IMPORTANT. Before messaging me I’m looking for a place that I CAN bring my dog. Thank you. Hi I’m Michelle! I’m an energetic student studying computer science at UNSW. I’m looking to move with my boyfriend who’s looking to study real estate and is currently working as a barista. We’re both incredibly chilled and love nights in with a few cheeky bevs but also going out on adventures, checking out cafes and lookouts around the area! I’ve got a small 5 year old kelpie. She’s desexed and well behaved. She would love a companion if you have a pup yourself but is more than happy to spend her day sleeping inside. I’ll be spending a lot of my time studying but will always be happy for a chat.
I'm Cuban but living in Estonia since 2016 and now going to Sydney for an Internship. I'm a quiet person and need my own time sometimes. I will be working during the day, but I would like to share the place with people who enjoy talking or sharing some drinks during the evenings. I love watching movies and series and also going out with friends on weekends.
I work full-time for Deloitte as well as study law part-time at the University of Sydney. I play the classical guitar, enjoying cooking, craft beer and staying active. Australia is home since 2014; I've been an expat most of my life and have lived in UAE, USA, Spain & India and in multi-cultural share houses. I moved down from Brisbane a couple of years back for work and will be in Sydney for a few more years at the very least. Personally, I'm social, respectful and clean. I like to host social dinners every now and then but I'm not a loud party person and enjoy keeping a balance between fun and work. Therefore, keen to find a home with an open area living and an outdoor area that encourages a social environment. I enjoy cooking and it would be nice to have a good kitchen where we can share a chat and exchange some culinary tips. More importantly I'm looking to rent a home, preferably in the inner-west area, with other like-minded social people. As much as I like to be social, I respect others privacy and personal space. If the above sounds good and you're keen to team up or looking for a quality housemate, hit me up! Cheers.
I am a 24-year-old research assistant for a consulting company in Sydney. I am originally from Brisbane and am moving to Sydney for the first time this year. I am a people person who loves a good conversation, however, I am also happy to do my own thing and give you your space if that is more your speed. I enjoy being active, love a good book and am always up for trying new things. I would like to live with someone who is also neat and tidy and is easy going with a good sense of humour :)
Hi, I am an easy going full-time professional (work Monday to Friday) looking for a room in Sydney. I am looking for a place I can call home for 6 months. I like keeping my home clean and tidy, I enjoy a chat after work and cooking dinners but also I am aware that we all need our own space. I enjoy getting out and exploring new places on weekends.
I’m an actor who recently moved to Sydney from Melbourne. When I'm not working I'm out exploring Sydney and catching up with friends and making some new ones.. I enjoy good food and wine and staying fit and healthy. I'm respectful, responsible and independent. I like to keep a pretty tidy home. I'm looking for easygoing and sociable people who are clean and tidy, independent, considerate and like to have a laugh and chat together every now and then.
I love to have a good night out and be social but in my last year at Sydney university, I'm really trying to hit the books more so I can promise I will be a respectful flatmate. My hobbies including running, hockey and reading (i know a bit lame). I also like cooking although it is debatable how good I am at it.
Hi all! Looking for a new place to live in Sydney. I am working full time as a Pastry Chef, so if you like free bread and pastries than I'm your guy! I love the beach, love keeping fit and being active. I work in hospitality so I know how to keep a place clean and tidy, and am always respectful of others and love to have a drink and a bbq. If I sound like an ideal roommate to you, then feel free to send me a message :) Cheers!
Hi, my name is Jiahao (you can call me Andy as well). I'm an international student from China who just finished my undergraduate degree at ANU in Canberra. I'm coming from Canberra to Sydney for postgraduate in Usyd this July. I'm looking for a room for long term. I'm friendly, easy-going, neat and responsible. I love cooking and would love to share Chinese cuisine with others. My hobbies also include photography and going to the beach for sun bathing. Very social, active, respectful of space and very open and honest Love to laugh Full time working professional in the city Love to cook at home over a glass of red but I'm a massive foodie too so love exploring restaurants Am looking for a home that is tidy and clean and not a party house
**PET FRIENDLY** A beautiful home - recently renovated last year with brand new floors, kitchen and bathroom. Set on a super quiet, tree-lined street which is just a few minutes walk around the corner to Bread and Circus, Dan Murphy's, Sydney Park, The Grounds and plenty of other trendy cafes and brunch spots that Alexandria has to offer. Just a 6 min walk to Erskineville station and 10 minute stroll to Newtown’s infamous King Street, not to mention a bus stop with buses directly to the cbd and marrickville just 50m from your doorstep. This house has a private driveway with covered car space available for your exclusive use, not to mention lots of unmetered street parking. Light and bright with timber floorboards throughout, open and breezy in summer yet warm and cosy in winter! We have a huge outdoor area in the back, fully fenced and perfect for bbqs/entertaining plus a large shed for additional storage. Kitchen has all new appliances, outdoor private laundry and one HUGE bathroom with bath tub which is shared. Your bedroom has high ceilings and brand new, built-ins with tonnes of wardrobe space. I pretty much have everything covered in terms of furniture, all you would need is your bedroom stuff, there is also room for you to add some pieces to make the house your own as well. Neighbours are all lovely and chill, mainly young families and couples all around us. There's even a communal area halfway down the street where everyone gathers on summer evenings and weekends and your new local, The Park View Hotel, does a great Schnitzel night every Wednesday :) Just a really great place to live and so central to everything. Additional bills are $133/month for Netflix, stan, unlimited internet and electricity/water usage split.

Ideally I would like to have all bills and internet included in the price. I would prefer someone with similar values. Please contact me if you feel like I would be a good candidate for the room you have available. Location. Inner east preferable or along train lines. no more than 15-20 min commute to town hall station.
I'm from Ireland, I've been in Sydney four years and working in recruitment in the city. I'm looking to get a new place, I’ll be able to furnish the place expect your room. I'm pretty relaxed during the week, cook dinner, watch Netflix and the occasional glass of red wine. At the weekends I'm usually out with friends, going walks or having a night out. I’m sociable but also enjoy my own time.
Very tidy Irish guy working in finance/commerce. Very sociable, enjoys a drink- but also appreciates a clean/tidy living space. Modern 3 bedroom, 2 storey, top level walk-up apartment with city views in Alexandria. Carpeted throughout, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a courtyard view from the room for rent. There's parking on the street if you have a car as well as a guest car park underground. Bus to city is one min's walk away on our corner and arrives every 15 mins going straight to city which is 10 mins' drive/5km north from this location. Green Square train station is 15 mins' walk from here. There are parks and various amenities nearby including many cafes and restaurants. The apartment is furnished but the bedroom is not and so would accommodate some of your own personal furniture and belongings if required such as a bed/desk/chair etc if you possess those. The only other bills (which are shared evenly) are line rental/NBN FTTB which is $30 per month each and paid monthly; gas and electricity paid quarterly are usually $30-$40 per month each respectively. So electricity is normally just over $100 dollars each per quarter. Gas is usually around the same. Gas and elec can fluctuate though and can sometimes be a little less or more than those figures stated. So it's a fair estimation to say that it's around $25 a week each for all other bills plus $240 per week rent for this room = $265 per week for all expenses. We're generally looking for someone who is positive, considerate and drama-free. If you're self-motivated to be clean and tidy then that is the ideal and you could be a student or work as long as income is no issue. It's okay to socialise here and friends are welcome. We cook/eat our food separately generally speaking and keep it simple with common sense - everyone cleaning after themselves as we go etc. We need a replacement for the other female housemate who has just moved out. I (the male) live upstairs and the female lives downstairs and we would ideally like to have another female continue to share the downstairs bathroom etc which has been the status quo here for the past few years.
What makes me great to live with? Well I've common sense ;) About me; I'm a bit quiet when I'm doing my things. I used to be focused when I have to get some stuff done. But I'm very friendly and happy to share a bottle of wine sometimes. I'm not a party person. hang out sometimes is ok. Working with hospitality every shift is kinda a hang out hahaha I'm vegetarian and I love read and talk about nutrition. But i love the most talk about life and interesting stuff to blowing minds. I'm into arts, healthy life style, well-being, startups, digital marketing, entrepreneur, etc. Hope find a place to call home asap.
I work as a stylist as well as in a furniture showroom. Here in Sydney chasing my dream and looking for mature, clean, friendly flatmate to share a cozy and easy-going home with. I'm Christian, female, creative, enjoy watching movies, reading, Pinterest...
SUBLET OR RENTAL, July-Sept. My boyfriend and I are looking for some awesome people to live with as we work in Sydney. We're super polite Canadians (of course) and back home he was a personal trainer and I worked in advertising. We're respectful, considerate and veryyy clean. On the days we aren't working you can find us exploring new restaurants, working out or indulging in a good Netflix binge. We're a social and outgoing couple, but we're also mindful of personal space and belongings. Let's chat!
