Hi there, Ready to move in immediately. I'm looking for a quiet and comfortable room where I can rest and get a good night's sleep. I'm a full-time student and a part-time worker, so I'm rarely home, and barely cook, will use microwave or pan re-heated the food most of the time. Limited budget, cos I'm mostly just there to sleep. Must close to public transportation(bus, train, tram), minimal 2 bus routes nearby, also available after 11 pm commute between city and home. This is important for me. No party house, plz.
