Hi, I, male, 47, and work as an Engineering Manager in IT. I've been living in Sydney for over 18 years, I'm originally from India. Having just sold my house, I'm looking for a place to live in till I find and purchase a new property. I'm looking at 3-6 months. I'm clean, quiet, adaptable, not a party person. I dont cook much. Happy to share in expenses, house-cleaner etc. I usually work from home, but if thats an issue, happy to work from office too, though in that case, I'd be interested in locations that are walkable to a train station. Need parking for a car, on-street is fine. Prefer own bathroom.
