Hi, l'm a Flinders student, working part-time, looking to team up with or rent a room in an established share-house. I have excellent references and rental history. I'm pretty flexible on location, but have added a few suburbs. Budget atm approx $200 p/w Plus bills. I am looking for E c o friendly people with good community-building skills & and emotional intelligence. Experience in share-housing a plus. About me, I'm Ann-Maree (she/her). Studying a Masters of Archaeology and Heritage Management, with the goal of pursuing a PhD. Between work and study, I enjoy gardening, crafting and music. I also enjoy taking my friendly 4.5-year-old golden Kelpie to the beach or on a forest walk. He's great with other dogs and cats (respectful of playful and non playful cats) and loves a pat. Normally only barks in a warning capacity. I'm easy to get along with, very independent and respectful of other people's personal space and belongings. I spend a lot of time doing my own thing, recharging, and studying. I'm clean and tidy, l like to clean as l cook - l can work to a roster, working bees or just do chores as needed - and keep the yard clean when it comes to my dog. Personally don't smoke or drink, though I don't hold issue with people who do.
