Hi there, I'm currently looking for share accomodation in Sydney. Ideally I'm after a place that is close to a train station for easy access to Central. I prefer a maximum 30 minute door to desk commute and door to airport trip. I've worked in IT for around 20 years and now run my own consulting business in Design and IT Management. Generally I'm quiet and introverted but still sociable. I enjoy an in depth chat, especially about the world, travel, or anything creative. I especially enjoy the company and conversation of creative and open minded people. Although I'm 47, many of my friends are in their 30s. I get along well with people of all ages and have good friends anywhere from late 20s to 60. I'm a non-smoker and a social drinker. I don't drink much but enjoy quality single malt whisky, good craft beer, and occasionally decent red wine. I really enjoy music (live and recorded) and play several instruments - mainly guitar and bass, but also dabble in any other instruments that may be laying around. Other interests include graphic and web design, UI/UX design, tennis, cycling, hiking, and generally getting out into nature, especially to the ocean or the mountains. I enjoy reading when I get the time, mostly non-fiction but some fiction to break it up. I haven't watched TV in over 5 years, so I'm well out of the loop there. I don't mind if housemates watch TV though. I eat fairly healthy meals and as such enjoy cooking my own food at home. I'm totally happy to make a little extra for flatmates if they like what I'm cooking. I've recently returned from over a year of world travel and about to start some new contract work in the Sydney CBD. I currently have a place on the mid north NSW coast in Port Macquarie and I'm looking for a place to live in Sydney while I undertake this work contract. Initially the contract is for 4 months, but has a likely chance of extending. I would be returning to my place in Port Macquarie some weekends as an escape from the city, but will be around all week and possibly some weekends in Sydney. I have many friends around the city so may be out and about some week nights, but will definitely be at home many week nights. I'm up for a social game of tennis with anyone who may be interested and I enjoy getting out into nature, parks, beach etc whenever I get the chance. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people as part of this next phase of my life. Jai (pronounced Jay)
Can fill your room NOW! I am a television journalist and in my spare time I'm a dancer and love brunching! I like my home life to be relaxed, but i'm also always up for an adventure. Moving from Wagga Wagga for a new job, can't wait to live in Sydney. Looking for a 5 week stay from now until the end of March, when I will move into another property. Looking to live with other young professionals. Very clean, reliable, personable, approachable. Needing a furnished room (just a bed is fine!) Hi, I have recently (21/02/19) moved from our offices in London to the one in Sydney. I would love to find a place which is not too far from the CBD. I do not know too many people here yet, so it would be great to have a few cool and laid back housemates.
We are a tidy, respectful and (I think) fun to hang out with german-argentinean couple. My partner is a electro mechanical technician, sailor and pilot and I'm a pastry chef so I promise there will always be treats around ;) We love a chat and a beer and the occasional flat-family-dinner but are also happy to keep for ourselves.
I work full-time in cyber security while also studying programming at TAFE NSW. I have a one year working holiday visa; I'm originally from Canada. Looking for a place to stay for 4 months to start, and would ideally extend to one year or more if all goes smoothly. I'm a non-smoker, have no pets, and no car. I have no issues living with smokers. Cats and dogs are fine as long as they stay out of my room (I'm allergic). I enjoy mostly outdoorsy activities. I'm currently learning how to play the trumpet -- I hope you don't mind me practicing on weekends and early evenings :)
Hi there! I'm a french girl coming in Sydney for a 6 months internship in communication/marketing. Looking for a nice place with funny flatmates! Just want to make some friends, chill, discover the city and the region... :)
I work as an accountant in Alexandria on McEvoy street and currently studying CPA Program as well. I like to relax on weekends with some cycling, brunch at local cafes, binge watching YouTube and finally some exercise in the gym. I'm looking to for a home near Alexandria, currently living in Newington (Sydney Olympic Park) bit far from work. I'm neat, tidy, non-smoker and active guy who pays rent on time. If you have a place to share, let me know, I will be keen to have a look at your place.
Double bedroom with large built-in and balcony. Spare single bedroom\study. Stroll to public transport and supermarket. Private two-level terrace house. Spacious ground floor living areas. Galley kitchen, sun-room, and courtyard. Internal laundry, shared bathroom plus additional WC.
Hi :) I'm looking for a long-term room for LGBT and poly-friendly households. Preferably nice humans who get along and socialise a little. I work full-time so out of the house 8am-5pm most week days.
Young professionals that are very friendly, easy going and sociable. We work in hospitality and construction. Female from Newcastle, Uk and Male is an Aussie. Looking to rent a room in a house/ flat share on a long term basis.
As a working professional with experience living in share accomodation, I know what makes the ideal housemate. A relaxed attitude towards life, clean, tidy, friendly and low-maintenance. I'm a people person, but enjoy quiet time and meditation too. On the weekends I am out and about, but my partying days are behind me. I love to read, surf, and drink coffee, and am inspired by music and the creative arts.
I am a clean and organised person, looking for a decent sized room in a suburb close to the city and close to a train station. I would prefer to only live with females. I have a warm and calm personality, am very respectful to others and their space, and appreciate it in return. I work full time in the events and music industry, so I'm a busy person who works irregular hours at times. I love my quiet down time and can be introverted after a long day at work, but also love a great chat (or drink) with friendly people. Looking to move out of home for the first time, so I can grow as a person and gain some independence. I am flexible with move dates as I am not pressured for time. I don't have a dog myself, but I love animals! Ideally, I'd love a large room to fit my piano keyboard in (don’t worry, I will always practice with headphones on), and my own bathroom if possible :)

Hi, I'm Adz! I'm a digital tech / marketing professional (pron: high-functioning alcoholic nerd) whose flatmate is abandoning him at the end of March, triggering a desire to find somewhere or someone new. I haven't listed the soon-to-be spare room in my current pad because I think I could be getting better value in this market and my landlord recently replaced the broken dishwasher with a garish white one that looks the way bleach smells... I'm great to live with because I: Am relatively tidy, but definitely clean - you know? You won't be pulling out a dish and seeing a layer of grease if I've washed it. Cook well and am good at wine-pairing, plus I have a large collection, quietly maturing. Don't play my music or videos too loud. Mix some mean cocktails and know how to prescribe the right one for every type of frustration and celebration. Try to live healthy (gym, clean-ish eating), so I might be a decent influence on you! Regularly do the shopping and have a car (need a space for it if we're finding a new place). Have all of the furniture and fixings for a lounge room, dining room, a bbq, kitchen and laundry.
Hello! We are a chilean couple on our second Working holiday visa in Australia looking for a quit clean and tidy place to call home. I’m 29 years old and Pablo is 30. I am a student studying design at UNSW. I have had many roommates over the years and am good at living with people and prefer a bright and tidy space. The place I am living now has a cockroach problem so I would prefer to move as soon as possible into a place without cockroaches! My term ends mid-May and I plan to travel to Asia in June.
