Hi! I’m a 31-year-old professional female who values a clean, quiet, and balanced lifestyle. I’m friendly and respectful, and while I tend to keep to myself, I’m always up for a casual chat or some light conversation. I care about fitness, personal growth, and a strong work ethic—so I’m usually early to bed and early to rise. I currently work a hybrid corporate role, but in the next 4–6 weeks I’ll be transitioning to a full-time in-office position, which keeps my weekdays pretty structured. Not into the crazy party scenes, but I do love a meal out with friends (or a chill roommate) and on occasion, a sneaky wine. I appreciate calm, comfortable spaces, good energy and friendly people I can clique with for an enjoyable environment. In my previous career, I was a chef, so I prefer to cook most meals at home and appreciate a maintained kitchen. I traditionally meal prep (usually on a Sunday) to set up for an easy week - between work and fitness I don’t have much time at the end of the day for a big cook up. I am equipped with basic bedroom furniture and some general items in containers which would be best housed in some kind of storage, I have house furniture that can be utilised for a team up, or sold for flat sharing. Parking of some sorts required.
