Hi guys and girls. This Monday the 24/9 I am getting the keys to this little 4 bedroom pad in Annerley. It’s a bit of a plain Jain at the moment but after I deck it out with some furniture, tapestries and pot plants I think it’ll be a cute house to call home. So I’m looking for 4 room mates to fill this house up and make it the fun and friendly home its always wanted to me. A massive back yard also comes for free with the house and lawns will be kept up to scratch by yours truly (me). The whole house will come ready to rock and roll – so this includes fridge, washing machine, plates, knifes, tv chairs etc etc – you get the idea. Each room will also come fully furnished which includes either a double or queen size bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and bed linen. Grab the key and get busy liven! What else is there to say…. Power, water and cable internet will be all ready to go – and included in the rent which makes life easy peasy. Looking for roomies who have their life together, can pay rent on time, know how to clean up themselves etc etc – all that good stuff. Rent depends on the size of the room but generally each room will be about $160/week INC ALL BILLS Bond is 4 x rent – I miiiiiight accept 2 weeks rent at the start and let you pay off the remaining 2 weeks but I will make that call once I meet you. Its definitely worthwhile to mention my impressive capacity for tea drinking and being a bottomless pit where pizza is concerned. That said, I am employed full time, and I studying part time. Pretty easy going and I like a good laugh; I am clean but not aggressive about being spotless. I enjoy a good chat but usually am pretty independent. I am looking for somewhere to stop for at least the next twelve or so months. As a late twenties something, approaching 45 years of emotional age, I'm not much for partying every weekend but I enjoy the kind of socialising that involves me sitting. A pretty healthy eater, and fairly active - bit of a hiker. Probably best to mention that I work in Corrections, so I'm not legally able to live with anyone with a current order/criminal conviction.

I am 49-years-old and on a disability pension (advanced osteoporosis). I’m mobile but one set of stairs is my limit. If you live in a unit above the second story I’m not your guy. I require an unfurnished room as I come with a bed, desk etc.. I also have quite a few tools so somewhere with under house storage would be preferable. I am not a smoker but I do vape, which is my only vice. I currently live in an all male household but would prefer a mixed one or one where the men living there understand how to keep a tidy home. Finally I have a five-year-old Labrador X who is happiest playing fetch, receiving pats or curled up at your feet.

Hiya! I’m Bianca and myself and my partner Ben are seeking accomodation, we’ve been living together for close on 9 months now in my home but are looking to find somewhere of our own. We are both studying Certificate III’s in Hospitality and Retail so we’d be out of the house the majority of Monday thru Thursday. We’re seeking somewhere about $150 a week (max $160) for both of us. That’s preferably including all bills and maybe internet, however if the room is $125 or less we could potentially manage bills separately. We’re looking for somewhere within a 30 minute drive to the city, as our courses take place in South Brisbane. We can’t really afford much more than that as we’re studying and don’t have a huge income, so we would need whatever we have left for food and fuel. A bit about us: We are both tidy and clean up after ourselves, especially me as I have a bit of OCD (this doesn’t extend to nagging housemates about their messes though, you do you). At our worst there might be some dishes left overnight but they’ll always be done by the next day. We both smoke cigarettes, only outside though, and we tend to keep to ourselves but are always up for a chat over coffee and durries. We also both adore animals, if you have a kittus or a doggo don’t be surprised to find us havin a sit down and smothering them with love and pets at least once or twice a day. Ben is into video games & plays guitar, and appreciates every genre of music. He’s got an entrepreneurial attitude and wants to start his own record label in order to change the world with sick tunes. He’ll always be up for an educated debate on a wide array of topics & loves learning through other people and their passions. He’d also like to travel the world, ideally hitchhiking or in a van so he’s pretty adventurous. He’s previously worked as a tradie and briefly fixed computers so he’s always handy to have around. I am creative in every sense of the word, if it can be DIY’d I’ll do it. I love to cook and make up delicious recipes so I’m always in need of confident tasters to sample my latest creation and give constructive criticisms. Other than that, Im a bit of an artist and I sew, knit, draw, paint, scrapbook, refurbish, and all around make stuff. I’ve also had several jobs as a body piercer and have had about 50 piercings all together, my goal is to one day be a tattoo artist.
