I enjoy having a friendly relationship with my house mate and enjoy the occasional shared meal or wine night. I also like my quiet times and relaxing with a good book/TV. I work during the week and currently study (at work) on the occasional weekend. I have almost a full house of furniture. I have a couch, coffee table, dining table, TV and TV stand. In the kitchen I have a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge plus plates, cutlery and cookware
Young educated Queenslander making the move to Sydney around the first week of May. Looking to flat share with other young professionals and get myself set up in Sydney. I'm a friendly, clean and quiet guy but I also like to socialise including with housemates. I'm looking to either flat share or co-lease an apartment around Rosebery, Mascot, or any inner city suburb.
I'm an adventurer Argentinean who lives in Australia for almost three years now. Recently lived in Melbourne, now moving back to Sydney where I will be starting my next job as a Product Manager for a company called Mentally Friendly. I spend my time meeting entrepreneurs, generating new ideas, sharing activities with friends, playing basketball and training Olympic weightlifting for fun (and some competition as well). Generally, I have a healthy lifestyle but I don't mind having the occasional drinks or greasy burger with fries. As for my personality, I'm easygoing, friendly and happy to share good moments as well as to respect everyone's space and privacy.

I am a great cook, tidy and would love a beautiful home to live with exciting housemates. Ideally I would like my housemates to be neat, have a sense of humour, be fairly easy going active and lead a happy life. The bond is $2,340. $26 per person a month wifi and bills come in every three months and we just split them between everyone. We understand people wish to have their own space which is fine, we just want to make our housemates our friends not just to use it as a half way house.. we are clean and tidy (most of the time) but we don't care if you drink our milk or bread or if you don't clean up straight away ... we understand people don't have time or just simple can't be assed at that time .. Friends and family are welcome to stay the door is always open... Hmm I think that pretty much sums us and the house up.... any questions please send me a message 👌an, so people with a sense of humour (banta) is a must. We want someone who will socialise with us , drink wine, party with us followed by dirty hang over food and also just to chill out in the front of the tv. I am clean, tidy, work full time, am respectful of others' space, have been living in share accommodation for over a decade, don't smoke, like to be social, but also keep to myself at appropriate times.
I'm currently a teacher living in Adelaide, SA moving to Sydney for a crazy career change mid May to start as a firefighter. Nothing like chasing your dream. I am passionate about my fitness - CrossFit being my drug of choice. I'm pretty easy to get along with, enjoy some down time with a good book but also love a good games night and banter over a few vinos. Coffee lover who enjoys eating out and trying new places. Epic netflix watching is also a fav past time and I love going to the movies. I have a little Jack Russell whos name is Dexter. He turns 9 this year so is getting on a little but is so cute and well behaved. I would love to have him with me but I understand he might have to have a holiday at my parents while I get things sorted in Sydney. If you think we might be well suited send me a message and we can get house hunting!!

Updated 29/3/17 Hi there potential new house mates! Easy going, fun, clean, tidy, polite and respectful 30 year old working professional. I work in Mascot Monday to Friday and live pretty quietly during the week. At weekends I am usually out and about with friends. My Name is Mikey and original from Worcester in the Uk the home of Worcestershire Sauce, (you're welcome by the way) All round good person with a heart of gold, quick wit and wicked sense of humour. I get along with most people, house trained and hates dirty dishes left in or by the sink. I can also leave the toilet seat down or up depending if sharing with Jane who sits or John who pisses all over the seat. I love live comedy, music and sport, going out and trying new places to go out for dinner and drinks. I have been living in Sydney for 4 years and currently looking to find a new place to come home. I would like to live with like minded housemate(s) who are of similar age, social but don't live in each others pockets. But I can also have the occasional evening meal and drink with. Not too Keen on a living in a house that is having a party every school night but sure I don't want to live in a nun's convent that lights are off and no noise after 10;30pm either. All about a happy medium. I have lived in shared houses before and only interested in a Private room, no share rooms. I have bedroom furniture, bed, chest of drawers but I will need a Wardrobe or have to buy on if the room you have on offer doesn't have one. For the last year I have rented 3 bed apartment and one of the lease holders with a friend I shared a house with previously. We rented the third bedroom out. For the last month or two we have been going to open inspections and applying for places but have not had much luck. Either the place has not been right or we have been pipped at the post by other applicants. We all know what it is like scrolling on domain/realestate.com.au and applying for places, going to the viewings and not hearing anything until the place has already been leased and the deposit has been taken. Very Frustrating. I m also interested in looking at starting a new place so the place would be ours. If you would like to find out more or have a place that may become my new home please get in contact
I'm very easy going person. Lived abroad in US and Spain. Brazilian, 39 years. Going to TAFE for a associate degree. I'll stay for a long time in Sydney, minimum of 3 years, really would like to find a cheap and nice place to stay. I like to be with friends, cooking, very tide, clean, respectful, like cycling, soccer, judô, tenis, outdoor activities...lots of things. I'm a normal and nice person I think ... :-)
I am a PhD student in computer science, I come from France and will be working near Redfern for 5 months. I'm easy to live with, clean, tidy, and a generally chill person. I like to cook when I have time, I have various hobbies that go from pole dancing to calligraphy (I recently started break dancing), occasionally some binge-watching. I am not the "hermit" kind of roommate and like to have a few drinks once in a while (I make pretty decent cocktails btw). Mutual respect and tolerance are my golden rules in a flatshare, so I usually expect it to be reciprocal ;) Though I won't force anyone to socialize, I find it awkward to live with (a) perfect stranger(s) -- flatshares may be financially motivated and just because we live under the same roof doesn't mean we're gonna be best buddies but it's always nicer to make flatsharing a lil' bit more than just splitting a rent !
Having lived and worked in the Top End (Darwin) for the last three years I'm looking forward to city life for a change. I'm a 26 year old lawyer - hard working but very relaxed, friendly and social. All for sharing cooking and meals. I'm no masterchef, but can give most dishes a crack. I eat everything, but happy to try cater to others requirements. I don't have much furniture - but I do have a bunch of camp gear and a small 4wd for any weekend adventures.
Clean, tidy and mature creature. Always cleans up after himself. Also likes to take himself out for walks without a leash. Very independent. No need to be fed, pampered or cleaned ;-) I do muay thai weeknights so i'm hardly home to make a mess and out most weekends exploring. I find being active keeps my coat nice an shiny. BTW, i work full time in a corporate office near the airport on your regular ol' 9-5 or 8-4 hours depending on what the mood suits :)
Hey, I'm a design/innovation consultant working in the CBD. I'm a big creative at heart so I'll rarely be at home and out most of the time working on one project or another. I'm easy going and relatively reserved but I enjoy a good beer and banter anytime. Looking for a quiet room, probably long-term, anywhere near public transport. I hope to hear from you soon. J
Hi! I'm Caroline, a Jewellery Designer working Alexandria. I'm looking for a lovely, cosy studio to call home - somewhere quiet, clean and relaxing, and ideally with a bit of outdoor space! I'm a tidy and considerate person and also enjoy going out with friends in my spare time. I am often out and about enjoying the beautiful beaches, cafes and nature that Sydney has to offer. I have a boyfriend called Pete, but he lives full time in Brisbane where he works as a pilot. I spend a lot of time up in Brisbane with him, and he tries to get to Sydney when his schedule allows (normally 1 weekend per month). Thanks Caroline x
I'm an easy going, clean and friendly chick moving from Brisbane to Sydney to work full time in Fashion Design. I like getting out and exploring, heading to the gym and socializing on the weekends. Looking for some likeminded people to share with!
