Hello fellow flatmates! I've recently moved to Australia, and I'm looking for a nice place to live and awesome people to share the place with) As you can imagine, at my age I'm not a party animal, I'm clean, tidy, do my dishes, don't make mess or noise. Looking for people alike to enjoy living!
Looking to team up with some people to make an awesome share house! Hoping to find 2 or 3 people to live with. I work full time managing a newsagent but my hours are a little all over the place so sometimes I work weekends. I am extremely respectful and friendly. I enjoy my own space but I'm also keen to socialise with my housemates. Hoping to find some people that want to share a few meals and a chat during the week and make the house feel like a home. A love for reality TV is ideal but not a necessity :) I'm very easy going but I'd prefer my own bathroom (happy to pay more for it). Let me know if you are interested and maybe we could meet for a coffee!
21, just looking at moving to Brisbane, hairdresser. I am respectful and tidy, like to have fun on the weekends
Just 300 meters from the nearest bus stop on Ipswich road (regular buses), 15 minute walk to yeronga train station, 750 meters from a friendly grocer and 2 minute drive from annerley shops, this house is in an ideal position. Situated close to central Annerley, the house is a Queenslander style dwelling with large, fully furnished rooms. The high ceilings make the bedrooms and living spaces bright, comfortable and airy. There is plenty of off street parking available. Sorry no smokers.
Hi, I'm a UQ student looking for accommodation as soon as possible. I've been on a lease at the same place for 3 years so I know how to look after a place. -Internet access required -Furnished prefered -Close to UQ St. Lucia Campus -Am studying B.A of Science -I like video games and am sociable, not a hermit! -I like to live in a clean and tidy space
I'm a very easy going bloke, tidy and clean. I've had a rather diverse life experience: born and raised in Cairns, studied a Bachelor of Science (Ecology and Conservation Biology) in Brisbane, worked in Singapore for my first professional job in the landscaping industry at age 21. I moved from Singapore to Sydney to work as a Bush Regenerator in the Western Sydney region. I've recently been offered a full time position in Brisbane in a scientific company as a Natural Areas Technician. I'm a well spoken individual who recognises boundaries and avoids contention. My ideal place has wooden features (esp. Floors), space, a nice kitchen, natural light and either a veg. patch or community garden nearby. Known for my chefery and humour, I love plants, gardening and animals. Exploring natural landmarks, food and just hanging out on the weekend/down time.
Available from 6th Dec to 15th Feb All bills included. Unlimited air conditioner & internet. Located centrally in Annerley, it is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop (with buses to the city every 15mins) and a 10 minute walk to Fairfield train station. It is also a 5-10 minute walk to local shops such as Hungry Jacks, Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse. No smoking, no parties and no pets.
This cozy townhouse is situated in an excellent location. Multiple regular buses are available within walking distance that can get you to the CBD, or Uni (QUT/UQ) within 15mins. Only around the corner from Woolworths, Gym and Cafes. The townhouse is modern with a large lounge room and dinning area that gets a lot of natural sunlight. Kitchen has new appliances including a dishwasher. A shaded outside entertainment area is available; perfect for relaxed social events. Mostly furnished but can accomodate additional furniture if needed. Room available is medium in size; second largest in the townhouse and has a big built in wardrobe with full size mirror doors. Rent includes unlimited cable internet and the inclusion of the single garage is up for negotiation. Electricity is generally split equally but alternative system can be worked out if the use is largely uneven.
My boyfriend and I are currently on exchange for one semester of university in Canada. However we are back at the end of January and will need somewhere to live. We are easy going people who like our own space. We both work and have jobs waiting for us when we get back to Brisbane. We also study at Griffith University Nathan
Hello potential roomie~ Cute little room in Annerley up for grabs. Located just off Ipswich road/Venner Road, walking distance to op shops, Woolworths, cute cafes and public transport. The room is the biggest room in the house, it's like a little studio, it has a sink (used to be a hair salon), you can turn it into a bedroom/study thing. The house itself is quite small, but all bedrooms are big meaning it's not claustrophobic. Ideally you'll be male (two females here, we'd like to balance things out) but for the right person we don't mind whoever it is. No couples, must be employed/ working full time. No pets. Looking for late 20/early30s. Must pay rent on time and must be clean person who cleans up after themselves. The lease ends in Jan 4 but can be extended out to mid July, looking for long term people (6-8 months). The bond is $800, bills are split. Internet around $20 per month. There is parking, which considering the neigbourhood is shocking. You can park on the street or in the backyard. We're looking for someone to move in 2 weeks time. About us: You'd be living with 2 females. One in her 30s and one in her 20s. I work as a painting teacher at a paint and sip studio meaning I bring home left over wine constantly, the other works at a design company and likes antique furniture hunting. We like to have a laugh and drink wine on the porch from time to time but give each other space when necessary. I think that's it, feel free to message me with a little bit about yourself, the best time to come have a look around is at night after 6pm or on the weekends. Thanks for reading my babble, G.

Parking on street only.
Starting a new job in Brisbane and need to make the move up from the Gold Coast. I am mostly looking to team up and rent fresh with someone as I own a lot of furniture myself. I'm easy going and always up for a chat. I have a girlfriend although she does not live with me, usually spend the weekend with her at her place or she spends with at mine. Prefer to be looking at places within 20mins of the city and with a garage for my car. Message me if interested :)
Empty room in a cool student house on Duke street in Annerley is up for grabs. The room itself is fully furnished with a double bed along with the house so is all ready to go. Unlimited internet is included in rent and electricity is split between everyone in the house. Mix of guys and girls in the house studying a range of things at Uni. While everyone is mostly busy with their own lives, the house is friendly and welcoming. The University of Queensland is a 3km walk away and QUT is a 15 min bus ride. Bus stations are within a few minuets walk away and the train station is a 1km walk away. Google Duke street Annerley to get an idea of transport options if you like. Heaps of parking for cars behind the house also if needed. I’m after people who would like to move into a place and contribute to the overall household in a positive way. Obviously paying rent on time, cleaning up after yourself and being respectful to others goes without saying. Bond is 4 x rent. Feel free to PM me to ask any questions or come around for a look and to meet everyone ☺ Peace
Hi, I'm Issak! I'm busy 20 years old, a full time student and work part time in retail I'm openly gay, and in saying this would probably prefer living with females as I socially connect with them easily When I'm not busy during the week I enjoy being social and going out over the weekends I am clean and well organised and would prefer like to live with someone like-minded I have lived in the inner western suburbs for the last 18 months and would like to stay in the area but I'm open to ideas on other suburbs provided they're still close to the CBD and public transport My lease doesn't end until early January but I'll be out of town for Christmas so I want to be organised and have a new place lined up before mid-December If you're interested in living with me don't hesitate to contact me on here or v, I'm fun and don't bite and would be up for brunch or something to see if we're a good fit :-)
Hey! We've got a room for rent in an amazing house in Annerley for only $220 per week! The place is fully furnished except for the spacious room, which can easily fit a bed and a desk. There's a wardrobe in the room as well! :) This place is in Annerley, just off Ipswich Road. It's a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and 17 minutes walk to the train station according to Google maps. It's also close to Woolies and BWS (always important) and other cafes around the area too. It's pretty much 5 minutes drive/bus to the PA Hospital and also a short drive to Greenslopes, Mater, Southbank and everywhere else around Southside. Pretty much ideal for anyone working/studying around the area. You'll be living with 2 friendly people - one a doctor at PA and another a med student. It's a 4 bedroom place, only 3 of which will be occupied so you'll be sharing a bathroom with one of us. We're friendly, clean, tidy and great company, so that's all we expect of you too which I'm sure you already are. No gender preference as well. :) I've put in some pictures here, but nothing beats checking the place out in person so send me a message and I can give you the address and we can organise a time to check it out. TL;DR Awesome room for rent in a great location with amazing people. Come check it out! :)

This house is conveniently located within 2-3 mins walk to Buranda shopping centre and PA hospital, and 5 mins walk to Buranda Busway and train stations. UQ is also within walking distance and takes less than 30 mins. This is not a party house and we would like to keep it that way. As you can see in the pictures, this property is also newly renovated, with all new furniture! Rent is $160 per week plus bills, or $175 per week including electricity, water and wireless broadband internet. This room is furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe, as shown in the pictures. Sorry, no smokers or pets. 4 weeks bond. Preferred stay is at least 3 months. Longer term tenants are preferred over short-term tenants and will be given priority. Feel free to contact me to come and have a look!
I'm a registered nurse. Tidy, quiet and friendly. I work shift work so I'll need the house to be quiet during the day so I can sleep for night shift about 3 times a month. Always happy to hang out and have a chat, but I'm respectful of boundaries. I would also require room mates to be 420 friendly.
I am a Structural and Mechanical Engineer and now study full time Nursing/Paramedic. I am quiet and committed to my study. I am social and enjoy an occasional drink and chat, also fitness oriented. I am clean and house proud and like to live a clean environment. I enjoy movies and hiking and work part time. I do have my own bedroom furniture and also a large LG double door fridge and 65" Tv which I would sell if it cannot be accommodated at my new place.
I'm clean, can cook - love to bake! Pretty quiet but keen to meet great new people. Reliable source of income - paying rent/bills will be no issue. Lead a fairly busy lifestyle but am always keen to watch a movie and chat over wine/cheese.
This gem of a town house is in a perfect location; with multiple buses only a short walk away, with buses to the CBD, UQ and QUT within 15mins. We’re also very close to Woolworths, BWS, 24hr Gyms, coffee shops, cafes and heaps of other shops and restaurants at Annerley. Access to the Greenslopes busway station is also only a 10min walk and services both the City, Griffith University and Garden City shopping center. This modern inner city townhouse is a delight to live in, with lots of natural light, a large lounge room and dinning area and modern kitchen as well as our shady little courtyard is perfect for those hot summer afternoons relaxing outside with a drink or two. The townhouse is fully furnished, although we can accommodate more if you have anything. However your room is unfurnished. Your room is a medium sized room, with big double mirrored wardrobe doors and a ceiling fan.

I have a perfect rental history. I don't have pets or children but I do love both. Preferrably looking for a place by the 30/10 but can work around an earlier or later date

I am a smoker, looking for accomodation with off street parking (ideally garage space) for my car, fast internet and shared kitchen/laundry facilities. Looking to move before 1st December.
I currently have a room available for rent. It's a double sized room complete with built in wardrobe and a northernly aspect and window. The room has its own bathroom with bath. The apartment has a modern theme and comes with air conditioning in the main living space and fans throughout. Washing machine, dryer, and dishwashing machine are all available. Large TV and super comfy couch has your name on it for chilling out on at the end of busy day. The apartment resides in a quiet location within walking distance to parks, schools, hospitals, local parks and public pool. Most importantly we have two fantastic Cafes at the end of the street. There is numerous bus stops options within short walking distance and roughly a 20 min ride to the city.
I'm a easy going, fun, chatty flatmate, who enjoys reading, a ridiculous amount of tv shows and going to the beach. I'm clean and tidy person who likes to hang with people but also prefers to have my own space. Looking for some roommates that can potentially become friends with. I'm not the biggest fan of clubbing anymore but I do enjoy going out for meals and the occasional sneaky drink.

Easy going, friendly travel professional on the lookout to team up for a move into the South Bank area and surrounding suburbs. I work pretty long hours between my day job and helping my family business in the evenings, so I actually won't be home for most of the day. I enjoy travelling, photography and music. I'm a non smoker and only drink on occasion. I enjoy a good conversation and am pretty outgoing, but I'm also very independent and can keep to myself if needed. About you: Just really looking for someone who is self sufficient, can pay rent on time, is clean around the house and a non smoker. I don't mind if you're a student, working professional or something in between. About the property: I'm ideally looking for a brand new and modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I also have a car so will need a garage space. As my office sits on top of South Bank Station, the closer to South Bank the better. I have all my own furniture, so all you'll need to bring along is a bed. Should you not have one, I can also provide a double bed.
I'm a clean, considerate and fairly quiet housemate, but I definitely love house dinners and going out and having fun. I work part-time at an alcoholic beverage seller and study full-time at QUT. I'm friendly so long as you are friendly to me.
This is an awesome share-house. It is in a really convenient location close to the city and UQ and public transport comes frequently. It is a huge Queenlsander with a great veranda to relax on. Bathroom, kitchen and living rooms are all spacious and fully furnished. We have a backyard with a vege garden that you are free to use and we have beer on tap!
I'm a Psychology student at QUT and work part-time at a pizza store (that means I can bring you home amazing pizza after my shifts). I'm a tidy, easy going person who is respectful of personal space but keen to sesh and socialise with my roommates :) message me if you have any other questions. I am willing to pay more rent for the master bedroom.
We are looking for a friendly, considerate and responsible non-smoking housemate to share with two UQ students aged in their twenties. The house is furnished, apart from the bedroom, which also has a large built-in wardrobe. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 female. The house is well situated in a quiet location: 5 -10mins walk to Dutton park train station and express city buses on Ipswich Rd. Short walk to PA hospital, UQ, Buranda shopping center & Fairfield Gardens. The room itself fits a double or queen bed, with space for other furniture. As the room is situated upstairs it receives lots of light and a breeze, making it bright and airy. The whole house is air-coned for those hot summer days. There is the opportunity for off street parking inside the townhouse complex, and plenty of on street parking available. This room is available mid to late November- or possibly earlier if suitable. About your housemates: one male who works full time (doing a PhD) and one female who is at university full time, and works 2 casual jobs, so the house is free most days. This house would suit a responsible uni student or a young professional. Sorry, no couples! Contact: 0411303186
I'm on exchange from the US studying at UQ for a year, but my lease runs out this summer so I need a new place to stay for another 6 months! Things I enjoy include: swimming, bikes, wine, cooking, doing my dishes, paying rent on time, and also chocolate. Would love to meet some new flatmates as my current one is moving away :( I can move at any time but would prefer early Jan as I will be traveling and won't return until then. Please don't hesitate to contact me! :)
