This place has wonderful views of Newcastle as well as a pool and some fantastic roommates! The whole house is furnished so you won't need to bring anything. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. Very close to Westfield Kotara and there is access to transport. Definitely a great place to live for 6 months
Currently living in maitland, working full time in Newcastle and plan on making the move into Newy soon. Non smoker, Tidy, easy going. I keep to myself most if the time and respectful of personal space but i'm always down for a chat and to hang out :)
I'm a pretty chilled guy, tidy and clean. Looking to move out of home, doesn't particularly matter where. I feel like I'm fairly fun, and would be easy to live with. Not fussed on when either, but sooner rather than later.
Recently got a job in Hamilton so i have been considering moving closer to the area after my probation. (i live 45 minutes from there currently) Most afternoons i find myself in the gym, although on the weekends i enjoy spending time at the beach, going out for breakfast, or having drinks the chicks. I do work full-time so i although i don't mind going out i do need someone who can respect that on week nights. Ideally i would like to move in with someone who i will get along with as a house mate as well as a friend. i do have a partner who would occasionally stay. If you think id be an ideal flat mate hollla at me :)
There is plenty of space under the house for storage and the available room includes an air-conditioner and built in slider-wardrobe. The house garage currently would not be able to hold a vehicle. There is also ample backyard space and two balcony/verandahs on which to enjoy a brew and sit and chew the fat. Quite good for social gatherings. We also have a dog, a small Jack-Russell. Will consider other dogs.
24 y.o. female, full time worker. I have a cat that will be coming with me- she's an indoor/outdoor and generally friendly. I enjoy being social, but also like my personal space, and am respectful of others needs. Always keep my spaces clean. I enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day and love baking.
So I'm 2nd year student at UoN and I also work 2 jobs. I'm pretty chilled, easy to get on with and happy to socialise (drinks optional) but will sometimes keep to myself. Always down to meet new people (and said people's pets if they own them aha). Not a clean freak but I do my part to make sure things a neat and reasonably tidy. I respect others space and privacy and would ask the same in return. Hoping to find some cool housemates and aim to move in December after I get back from Melbourne (11th). (Puppies not included sadly)
My name is Jerome and I am looking to move from Melbourne to Newcastle for work. I am currently finalising terms of employment at John Hunter Hospital and will start on the 3rd of December. I have lived out of home for eight years. As a tenant/housemate, I always clean up after myself and care for the property as if it were mine own. In my spare time I like to surf, cycle, eat fries and spend time with my friends. I enjoy living with people that are professional, positive and funny. Please feel free to get in touch if you have a room available or would like to team up. Jerome
We are two best friends who are wanting to move out and gain some independence, we have lived together for two years in my mothers home! I work at a restaurant & maddy is studying next year! we both are very tidy & quite we are the odd two out we like to stay at home on Friday nights and bing watch tv series and would spend the whole day at the beach! We plan to move to Canada in 2019 for work and leisure!
Hi everyone! My name is Frankie and I am looking for somewhere to live! The catch with me is that I have two beautiful smoochy ginger cats - they are brothers we rescued at 6 weeks old and they are now 5 years old. They are clean and tidy and once they get to know you, love a cuddle. About me - I'm a 24 year old medical student who has to move to Newcastle for my final year. I need to move out of my current location by mid January but am happy to pay rent immediately. Although my things will move in, myself and my boys wont move in until March as my first rotation next year is in Orange. Rent paid but no extra person for two months - YAY! :P Im clean and tidy but don't care if you aren't. I have to have a clean room for my study but the state of the rest of the house doesn't worry me if it doesnt worry you. Saying that, I am more than happy to do my fair share of the household cleaning - I currently work 2 hours a week as a professional cleaner. I am outgoing and confident but also very respectful of everyone's space. Budget is up tp $200 for a large room or $250 for a small flat of my own. Let me know if there is anyway my boys and I would fit into your household. :)
I like movies but not to scary, bit of a night owl but very quiet. I'm tidy but not a neat freak.I like to socialise a little bit. But I'm not a big party person. I love to read and explore. I can cook a few things and willing to learn more. Never missed a rent payment. I also love to mow lawns. I'm weird like that :) Happy to do chores and my dog is very well trained and never makes a mess. I just got a job in nsw and need somewhere to live.
I am a quiet easy outgoing person.. i have a disability and am on a dsp hence the reason to why I don't work. don't really do the whole socialism thing I usually keep to myself as I have had bad experience with people so you will barely see me. I am also a clean person I also don't mind helping out with house chors.
I am university student who is also looking for work in Newcastle. When I love people, I just want to talk to them but sometimes I just don't like people and I just want to stay in and play computer games.
Looking for someone to live with as am currently looking to move and living on my own. I'm quiet and friendly and not into the party scene. I prefer a good book or movie than going to the pub or out on the town. I like to cook and make my own candles and jewellery as well as writing. I have a house worth of furniture including a couple of spare beds if needed. Tinkabelle is an indoor/outdoor cat who stays in of a night and on rainy days. She is litter trained and is very quiet. She is about 7-8 years old and very sooky and affectionate.

Hi! My name is Kim, I'm 28 and work as a Beauty/Laser Therapist. I'm looking for one or two people around the same age as me to rent a house. I'm a 2 for 1 deal as I do own a dog - a groodle named Sunny. She's generally well behaved and has heaps of energy. It's really important to me to know that whoever lives with me is a dog lover, I don't ever want to feel uncomfortable leaving her alone with someone who isn't a fan of animals. I'm clean and tidy, respectful of other's space and super friendly. I love a few glasses of wine and entertaining every now and again or getting dressed up to go to a bar, but I'm not a party animal as I work too much and I'm saving to buy a house! On weekends I like to get outdoors, go to the beach, take Sunny for walks and just generally be social with friends. I'm looking for someone with similar attributes who is reliable, pays bills on time, isn't a slob with housework and likes to socialise and chat with their friendly housemate! Looking to move mid Jan but if we find the perfect property I'm happy to move earlier.
Modern house with leafy outlook and a deck for entertaining. 2 large bedrooms available for rent. Both with built in robes and ceiling fans. Large open lounge room with air conditioning. Kitchen ready for cooking and external laundry. A long walk or very short drive to the Merewether or Burwood beaches, pubs and local shops. An awesome house for the summer.
I'm looking for a flatmate to share my fabulous 2 bedroom house. Located near Adamstown station, 5 mins to the beach and Westfield Kotara, this place is super convenient! We have a gorgeous, peaceful, huge back yard and lovely large patio, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The room is 3.5 X 3.5 and has a ceiling fan. New kitchen, Older style bathroom and funky lounge room. You have the use of your own carport which offers security and protection from the elements. Someone friendly and confident will feel right at home here! I have wifi and it is pretty nearly unlimited for $30 per month. Couples considered. Extremely fuss-free outdoor dog considered. Message me today, I check this site everyday!
My lovely 2-bedroom weatherboard house is a light-filled, airy, retro place to live, close to the John Hunter Hospital, Westfield and the New Lambton and Blackbutt shops. I have a nice big backyard, on street parking and an outside dog who loves to play. Sorry but I don't want any other pets moving in. The room has a ceiling fan and a tv outlet. There are 2 main living areas, the main one of which has air conditioning. I think it's a really nice, quiet place to live.
Massive bedroom in a three bedroom house, huge shared and fully furnished lounge, dining, laundry (including dryer) and bathroom. (Yes you can use the Thermomix!) Very quiet street, walking distance to Charlestown Square (but you can't hear the highway, yay!) with lovely neighbours. Off street parking available. Garage space also available.

Casual worker/PhD student. Pretty easy to get along with, don't drink or smoke, but not a teetotaller. Enjoy having a quiet coffee, reading a book or checking out something on Netflix.
I have a full time job in bar work. I am reliable and dependable. I can provide references as I have lived in a previous share house. My fourteen month old Kelpie is a beautiful and loving dog who will practically claim anyone after an hour of knowing them. I am a confident, easy going and bubbly girl. I also have my own car so I am able to transport myself from place to place. I'm always keen for new experiences and love meeting new people. I completely understand the importance of living in a tidy environment, however also understand how unacceptable intrusive behaviour is. Available to move in immediately.
Hi! My name is Emily, I'm moving from Brisbane to Newcastle for work in Charlestown and my boyfriend who lives in Adamstown. I'll be working full time, I'm casual but organised, can't say no to chocolate, enjoy the beach, having a cocktail or wine and going to the gym. I love animals and I have a beautiful Great Dane named Nala. Don't be put off by her slightly larger than average dog size, she is clean, extremely well trained and loves a pat. Hoping to make friends with my new housemates and to move before the end of the year as I start my new job early January!
Hi, I am a teacher looking to team up with another 30-40 yr old female in a new house. I don't really have a preferred location in mind, so I am open to options. It's more about 'who' rather than 'where' at this stage. I am an energetic person who enjoys yoga, meditation, reading and spending time with like minded people. Don't go out much anymore, I'd much rather dinner, a few quiet drinks and good conversation. I have some furniture, but I have recently given a heap away so I travel light! I am a clean and tidy person, who enjoys cooking for more people than just myself. I have the world's friendliest cat, who will demand little more than cuddles and scratches. I can move at any time, so if you're interested in teaming up, send a message!
I am full-time working electrician, clean, social, non smoker. I am very laidback and get on with most people. I can equally enjoy hanging out or keeping to myself. I have a staffy who is an inside/ outside dog. I am an active person and love getting outside and exercising most days.
I'm a recent psychology graduate, moving to Newcastle from Brisbane to start full time work. Very easy going, quite outgoing and am flexible with move in dates (mid Nov onwards).
I'm honest, responsible and considerate of others. When I get settled I will be making (from workshop) and selling online - modern miniature dollhouse furniture. I would like to work from home but it is unlikely that I will find house with extra space. Bit nervous about sharing but I am friendly and accepting person.
Hello! We are very tidy and clean housemates who respect personal space, but are also very friendly and enjoy having a chat or just chilling out together. Ashleigh is a uni student and is in her third year of a Bachelor of Arts, and Blake is very handy with jobs around the house and technology, and is currently looking for work. We like to keep to ourselves most of the time, but if you're a fan of boardgames, movie nights or late night trips to Yogurtland, then we will get along great too :D We keep shared living areas very clean and tidy, are considerate with our noise levels and would keep our housemates up to date if we would like to have friends or family over. We love animals, and wouldn't mind feeding or walking them for you. We enjoy sharing weekend beverages, trips to the beach and finding places to eat delicious food! We are also both very tall, so we can help clean high spots or get things down for you :P Please feel free to contact us if you'd like to know more or to meet up. We look forward to hearing from you! :)
