Young professional, laidback and easy to get along with. Keen to chill out, chat and have a few drinks with flatmates in front of the tv or outside the home. Respect people's space, privacy and alone time. Clean and respectful and always tidies up. I am someone who enjoys a chat but also my alone time so I get along well with most. Keen to meet new people as I have just relocated to Sydney to start my career
I work full time in digital content in the media industry. I'm also a freelance journalist. I am a casual dog sitter (away from home), too. I like to go away and travel occasionally. I enjoy cooking, though do it infrequently and I'm incredibly clean and considerate. I don't have people over often, keep my belongings to myself and keep things relaxed. I don't like drama, I'm accommodating and personable. I love a party, but not during the week and rarely host any. Home is a place of quiet living for me. I prefer to spend most time in the living spaces than locked away in my room. I also prefer honesty and being upfront. I work a lot and quite hard, so often busy. I never miss a payment on rent or bills, do my fair share of the cleaning and maintenance and expect the same. Happy to share things where needed. I love dogs (don't have one) and wine and long, flash dinners, too. Looking for no more than two housemates. Need my own bathroom. Please don't contact me if you're looking for someone to fill a room in a house of students. LGBTIQA+.
Moving from Perth. Finance professional working full time in the Sydney CBD so would consider living 5km to 10km out of the city (close to the train station). Need a car space, own room and bath. Definitely clean and neat. I would usually keep to myself but happy to hang out as well!

I work full time as a mechanic in a busy panel shop in the Alexandria/Mascot area. Currently living in Bondi and will stay in the area if I can reduce my rent as I m paying far too much. ($400) Looking to pay ($250-350) depending on location, size of room, Bathroom etc). Also considering looking to move close to work to make my commute easier. Would like to live with people who are social but don't live in each other's pockets. Be able to chat over the occcasional meal, beer or glass of wine. I would like to rent a private room. Not interested in share rooms. I have my own bedroom furniture, room must be able to fit a queen size bed and chest of drawers. Would need to Have built ins. Or space for wardrobe aswell. Please get in contact if I could be a potentional new housemate. Mikey
I'm incredibly organized and tidy, as well I'm always keen for a glass of wine, or a beer, and to just hang out. I'm new to Sydney, from Canada, and am really excited about the new opportunities I can find in Australia.
You may be looking at my name, Seamus (Shay-Mis), and wondering how such a dark fellow has a very Irish name, the short answer is I am Irish Indian, you will have to hit me up for the long story. I have lived in Australia since I was 2 and grew up mostly in Newcastle. I have spent the last 6 years in Sydney and call it home. I work in advertising as a creative (which does mean long hours). Personality wise I am kind, considerate and pretty chilled. Socially, I don't mind a hang everyonce in a while but I also respect people's space especially after a long day of work. I also like to keep a clean house. Anyway, stop reading this and send me a message.
It is a pretty established and homey house. I have all the basics and furniture you just need to move in and fill your room. If you have some main furniture you would like to keep we probably could negotiate something. The area is very quite! If you move in you will be surrounded by cafes and a brand new Woolworths and a Dan Murphy's. Close to a lot of parks! Public Transport: 10 minute walk to Erskineville station, 15 to Redfern and Green Square stations (more frequent trains) and minutes to 308, 355 and M50 buses. If you even want to hike further we are 20 mins walk away from Newtown. Your space: The whole house! You should feel at home. The over all space is pretty big for Sydney. The room it self as you can see from the photos are a loft. It is a floating floor above the living room. I am not around much with late work or at my girlfriends house from time to time as well as occasional trips to Newcastle. But wait there is more, you will be the proud owner of an underground parking spot as well. - No Couples - No pets - Non Smoker
Hey! Names wade, I'm working full time as an electrician in the tunnels. I want a place around mascot or Alexandria, I like the scene around there and also it's close to public transport. Pretty laid back guy. Try to take care of myself by keeping active. Fairly healthy living but also like a tasty meal when it's due! I'm a 'beds made' type guy so my space is usually clean and would like to find some similar people to get a joint with. I'm at work a lot and in my spare time I go to gold coast quite often. So won't always be at home. When I am I'd like to enjoy living with like minded people who I can hang out with no probs. Cheers
Hi I'm looking for a room in a share house in Sydney's eastern suburbs. I've been in Sydney for a year now working full time at Circular Quay. In my spare time I like to surf, go to the gym or find something relaxing to do. I'm laid back, reliable and respectful. I'm interested in long term and short term stay lengths.
For my internship I am moving to Australia for six months, seeing what Australia has to offer. I am super easy-going and friendly, I love to meet new people and I am respectful to others and their privacy. I enjoy catching up with friends and family and I like socializing but I am also focused on my career goals. Beside that I like to explore new places in my spare time and have a drink sometimes. I am looking for a private room (or single room in a share house) for six months, from August 16th until approximately February 12th. It’s a massive bonus if my future flatmate has a lot of time to talk and travel with me! (:
We're a young professional outgoing couple who loves nature, outdoor activities, sports, traveling, meet new people, different cultures and new experiences. Back in Lisbon we used to share our apartment with other guests. We respect privacy and enjoy a clean and tidy place to live. In the end of August, we are moving to Sydney and looking for a private room in a shared apartment.
We are two 24 year old male graduates from England. We're looking for a place in or around the Mascot region as that is where we will both be working full time for the next 6 months. We are both heavily into sport and fitness. We love to cook healthy meals and believe it or not Dominic loves cleaning. If you have anything to offer us please contact me. Thanks!
I am very clean living and tidy, courteous, respectful, have a great sense of humour and really enjoy meeting new people. I respect peoples privacy also. Love food and wine, keeping fit and healthy, music and exploring new places. Looking to move in with a like minded person/people!
A stunning 3 bedroom house within a quiet, leafy street of Alexandria. This home features a large and light filled living area, comfortable couch and 46” TV, French doors to the courtyard, polished timber floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, air-conditioning and 2 bathrooms. A full courtyard out the back is filled with sunlight, plants and a barbecue. The house is fully furnished (excl. room available) Our location is fantastic – We are a short walk to both Redfern and Erskineville which provides us with easy access to amazing bars, cafes, public transport and shops. (Redfern about 14minutes, Erskineville about 8 minutes) We’re about a 20 minute walk from King Street, Newtown which has even more cafes, shops, bars, pubs, cafes and people!
