I'm working as a full-time in a chartered accountant firm in CBD. I'm okay with my housemate(s) to have puppies or kitties as I love them too. I don't have my puppy in Australia but I have one in my homeland. I would like to chat on and off, and establish good friendship with my future housemate. I usually love cooking so I'd like to share a bit of my food whenever I have more than I could consume, but due to the busy work I don't cook that much nowadays. I'd prefer my housemate(s) do not smoke because I am a bit allergic to the smell. Drinking occasionally is fine as long as the house is kept clean or cleaned up after. My hobbies are mostly outdoor, like hiking on weekends or travelling during holidays, wondering around the old town to see culture things. I love scuba-diving, but haven't done that for quite a while. I used to go linear salsa dance but not very often recently. Museums on weekends with friends are also some nice thing I like. Overall, I am a very easy-going friend.

Hi Im Alister.Im 40 years old and have recently arrived from Perth and love Brisbane.Ive found the people really friendly, and intend to make it my home. I work in Civil Construction as a trade assistant/ dogman.Upon coming to Brisbane I moved into a boarding house and it has been an experience to say the least!Yeah it's served it's purpose, but I'd like to live in a clean house with nice people of reasonable and normal habits. I'm in a period of my life where I really want to put my head down and make progress.Im fairly calm and reserved, but friendly and honest.Ideally I'm looking for a place where everyone is respectful and openly communicative and on good terms, but I guess a friend dynamic rather than a family dynamic.Im friendly and genuine and able to discuss anything like an adult, but not really overly chatty generally.Mind you on occasion I'd be down for a drink or two as a household, happy to be part of what's going on. I always clean up after myself and consider my affect on others.Ive lived in share houses before, and I think the ability to communicate honestly and respectfully is important.I don't like tension and would much rather address issues as they arise. I'm looking for a medium term lease of around 12 months or so to begin with.I don't have a car yet but somewhere to park one eventually would be good. I'm looking to move into somewhere in early to mid July, and would like to meet the people I'll be living with to see if it's a dynamic that seems good. I'd like a place with tiles or wooden floors, this is a preference but not absolutely necessary. I think finding the right group of people is really what I'm looking for.
