I am out going and love having a chat but also like my own time to work on my own projects and enjoy my downtime. I am looking for something stable and a place to call home and feel relaxed in. I would prefer living in a studio/apartment something relatively new and clean. My house is extremely clean and organized - I only tolerate organised and high-functioning individuals who share this mindset. My ideal situation would be finding a similar individual to find a nice 2 bedroom apartment (househacking) to rent.
