months. if this works for you feel free to contact me. I'm looking for max $160/week including bills and wifi thanks.
I've returned to Melbourne after a 3 year break. I'm not sure how long I'm going to stay but would like to rent a place on my own for an initial 3 months until I figure out how long I intend to stay. I'm an IT and Web Development Project Manager, I work contract but I've never been out of work. I've rented in cities all over the world and rent out my own apartment in Glasgow, I think this helps me know what it takes to be a good tenant. I'm originally from Glasgow, Scotland but I've been living and working in Melbourne, Berlin and London for the past 8 or 9 years. In my spare time I like to take photographs which I hope one day to make into an exhibition. When the sun isn't too fierce I like to go on adventures and get involved in what's going on. I'm here to enjoy the summer, catch up with old friends and work while I'm doing that.
We are 3 responsible professional women looking for a home while we adjust to Melbourne living. Melody is from the Netherlands and maintains and rent out her home there while traveling abroad. She is working in Fitzroy and loves the lively atmosphere. In her free time she enjoys live music and reading. Karen is from the USA and currently works in Carlton. She is very clean and organized. In her free time she enjoys red wine and a good book. Cassidy is from the USA and currently works in the CBD. She enjoys almost any outdoor activity and being creative. We are looking for a 2-3 bedroom house, and are open to the idea of having up to 5 people sharing the house. Move in date is flexible. We look forward to hearing from you!
Me and Jack are best mates from home in the U.K. and we've been backpacking together for a year now. We're both very easy going blokes who always want to try new things and are just up for a laugh! We enjoy meeting and getting to know new people, and we also like our chilled days too. I'd like to think we're repsecrful of people's space and needs and we're also clean and tidy people! We love sports, music and are big foodies, so we're really excited about living around Melbourne!
Hello! We are two Swedish sisters currently looking for apartment in Melbourne. Both of us love cooking food, having breakfast (with coffee!) at pretty cafes and traveling while taking photos of everything we set our eyes upon. We are on our first year of our working holiday visa and are planning to settle down in Melbourne in the end of November ✨✨
We are both very social, talkative and friendly. Elliot is a musician and very outgoing whereas I, Grace, like to cook and keep things tidy. We are both vegan and are staying in Melbourne for 12 months. We are ideally looking for somewhere long term however we will also be open to staying somewhere short term. Elliot will be starting a Sales job in the upcoming weeks and I am looking for Admin work. We are from London, England. We are also happy to share a double room. Our ideal location would be Richmond however we are open to other possibilities listed below!
Hey! I'm 22, from London and I've been in Melbourne for 6 months. I work full time as a waitress and as a writer for a local sketch comedy group. Looking for a place in Fitzroy, Brunswick or Northcote, no more than $800 pcm. I'm really easy going, I drink a bit but I'm not a massive partier, love live comedy and watching movies. I'll always share my cooking, I'm clean and I love pets. Drop me a message or a text! Thanks, Lily x
I’m a British nurse over here on a working holiday visa and I’m looking for a room for a few weeks while I work at the hospital. I’m clean, tidy and cheerful! I cook a decent veggie meal and am very easy going to live with! Thanks for reading :-)
Hey! I’m Vicky, 24 years old and originally from the UK. I work in marketing and have just moved to Melbourne for the year searching for a new adventure. I’m looking for a room in a social but still chilled house/ flat share, short term at first but potentially longer! I love yoga and the gym, exploring this amazing city, and sharing a few drinks or a Netflix binge with friends.
I've recently moved over from the UK to Melbourne. I'm loving it so far and the plan is to stay in Australia for a year as I'm on a working travel visa. I can only commit to 3 months right now as i will probably decide to do a bit of traveling later on. I graduated last year and have a full time job as a bartender in Fitzroy. I like sports, going out for a few drinks or even just chilling and watching a movie. I've been living in share houses for the last 4 years so I know the deal!

Hey there, I am subletting my amazing loft room in Fitzroy for 6 months, starting from Monday the 27th November 2017. There is a big possibility of extending the 6 months also. The room is huge, has great views over Fitzroy, and is nestled in between Brunswick and Smith street. You honestly couldn't ask for a better location! The room also has its own sink and I will be selling the mattress to the person who takes on the room if they want it. Unfortunately we will only be considering people who work or study full time, or a combination of the two. Internet is $30 a month, and all bills split evenly between house. If you are interested, you will need to start paying rent by the 27th November. You will also need to have your bond of 4 weeks, and the first months rent paid up front.
I won't be in Melbourne until January but checking out what's out there before going overseas over Christmas. I'm a considerate housemate who likes to live in a clean and positive environment. I love to socialise but also appreciate some good old 'me-time'. I'm moving to Melbourne to find connection with my creative side and will be working part-time, moving away from my very exciting career in accounting and towards something more fulfilling. Ideally I'll be looking for a furnished room around Yarraville / Footscray or the Brunswick area. I'm a new vegan and would love to live with others who share the same mentality. I also will be living away from my husband and dog and would love to live with kind, considerate people and/or pets :)
