Hello!
My name is Sandra Mora, and I’m a single mother from Colombia, living in Adelaide with my 10-year-old son. We’ve been in Australia for 17 months, originally from beautiful San Andrés Island.
I speak Spanish as my first language and I’m currently working on improving my English. My son is in Year 5 and attends school from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. He’s a friendly and active boy who loves soccer, riding his bike, reading, writing, and video games. He also plays in a local soccer club.
I work on weekends at The Gatsby Lounge in the city and during the week as a cleaner. My background is in accounting and human resources, and I’m passionate about learning and connecting with people from different cultures.
We are looking for a welcoming home to share — ideally with an Australian family or someone who enjoys cultural exchange — to help us keep learning English and building community.
