My name is Shannon I'm 24 and I've recently just moved up to the Sunshine Coast. I currently am located in Maroochydore and loving it up here. I am working full time - Monday to Friday on Aerodrome road. I can be pretty reserved and quiet when first getting to know however I'm a pretty social and friendly person. I look forward to my down time each day and like to keep to myself just as much as I do socialising. I do not drink and do not smoke. I am a clean and tidy person and will always clean up after myself. I love getting out and about and doing adventurous things such as going for a bush walks, going paddle boarding or camping. I do love pets however unfortunately I am unable to live in a house with cats as I am allergic.

Hi there! I'm seeking a place on the Sunshine Coast whilst I study my ATPL (Air Transport Pilot Licence) theory subjects from May 20 - June 30 2018. I currently live in Adelaide and will be returning upon completion of my course, thus I'm after a short-term 6 week stay with a furnished bedroom in a furnished house. I'm a good communicator, easy going, neat and tidy, and respectful of others' needs. Ideally looking for somewhere quiet that will maximise my study. Nevertheless, I like to relax over a drink and have quality conversation too. I will be driving up with my van so a parking place nearby would be handy. I'm also a musician and enjoy cycling.
I am looking to move to the Sunshine Coast area for at least the next six months. I am 26 years old and have previously lived in Sydney, the UK, Toowoomba, Brisbane, and recently in Maleny. I am a final year chemical engineering student at the University of Queensland but only have one subject this semester! I am an avid reader of crime fiction and am currently writing my own novel, which should be finished within the next several months. I love the outdoors and am very keen to explore much more of the Sunshine Coast - I have done a lot of hiking overseas and a heaps of independent travelling. I enjoy running, football, tennis, going to the beach, and am interested in joining a football/hockey team once I've moved. I am pretty relaxed and enjoy having social drinks but nothing ridiculous.
Recently new to the Sunshine coast from Sydney. 30 years old. Live an active lifestyle but don't mind the odd drink or night out. I can cook clean and like to be social but also can respect peoples privacy and time alone. Looking for like minded room mates.
I’m looking for temporary housing. I’m unemployed on disability payments, currently exempt from working as I’m working on my mental health. I’m very tidy and considerate, I clean as I go and don’t leave mess in common areas. I’d like to sign an RTA lease and put together rent receipts so I may have a rental history for when I leave. Also, I’m happy to go anywhere from between the Sunshine Coast down to Ipswich/ West Brisbane. As long as public transport is accessible by foot, I’m happy.

I have owned my own printing business in New Zealand and have had 2 businesses in Australia. I am separated and have adult children. I have lived on the coast for nearly 40 years. I am fun to have around. Clean and tidy and very capable to help around the house. I can cook but no Masterchef. I don't like people who don't like animals, who lie or litter our beautiful country. I respect other people's opinions and privacy. I am easy to get along with and in general, a nice guy. I also have great references if needed. Moving in date - flexible.

Hello, we are Rachael and Emily. We are two university students studying a bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics. We both would like too find two other girls who are like minded to move in with at the end of June. Both Em and I are into health and fitness. Our lives pretty much consist of; going to yoga, going for walks or doing beach workouts, drinking coffee and finding new places to eat on the coast. We don't mind a glass of wine on a Friday or Saturday night too. But other than that we live a pretty quiet and relaxed life. We are pretty down to earth and much prefer quiet nights in than going out every weekend. We are both very tidy and clean people, so we are really after 2 awesome girls who are around the same age who are clean and respectful particularly of the communal areas such as the kitchen and bathroom. So if you think you would enjoy lots of coffee dates, yoga and eating we are probably the right girls for you hahah xxx

Hello there! My name is Tahlia and I’ll be twenty five in a few weeks time. I’m a vegan girl who loves music, animals, reading, tattoos and eating. I’m a nanny and I previously worked in childcare for four years but am hoping to move away from the childcare industry. I currently live on the Gold Coast but I have applied to study a Bachelor of Creative Writing at USC in July so I will be moving up to the Sunshine Coast hopefully by June. I’m in the process of applying for jobs up there but I thought I’d jump on here early to try and find some likeminded people who I really click with. Ideally I’d love to teamup with a few people who are around my age rather than move into an existing share house but I’m not completely ruling out that idea. I live with my mum at the moment but I have lived out of home before so I do have some furniture (lounges, washing machine, dryer, crockery/kitchen things, linen etc) that I can bring with me if need be. I believe I am a tidy, friendly, honest, trustworthy, respectful and accepting person and I’d love to find housemates who I can laugh with and have a good time but who are also aware of each others personal space. I’m definitely down for a few drinks and a big night every now and again but I’m not looking for a party house as I really want to focus on my studies. If you think we could be roomies please feel free to send me a message so we can chat and try to organise a little meet up! Also, feel free to swing me a message if you know of any jobs going up there! Thank you! Have a lovely day :)
We just moved in to this brand new modern house about a year ago, and we are in love with it! Amazing sunsets every night, nice backyard with fake grass, big balcony at the front, awesome kitchen and living room with all utilities, and garage and drive-way that can fit 4 cars. The house is a 15 minute walk to Alexandra Headland beach, as well as close proximity to shops! Since Jarrod is leaving we're seeking a new flatmate for one of our rooms. It can come furnished or unfurnished, just let us know what you have in mind and we can sort something out. The room is located to the back of the house which is why it keeps nice and cool in summer. It is equipped with a big window and a build in wardrobe. The room easily fits a Double bed, desk and shelf or drawer.
Working full time as an engineer. Love the odd beverage and watching the footy. Pretty keen gamer as well. Been trying to be more active but it's really hard work. Clean and respectful person to live with, happy to chat and have a bit of a laugh.
Christina and I are two students from Austria who will be moving to the Sunshine Coast in order to do the 3rd semester of our master`s degree at the USC - therefor we are looking for some nice flatmates :) We are looking for two seperate bedrooms and would'nt mind sharing the bathroom. We are both very sporty and like to get in touch with people from all over the world. I play beach volleyball a lot and like doing watersports, like diving and snorkeling. Chrisi goes to the gym a lot. We would love to learn how to surf while we're in Australia! The both of us are very tidy and like cooking together, we look forward to sharing an accommodation with you :)
Hello, my name is Mick. I am 43 (a young 43) and looking for a room until I go to England mid June (shortly after the 10th). I moved to Caloundra from Brisbane for a 3 month work contract. I'm still working full time and will continue to do so until I leave. Currently I'm staying with a friend who has kindly let me stay at her place. I'm tidy and clean up after myself. I have very few things with me, just clothes mainly, so a furnished room is perfect please. As mentioned in the add though, I'm flexible with that. Love sport, getting out an about and don't mind the occasional beverage. I am very relaxed, easy going and easy to get along with. If I seem like a good fit, please message. Cheers
I’ve currently moved from Brisbane to work for my family’s business which will have me working around 50 hr weeks. Im very respectful of other people’s space and enjoy living in a clean house hold. Not a party person but enjoy a beer on a Friday after work. If you’re still in need of a roommate I’d be happy to talk over the phone to T something up. Thankyou, Dom
