Starting new job in Feb. Graduated from the University of Queensland in 2017 where i lived in share houses and had a great time. From Canberra/UK originally. I will be working long hours and generally stay busy with exercise/reading outside of work. Very laid back in living arrangements, keep my gear clean.
I am 26 years old just moved from Adelaide to Sydney for a full time job. I'm friendly, very neat, easy going. While I work most days I am always home in the evenings. I love cooking and trying new recipes. Ok my downtime I enjoy Pilates, going to the beach and keeping active. I also love relaxing after a hard day with a good tv show or a nice book. Preferably looking for an all female flat and need a secure/garage car park spot. Also as my work is close to a train station something within 5-10mins walk to the train would be prefect.
Looking for a place ASAP. We can be very flexible with how long we rent for and our budget is $350 but can definitely be increased for the right place if we love it. Either short term rental for a week or two OR We can also look at renting for up to 3+ months. We may be open to extending even longer but initially we need to see how it goes with our visas as currently we can only stay in Australia until the end of October. We: Are a married couple from the UK Friendly Can be as sociable or as in sociable as our flatmates want Can easily adapt to new living situations Are reliable Are clean, tidy, organised Will both working in the week (HR Manager and Engineer) Love to go out in the week to events e.g. comedy nights, live music, breweries etc Enjoy exploring at weekends in our 4WD- hiking, beaches, camping etc. We will need somewhere to park our car (on street is fine) and ideally internet and bills to be included in the overall rent. Thanks for looking at our profile 😊 (we are on facebook so you can check out our profiles and learn a bit more about us)
Hey :) Easy going couple who have just moved to Sydney for work. We are both working full time and most probably be down the South Coast most weekends. I finish early (3 pm usually) but I will usually head down to the beach or the gym. Fun, love going out for dinners and dates, just as much as we love staying in and watching movies.
Great spot on a lovely street. Within walking distance of technology park, 3 different train stations, and erskineville and newtown shops/restaurants etc. A spacious home with lots of character. Large lounge, large kitchen, external laundry. Small front and rear yards. The room that is currently free is the smaller of the two bedrooms, and has a built in robe and lots of natural light. This room would be $340pw. I'm also open to moving into that room and renting the larger room for $360, if my new housemate needs a larger room. The rest of the house is furnished, although I am happy to negotiate about you adding your furniture to the home. I have lots of house plants and take pride in keeping a lovely home. Looking for someone who will enjoy this too :)

Hi my name is Clare. I am a 32yr old health professional working full time Monday to Friday. I am respectful of people and property, and keep homes clean and tidy. I am also easygoing, enjoy a good conversation, eating out, a coffee or glass of wine, seeing the occasional band or having a quiet night in. I understand the need for having your own space, have my own social life but also enjoy home time after work. I also love travelling and try and get away for a few weeks each year if I can. If you think I might be a good fit for your home please get in contact!
The apartment is in a fantastic location, less than 5 minutes walk from Green Square Station (one stop from Central Station), Woolworths, IGA, a great bakery, and many cafes, restaurants, and clothing outlets. There is a bus stop right outside the front door with buses going to University of Sydney and UNSW - each are about a 20 minute trip. You would have a furnished room (bed, desk, chair, bedside table, and lamp), with built in mirrored wardrobe, a door out to one of the balconies, and your own bathroom with both a bath and shower. You would also have access to the beautiful pool, gym, and barbecue facilities of our building - all included in the rent. Our building is on the NBN, so we also have unlimited high speed internet (great if you like to use Netflix or other streaming services!).
Hellooo, I have recently moved from Brisbane to Sydney to study at Notre Dame University. I am easy-going and love to socialise, however, I also respect the space of others'. I'm clean, tidy, and will always help out around the house and do my fair share of chores. On my weekends I will either be playing sport, soaking in some rays at the beach, brunchin' with friends, or studying. Thanks :)
The usual low down that ends up sounding like a “looking for significant other” post in the classified section of the newspaper...clean, quiet, respectful, generally super laid back, enjoy my personal space but would love to be able to have a legit conversation or chill session with each other. Late night Maccas runs, down! Not a wild child or hermit, similar sorts ideal. Cleanliness is a HUGE factor! Not trying to live in ghetto squalor or a dirty dorm you wouldn’t want to shine a blue light over. Looking for a private room in a share place with max two other people. Otherwise happy to start up somewhere new, I have full furnishings available if needed. No couples or kids, soz not soz! Any of the listed areas or surrounds although open to considering anything within a reasonable distance to the CBD via public transport. Need some form of parking, the mean streets ok. Long term. This housemate hunt is hideous! Just spent two years in Dubai, travelling the world, wanting something more settled.
Hi, I'm Richard. I am currently looking for a long term / permanent place to stay. Works in the IT Industry as a Software developer, loves working out, and don't cook much. What makes me great to live with? Peaceful. No drama. Just a chilled dude. P.S: I pay my dues on time. Clean and tidy. Do not smoke.
Hey I’m Ale! From Mexico 🇲🇽. I love to play the piano, draw, edit trip videos, longboard, go to the gym, chill with my friends, and hang out on the weekends. I am a clean guy with good manners and great standards. Hope to find amazing people to share my staying with !!
Hi there, I recently completed my degree so it's time to move out of little ol' Adelaide to the big smoke of Sydney. I am starting my first full time job in February in the CBD. I enjoy keeping fit, reading and going out to explore the wonderful city that is Sydney. I imagine this will occupy most of my week. I am tidy, private and will be respectful to the needs of the household! Please let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers, James
I’m relaxed, super tidy and generally lay low. I work nights so a lot of the time it’s almost as though I’m not even there, haha. I’ve lived in Sydney for 7 years and right now am looking (ideally) for a furnished space for a short period — think 3 months — before I move to California in early May. I’m a vegan, a gym rat, a writer and you can usually find me in the botanic gardens or a gallery, wandering around. Despite keeping to myself a lot, I’m happy to grab dinner or have a couple wines should the opportunity arise.
Heya! My names Cleo & just moved here from Melbourne. I'm a mature 21 year old female working in hospitality, full time. I work mostly late night shifts, so I sleep during the day. I'd consider myself to be easy to live with as I'm clean, respectful and super friendly. I'm looking to move into a furnished place within the next 2 weeks. looking for somewhere what's 15 mins max. From CBD as that's where my work is located. if I sound like the right candidate please msg 😁
I'm from Australia originally but after having lived in France for the past 18 years I returned to Sydney a few years ago to study and work. I really enjoy living in the city and I'm looking for some friendly and fun people to live with. I would prefer to live with others in their early 20s but I'm not fussy. I enjoy cooking and baking so there will always be some kind of cake/cookies around. I'm really clean and tidy. I work full time in hospitality.

Bright and cosy double bedroom available on the first level of this trendy townhouse close to Redfern station. The room unfurnished is suited more to a double bed (can accommodate a queen or smaller), but makes up space with the extra large north-facing balcony and huge triple mirrored robe. Great opportunity to join our quiet and respectful household. Sharing with just two others. We're looking for someone (hopefully you) who is likely full time employed and keeps a similar routine, you might be a bit house proud and an excellent, thoughtful house mate! There is an abundance of natural light on every level through floor-to-ceiling glass as well as a massive terrace on the top with glorious north-west views. There's polished concrete floors, stainless steel appliances and gas cooktop. Furniture and decor is an eclectic mix of modern and vintage, and plenty of pot plants. The first level has 2 bedrooms with the over-sized master bath situated in between and built-in laundry. Situated 400m from Redfern station, just out front of the Technology Park. It's a quick stroll to beautiful cafes, restaurants and local bars in the area. With supermarkets, a variety of local shops, and easy transport options in every direction.
