Hi Everyone, Adam here!...My current housemate has just got her own place and is moving out so I am looking for someone to move in for at least 3 Months with option to extend long term, sharing with myself. - Room fits queen Size Bed (Could squeeze in a King) - Large Built in Robes - Fully Furnished House, Except Room - WIFI Internet - 500GB a month ADSL About me - I am 30 years old, an easy going guy - I work full time in finance, keep the place clean and love to cook! I am a sociable guy, and am always up for a chat, I am also very respectful of peoples privacy and have had many successful relationships with other housemates over the years. The place has everything you could possibly want to cook with as it is fully furnished, apart from the available room, so you won't need any appliances etc. There's 3 comfy couches in the living room and you actually have a choice of one of 2 rooms - being a 3 bedroom place with only 2 housemates. I recommend the one with the bigger wardrobe naturally! (It's quite a big built in robe which fits a lot of stuff.) You can store belongings in the other room and there is a spare mattress in there for guests to, plus there's also a large garage where you can store large items if you've got any excess furniture or sporting gear etc. The house has ducted heating and wall air conditioning. The heating is great so you won't freeze in winter! The house itself is in a great spot, its 500m from Altona Dog Beach, and 2.5km from the main beach and the town centre, which is still walking distance, or a 5min drive. The main shopping street has plenty of parking and facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and plenty of cafes etc. There is a bulk billing doctors who take new patients 10mins drive away, as well as vet etc. Seaholme train station is 1.2km away, 3min drive or 12-15min walk, with trains running direct to CBD every 20mins - you'd be at Southern Cross station in 23mins. I drive into the city on occasion and its usually takes me 20-30mins depending on traffic (peak is more like 40mins). There's also a bus stop 550m away. The place has a little fenced in yard suitable for a dog, but the type of dog and its behaviour etc... will be a factor in whether you this would be acceptable or not. I used to look after my housemates dog when she was away or travelled overseas, and don't mind having another mate to keep me company :) If this sounds like a place you're interested in, please don't hesitate to contact me for more info! Look forward to hearing from you. Adam

I'm vegetarian, but totally cool living with people who are or aren't. I am a 19 year old, Young Professional working full time in the cbd in the Public Service, clean and tidy person looking for a room to rent out. Hoping to find a place and can move out at any time, looking for a place for at least two months.
We are a very laid back couple that enjoy the peace and quite. Don't drink or do drugs. We are very loyal to each other. My partner, Zac who is 20 but seems like he is 40, loves his fishing and kayaking and a true blue Aussie. Myself, Erin 26 country girl with dreadlocks, loves my warehousing job, fishing and is a good old comedian. Currently living around Laverton area and looking to stay close to the area for my warehousing job. We love to cook our own meals and clean the whole house. We like our privacy but we also love to socialize. We work well as a team while one works Mon-Fri and the other cooks and cleans whilst planning for the right tafe course. We aren't home very often and we love a good sleep in when we get the chance. Our goal is to eventually move into a place of our own but we are happy to live in shared accommodation whilst we build up to a cute humble abode. We have no pets but we adore animals. Aren't fond of loud party animals. We both can pay our bills on time and in advance if need be. So grab a coffee with us anytime so we can talk business.
I'm 24 and am looking for a place somewhere near Laverton. Having graduated this year, I have found FT work (teaching) and need to move out as I currently live more than an hours drive from the school. I like to think of myself as relaxed and carefree but will obviously be diligent when it comes to paying bills and keeping the place in decent order. I enjoy my sports, playing music and reading. Ideally, I'd love to live with others who are preferably sociable but are similarly respectful of each other's private time.
Easy to get along with, very accepting of all walks of life, love to socialise, but like my own space too - would love to find a housemate to drink wine and watch netflix with!
Hello future flatmate, I'm a 26 year old female in URGENT need of moving out due to a personal situation where I'm currently living. I'm very bubbly, easy going, I do love to go out still on some weekends and would love having people over and having it not be an issue. I'm a smoker so I would prefer to live with a smoker. If possible I would love a room that comes off to the backyard, has a balcony or a bungalow would be my first preference. I have A LOT of clothes so a walk in wardrobe is a must and an ensuite bathroom is what I would really prefer because I like my privacy. Even though I'm very social, I do just enjoy being at home in my own space. I'm happy to cook and clean for myself or as a house depending on what is expected. I do not drive so a house close to a station or a bus stop is a MUST. Overall Im pretty bloody awesome and think I make a kick ass house mate 😉 If your house matches most or all of these descriptions please message me! I need to leave ASAP, so the sooner the better! Hope to hear from you 😊

Hey there my name is Jacqueline (Jackie for short). I'm a 25 soon-to-be 26 year old looking to find somewhere new to call home! My occupation is as a full-time field technician, work hours and days vary with hours ranging between 9am-11pm and covering weekends also. So whilst I do work a lot I enjoy my downtime also! I'm laid back and fairly quiet around the home, generally keeping to myself but when schedules permit am definitely open to hanging out, going for a meal or having a drink. My interests include cooking, yoga, camping, animals, photography, technology, music and nature. I especially love the beach and enjoy going for mini getaways and adventures once and a while.
Currently finishing off my year 12 exams and working part time. My family is moving interstate but I've decided to stay in Melbourne for Uni. My preferred length of stay could vary.... I've applied for ADFA so if I'm accepted could be heading off in Jan/July depending on intakes. So if you're flexible with this that would be great. A bit about me: I keep my spaces tidy and when I'm not working or studying just tend to hibernate. I play a bit of guitar and keep myself fit and healthy. I'm friendly and can spark up and hold conversations about anything.. I generally just like talking haha I've always paid my rent on time and love to cook. I don't smoke and don't have any pets.
i'm a generally quiet person. i spend a lot of time to myself, but i'm willing to socialise as well. i've had my cat since she was a kitten too small to eat on her own, and i will not move without her. i smoke, but i'm also happy to smoke outside if there's a covered area with an ashtray, so that shouldn't present any problems to most people, as this is usually a minor inconvenience even to most smokers. i don't drink often. i don't go raving or dancing, but you can grab me for a coffee or dinner almost any time, either at home or going out. i like most music. i watch television sometimes, but my main entertainment and method of contacting people is my computer.
Can cook some amazing meals. Have worked as a farm manager around australia. Currently driving trucks local and interstate. Full time employed and work for agencies on my days off. Im 27 and a smoker. Will smoke outside. Have no problems with pets.
I (Lily) grew up on a fruit farm in North West Victoria in a regional area and have decided to move to Melbourne to study at Victoria University to become a Dietician. I have worked mostly in the hospitality industry since the age of 14 and will be working as well as studying. My partner Thomas was originally from Tasmania moved to Melbourne some time ago and is currently working full time as an engineer in the metal fabrication industry and studying to improve his trade. Both my partner and I have a great appreciation for an array of music such as The Beatles, Drake, Fleetwood Mac, Beyoncé and PLENTY more. We both enjoy working out, cooking, outdoor activities, occasional drinks and are both 420 friendly Thomas is a very creative person who feels very passionate about bodybuilding- "its more of an art than a sport", cooking, building things, creating music, gaming and just chilling out. I appreciate the creative side as well such as dancing, music, make up, drag queens, cooking and napping. Naps are quite essential for me as I am a 20 year old Grandmother (not literally I have no kids) Looking for a modern home, not opposed to pets (I am a dog lady and Thomas is a cat guy) IDEALLY TWO ROOMS STUDY AND BEDROOM
Hey I'm Matt. I'm 25 I originally grew up in the country and came to Melbourne for work. I currently work full time in the city (shift worker)
