I'm nice, quiet, clean, respectful, considerate. I go to bed early. I always pay my bills on time. I go to the gym a few days a week. I'm usually out half the weekend. I'm working full-time as a software developer in Williamstown North. Vegetarian but I'm happy to live with people who aren't. I'm friendly but need a fair bit of time alone. I'm looking for a place: - Within 15 minutes drive of Williamstown North. - Within 20 minutes walk of a train station. - That is fairly quiet, i.e. not much noise from traffic, trains, or inside the house. - Room large enough to have a queen bed, desk and still have room to move. - Decent heating and cooling. - Sharing with 1 or 2 others, preferably in a similar age range. - Own bathroom would be brilliant, but not a deal breaker.
Lovely house with big garden 300m from the Seaholme train station from where you can catch direct trains to the city (8 stops) every 20 mins. 500m from the beach and Pier St. $180 per week per room. Currently under minor renovation (painting). Detailed pictures will be uploaded when renovations will be over. Can be furnished.
Need a place ASAP as the other place I had lined up cancelled. I've recently returned from 6 month work contract overseas on the 16th of September. I've worked in IT for many years and just started a new 12 month contract here in Melbourne. Looking for a private room preferably with utilities and internet included. I have shared with others around the world. I'm friendly, reliable, non smoker who is clean, tidy and pays on time. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, art, going to the beach.
My Furbaby Bailey and I are looking to find a home suitable for us to live. I work 2 jobs, part time in a warehouse and Nursing - so I'm naturally all about cleanliness. I tend to work a lot and usually work weekends, however I'm not impartial to a bit of rowdiness, but I tend to reserve drinks socially every now and then. Bailey is a very affectionate English Staffy who has been an inside dog all her life, so she is very much housetrained. Her and I are pretty inseparable, if we're not out at the park or beach we're usually at home sleeping or chilling. I'm currently in Williams landing and hoping to stay somewhat within this area. I'm hoping to find a home to share with some easy going flatmates who Bailey and I fit in with well :)
Hey everyone, my name's Amber. Turned 30 this year and looking for a massive lifestyle and inspirational change - want to get away from Sydney as soon as possible and relocate to Melbourne. A bit of background on me - I've been a multi disciplinary Artist since I was a child, with a main focus on Acting, Singing and Musicianship. Completed my tertiary education in Acting and I'm currently doing distance study in Electronic Sound Production and Indigenous Studies, to help expand my mind and teach me new skills. I love to read and learn, have solid conversations and a good laugh, share knowledge - books and artworks make up 70% of my earthly goods! A few of my interests include Reading, Playing Guitar, Socializing with friends on the weekend, Writing, Dancing, Acting, Cooking, Travel, Theatre, Music Production and Songwriting, Singing, Yoga and Martial Arts, Gaming (Xbox 360 - I have one to bring to the house and a load of games, if that's your thing too), binge watching Netflix or getting into some hardcore SBS on demand / ABC iview when I have free time, Photography and Art of all forms. Social justice, human/civil rights and equality are vital concepts to me. By no means a definitive list, but it gives you a bit of an idea. I'm friendly, respectful, fun, keep things in the house clean and am a weird balance of someone who likes to say hi and be social round the house when it suits people, but can also respect your space/privacy and like to enjoy my own when I'm feeling hermity too - hopefully you won't be the type to take it personally if i need some time out to myself. Not a precious princess about things and am really adverse to passive aggressive types - if you're not the sort of person that can just have a calm, upfront chat and nip it in the bud if I accidentally do anything to annoy you, then we probably won't enjoy living together. I'm a smoker, although more than happy to go outside if you're not, as this is most people's preference, I'm not obnoxious about it and respect people's needs. Constantly burning fragrant oils / candles and incense anyway and am very conscious of mutual space, nothing like coming home to a house that feels welcoming and smells divine. Not a huge party animal, though I do enjoy occasionally having people round sometimes - during the week I'm pretty chill (although, also not boring hey - totally not adverse to cracking some wine or beers while cooking / having a friend round when the mood strikes - I'm a pretty mean cook, double plus bonus!). Weekends are always easier for getting out and about or catching up with people. If this sounds like someone you wouldn't mind sharing space with, let me know. Thanks in advance mates, look forward to meeting some like minds - keen for a long-term place I can make a home, with cool, fuss-free housemate/s who like the sound of my listing. Looking to make the move ASAP soon as I find something. Let me know if you have any questions. Peace and Thanks, Amber
I'm super friendly, but happy to have time alone. Will be working a fair bit of the time. Like and strive to be neat and organized, basically a masterchef, love hanging out, open to outdoors activities and having a casual drink, great with dogs. Being on the lease is ideal, looking to pay max $200 for a room bills included and preferably furnished. 6 months minimum stay, longer lease preferred.
I like to think I'd be pretty easy to live with, I like to keep to my self most of the time but I can be very social and friendly, I do not smoke cigarettes and don't have any issues with those who do, I'm a social drinker/dont drink too often, most of the time after work I settle for a coffee and that usually keeps me happy for the rest of the night haha. I work in Landscape Construction full time, have been for a few years now so Tradie by day, and I like to jump on my PC or Xbox and play a few games, Play the guitar or just watch movies and series for the rest of the night haha. I'm pretty clean, I make an active effort to do my best and keep things tidy, Clutter makes me grumpy so I usually don't let it get out of hand. I'm looking for a house that can accommodate myself and have space for my partner to visit. My partner would only be over on weekends as she is studying and not able to move with me but would still be happy to chip in for any food or utilities she may use. Been living at home until now, this will be the first time moving out of home, and I want to keep living costs at a minimum to maximise saving for holidays and a future home :)
Hey houziiiii......My name is Mukzi, born Indian, bred Aussie.....Friendly person with open mind, clean and tidy. I work in North Melbourne, never late with paying bills. Simply one word describes it all LOCATION. Train station 1min brisk stroll. Cafes, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, post office all at your door step. Altona beach a 3 min walk at the end of the street. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. You will have your own fully furnished bedroom with build in robe and share the large main bathroom with one other female resident.
This property is less than 10 minutes walk from the Altona beach, which is the most stunning in the Western Melbourne region.During the summertime, this beach comes alive and has lots to offer. 7-10 minutes walking distance from Altona and Westona train station. Melbourne city is less than half an hour away by either public or private transport. Altona is a beautiful, safe and established suburb.
I work full time as a school psychologist. I'm clean and friendly. I like to keep to myself but am also open to socialising on weekends. I enjoy going to gigs and try to get to the gym several times a week.
Hi, my name is Luke and my girlfriend's name is Abbey. We've been together for 4 and a half years and are looking to move to the area for work and uni. I study a double bachelor of business & sports management at Vic Uni and Abbey studies a double bachelor of health science & master of speech pathology at LaTrobe. We both work at Pacific Werribee part-time. We're both pretty easy going people and enjoy a drink on the weekends while watching the football. We're clean and more than happy to do our fair share of looking after the house. We'd be keen to live with any pets and help take care of them too. Abbey has three very cute guinea pigs who make no noise and won't be taking up much room, but are always happy to be cuddled.
I'm a 21, androgynous male, who loves to express their feminine looks more than masculine. I'm studying full time doing a diploma in beauty therapy at Elly Lukas.
