I'm currently working fulltime at realestate.com.au in Barangaroo, in my spare time I go to the gym, play pool, basketball,and read. Currently living in my friend's family home but they're moving back from overseas so I'm looking for a new place. Please let me know when the last few rent increases occured and by how much, as I'm aware some owners haven't increased rent at all in the past 3 years and some have aggresively increased them every 6 months, would prefer a home owner that doesn't increase the rent a lot. Also let me know how it has been dealing with the agent/owner. I have high cleanliness standards and I've lived with pets before and I love dogs! I work 2 days in the office each week. I like to get to sleep by 10pm and wake up early in the morning around 6am (no night owls or late shift workers please) I use my own air fryer most of the time for cooking and prefer to have at least two shelves in the fridge for myself as I meal prep for the week. I'm happy to have friends over for social gatherings but not a party house please. I like to organise board games and chill nights in and you're welcome to join!
