Hi I'm working full time as a junior accountant in mascot. Recently I want to move closer to my office while at the same time have a peaceful and happy private time after work. Hope I can move in with some one who share the same value and life style. I'm very easy going and flexible and can adjust myself very well to fit in the house vibe. I can be very quiet and normally entertain myself with movies and music by myself, while I'm also down to parties and modest drink in the weekends.
We are newlyweds starting a new life in Sydney from South Africa. Being home owners ourselves back home, we value what a good tenant is and we are very house proud.
Im clean, tidy and respecting of others spaces. In the evenings and weekends im usually out being active- gym, yoga, running, cycling, swimming, etc. Early riser, healthy eater. Love wine and a chat over food but need my down time too.
I am a very respectful British male, I enjoy a quiet lifestyle with not too busy a social life, I occasionally like to go out and have a few beers! I am extremely respectful of others (everyone has to live in the house hold together) and consider myself a clean and tidy individual who does not like to live in a dump (who does?). I am currently in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa but have complete all my hard (some of it at least!) farm work and now looking to spend the next 2 months minimum in Sydney. I currently work for a Car Share company on a Tuesday through Saturday weekly basis, so the majority of my weeks will include coming home from work, light socialising before retreating to my room! I usually spend my days off socialising with friends, going out exploring Sydney or sometimes (most of the time) chilling and bingewatching my favourite tv shows/movies. I am grateful for any consideration to your homes! Brad :)
Hi, Just arrived back in Sydney, after traveling a bit. I fell in love with this city when I was on my working holiday a year ago. Fortunate I found a sponsor and now I am back for good. My work will be in the CBD so I am looking for a flat with good public transport connection. I am social, but also appreciate my alone time and would dare to say I am an uncomplicated housmate. I like all kind of sports or things to do, like Tennis, Yoga, or whatever comes up. It would be great if you had any sort of pet, I love dogs, cats, or whatever. Sadly I don't have any on my own and no worries, will not have any. Maybe a plant. Just let me know if you would like to know more. Cheers Dorina
I'm political science major; originally from Turkey, studying in the US, in Sydney as an exchange student. I study hard, but don't stress much over academic accomplishments as it's more about learning and the rest falls into place eventually. I spare most of my free time to reading and traveling. At the moment, I'm in Turkey, working on a few literary translation projects. So far I've lived in four countries and have travelled to fourteen others. I was in Sydney last semester as well, and went hiking, spelunking, surfing etc. most of the weekends --that's how I anticipate this semester to be too. I love exploring around with people, or just going for a stroll or for a cup of coffee. I'm easy going, sociable and lively. I like going out, and through some wild craze every once in a while. Though, when home, especially on weekdays, I cherish some personal time and silence. I've lived with people for about five years and have had enough time to understand house dynamics. I'm respectful, understanding, clean, sharing, and I demand the same from my flatmates. I'm pretty good at cooking; I enjoy movie nights, trivia games etc. I'd like to spend my time in Sydney with warm hearted, peaceful, chilled people who can open up and can just go with the float. P.S: I'm looking for a single room, $300. Flatmates' gender, age etc. don't matter.
I'm a doctor working at St Vincent's (from Feb) but mostly office hours with the occasional on-call. I'm British but have permanent residency on Australia. I'm looking for a housemate that could also be a friend. I'm pretty laid back generally - like my quiet nights at home but also love to entertain and have the odd night out. I also want to get a dog so please don't waste your time if that's a no-go for you!
Hey I'm Sandra. I work full time in finance and as such would like to move closer to the city, ideally somewhere near Coogee or rosebay while also close to public transport. I'm an easy going, quiet and tidy person who enjoys the outdoors and sports. Looking to share a place with a person or people similar in age and interests and hopefully become friends too so please feel free to get in touch!
A spacious and light-filled townhouse in Alexandria. The house has 2 bedrooms on the top floor and two on the middle floor, the ground floor is living space. The house is modern and very clean with everything you would expect. It's secure and features 3 bathrooms, an internal laundry, as well as a full gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas cook top. It also has a private rear courtyard and floor boards in the kitchen, living and dining areas. It's surrounded by a leafy, quiet neighborhood close to Newtown and Erskineville and 25 minutes walk to Central Station. If you've been looking at rooms in share houses for a while and don't like whats out there (messy, dirty, places with no air or space) then this is definitely what you're looking for! You would be sharing with professionals who work long hours so we consider our home a sanctuary. We each work hours that sometimes sync and sometimes don't so the house is peaceful most of the time. We enjoy each others company over an occasional glass of wine when we are about together and like to maintain a clean, uncluttered house. You'll love it as soon as you walk in the door! You'll probably love it before that having walked past Fratelli Fresh, Don Campos, Bread and Circus Wholefoods and Salt Meats Cheese - they're all just steps away! You would be a non smoker who is after a calm experience when at home. I'm looking for a female professional or student who is trustworthy and honest and easy to live with. If you've shared before you know how important this is. Respect and a willingness to keep things simple and affable for everyone is what will earn you points in this home! :)

Super easy going dude, respectful and a clean freak-ish. Gym goer without the stinky protein farts, volleyballer and beer drinker! I work full time night and day shifts. 6 till 6 so when I'm working you won't even know I live there
I’m a young girl from Tasmania who's about to begin part time study (fashion business) and work (hospitality) in Sydney - I am very laid back and love a good chat but after living in both a school boarding house and a number of share houses also understand the importance of personal space and respect! I'm ready to move in straight away! Would prefer my own private room although I'd considering sharing a room if I found the right flatmates! I look forward to hearing from you!
I am a responsible, respectful, mindful, neat & tidy, social person, that is full of positive energy (Very much aware of giving people their private space too). I am independent, recently moved to Sydney from Byron Bay. I am a professional working in the Humanatarian sector, located in the CBD. (Normal working hours). I am into health and fitness, yoga, walking, love my coffee, dinning out and travelling. As you would expect there is a lot more about me, send me a message I am very approachable, down to earth and have a sense of humour!
Hey! I'm Kelly, 24, full time hairdresser from England and will be returning to Sydney on the 25th of this month and need a private room in a share house (or apartment or whatever!) ASAP. I am open to the location as long as it is easy to commute into the city centre. I'm fun, friendly, easy-going, clean, sociable but respectful of privacy. Looking for like-minded flat buds to share with. Please message me so we can chat if you're interested :) Need room to be available the day I arrive back in Sydney so happy to Skype and Face-time!
Hi everyone! My name is James. Coming from a small town in Queensland. I am very clean and well organised, looking to start my career in Sydney. I am very honest, like traveling and socialising. Hopefully looking for a place close to the city or train station.
I'm a young professional working in media/marketing looking for a place close enough to the city that I can get out of bed 30 minutes before work, but far enough away that I can relax on the weekend with a quiet coffee. I'm pretty friendly and easy going. I love books and movies, as well as a good chat about books and movies.
Living in Sydney since Jan 2013 in various suburbs of lower north shore. Lived in share houses for the first year and a half then in my own place where I am today. Recently started a new position in the city as a consultant and the lower north shore is getting a bit stale so it is time to move to the other side of the harbour bridge. Teams up only please, not looking for a room. Looking to team up with one or two amazing housemate(s) to start a lease at a new property in the inner city. Don't have a fixed date on when I'd like to move out but ideally by the end of Q1 2017. Currently living in a large one bedroom apartment so I've got all the furnishings for a place but happy to put extra in storage or just sell we decide we don't need some of it. It is ok if you don't have any furnishings of your own for the communal areas, you'd just need to furnish your own room. About me: - In case you're pronouncing my name wrong in your head, it is pronounced as me-high-low (as one word) - Born in Montenegro (Serbian), living in NZ since I was 10 years old, still have an East Euro accent - Senior Engineer, Software & Computer Systems - Regularly train at Anytime Fitness - Very clean and tidy. I can also cook! - Love the outdoors - hiking, beaches, exploring new locations - Love live events - music festivals, concerts and outdoor events My ideal flatmate: - Not a couch potato, someone active who likes to get out and about - Follows a healthy eating lifestyle. Bonus points if you're into weight lifting too - No couples please - Working professional - Likes to explore Sydney/Australia - food events, music festivals, outdoor parks etc. My ideal property: - Two or three bedroom apartment - Location should be inner city, not too fussed whether it is west (Newtown, Surry Hills etc) or east (Potts Point, Darlinghurst) or south (Alexandria, Mascot etc) but within 15 km radius of the city, south of the harbour bridge - I have a car so I need covered parking, happy to pay a higher share of rent to cover the extra cost of parking if I'm the only one with the car. - It would be ideal but not necessary for the property to have access to NBN/fiber. Internet speed in Oz is a pretty average and there are properties with NBN connectivity in the inner city worth consideration. - Train access or not far from a train station. I work in the city so driving is out of the question. - Air conditioning... because its Sydney If you're considering me as a potential team up for a new place, drop me a line and we can meet for a coffee and get introduced in person first. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Hi there, I am a positive and easy-going 31-year old Dutchy who will be in Sydney from Feb 11 - May 24, 2017 to attend a full-time graphic design course in Sydney CBD. I love the sun, sharing meals (and cooking them), yoga, exploring and many other things that are too much to list here. If you want to know more, please feel free to ask any time! :-) As I will be studying occasionally when I am home, I am looking for a private room in a sharehouse with easy-going and respectful flatmates, who keep the noise down and keep the kitchen, the toilet and the bathroom clean. I like socialising, but also like my privacy. I suppose it is a matter of finding the right balance with your flatmate(s). I will not bring any furniture, so the room needs to at least have a bed, a wardrobe and preferably a desk as well. Don't mind to share a bathroom. I love pets and don't mind sharing the space with them. So, if you are clean, know how to have a good chat and live close to the city, you have the place I am looking for! Please contact me! Cheers, Noor
Hey! Im a 24yo architect that just moved here from New Zealand. Love socialising, drinking and going out and into the adventurous outdoors. Have recently brought a car so looking for some like minded people to use it with and plan some road trips. Thanks!.
Hello! Our townhouse is awesome! It's about 3 years old and seems brand new! It's a short (10 min) walk to Green Square station and an even shorter walk (under 3 mins) to Botany road, where the buses are. We are within walking distance to The Grounds of Alexandria and also Saporium, Three Blue Ducks/Koskela, Gelato Messina, etc... It's an ideal location! An 8 minute drive to the airport and about 10-15 minute drive from the CBD. There are TWO ROOMS AVAILABLE!!! Room 1: Available NOW - $375/week This room is located on the second floor, and has built-in wardrobes and is big enough for a queen bed and a set of drawers and a small desk. It has a balcony and is street facing. This bedroom shares a generously sized bathroom with Room 2. Room 2: Available from NOW - $350/week This room is located on the second floor, and has built-in wardrobes and is big enough for a queen bed and a set of drawers. This bedroom shares a generously sized bathroom with one other single bedroom. There is an internal laundry downstairs, with a wash sink, a washing machine and a dryer. A courtyard/backyard area. A separate living area and dining area. 1 half bathroom (downstairs - presumably for guests). The rent per week covers utilities and also internet. All rooms come unfurnished. This house is a NON-SMOKING zone and unfortunately at this stage we are unable to have fur-pets. There are 3 other housemates (soon to be only 2, as 1 is going overseas) currently living in the house. There is plenty of room for everyone and we hardly see each other due to the variety of schedules everyone house. It's a very tidy house and everyone is really respectful. Please send me a message if you're interested and think you'll be a good fit!
Looking for a place which will be the maximum distance of 5Km from Clarence Street (next harbour bridge side as I work there. looking for my own room and own bathroom would be great if it comes with a Gym. warm, dry home and bills all included as well,
