Hi! I am a 26 year old full time worker doing paralegal work in the city. I am clean and respectful of others, I am fairly quiet socially during the week and tend to head out to drinks and music gigs on the weekends. I enjoy movies, music, arts and travelling! I am definitely looking for a share house to enjoy with some nice people and don't enjoy being a bedroom dweller. Let me know when I can come and look at your place! Many Thanks, Erin
Hey I'm Nicole! I'm 22 years old and looking for a place to live at the start of August with 1 to 2 people. I work full-time so during the week I'm usually at work. I also enjoy a drink on the weekends and socialising! I do like my down time sometimes as working can get very tiring at times. I would like to live with people who also like to hang out, not just 'housemates'. I am also very clean, tidy and very reliable. :)
Regular rent-payer, keen cleaner, and overall conscientious housemate and human being, I hope. Absolutely fine with pets, not so fine with smokers (although if done outside, may not be much of an issue). I'm fairly independent, but still very happy to socialise and not disrupt the status-quo should I move into an established house. Also very interested in setting up somewhere new. Happy to approach other locations, especially if regular public transport hubs and groceries are easily accessible. I have a timeline of between now and 20 July to work something out.
This is a double-storey, 4 bedroom house situated in the quite suburb of Annerley. The house has a small front and backyard area and the house is fully furnished with the essentials (TV, communal fridge, washing machine etc). The bedoom has a double bed, desk, computer chair and wardrobe included. The room available is on the bottom floor, and you have your own bathroom. Rent includes all utilities (water, unlimited broadband wireless internet, electricity, gardening). The deposit is 4 weeks worth of rent ($800) and we also have a minimum 12 month contract, your contract can extend longer if you wish, of course. At the moment we are looking for female tenants only. The house is LGBT friendly! :) We also have another room in the house available for $180/week which is slightly smaller and you share the bathroom with one other tenant.
I am after an existing room to rent, or even someone to find a new place to lease... preferably the second option so we can start fresh. Females only preferred. I am not a party person, I’m pretty clean, reliable and can definitely fend for myself. I’m pretty quiet, but always up for a catch up and a glass of wine or something at the end of the day! Definitely would like to make some new friends out of this anyway. I come with 2 Ragdoll cats (strictly indoor only) who are pretty chilled out most of the time, they just wanna hang out with humans most of the time and love cuddles and scratches! I have put that I am only looking for 6 months at this stage but am happy I am definitely open to staying longer if it’s the right fit!
Hi, I'm Sam. I'm a clean and sociable guy from Tasmania. I like basketball, gaming, watching shows, going to the gym, listening to music and hanging out with friends. I'm looking for an affordable share house with high speed internet and clean housemates to become friends with. Happy to team up with like-minded people, or join an existing share house. I have minimal belongings; car, bed, desk & pc. My ideal place would be walking distance to the supermarket and train station. I can move anytime before July 12th. I plan to do volunteer work while transitioning into either employment or study, depending on what my options are once I find a home.

My name's Vinn, I'm a research assistant at UQ and I'm looking for a place to move out to around the 2nd June. My work has me pretty busy and will probably keep me pretty busy a lot of the time. Usually just veg out on the weekends but I'm keen to occasionally do things if you want to hang out. Not really a party person and I generally have to wake up pretty early to go to the gym so someone who is respectful of noise at night would be pretty great. Looking forward to hearing from you

We are a young couple who enjoy going away in the weekends, are organized and have a great sense of humor. We have lived in share houses before and have learned the good and the bad of sharing houses, so we are kind of awesome flatmates by now :) We look forward to meet great people with whom we could share a meal a conversation and a drink every now and then. Carlos and Yenny
My names Maddy, I'm 22 and I'm a full time design student. I work in retail on James street, Fortitude Valley. I own a 1 year old short hair cat, who is extremely well toilet trained (inside and outside). I also have a 3 year old Maremma Sheepdog (outside doggo), whom I would love to bring with me! They are both very tame but I would love to find a place with a large fully fenced backyard. I like to sneak a few wines a week and socialise on the weekends! Always up for a chat, but I'm very considerate of other people and understand space is important. Love to go on beach trips also. Feel free to message me, would be keen to team up/share a place with 2 other people!
I'm Eduardo, PhD student in UQ. I hope to share some time with the housemates mostly in weekends. I am not the type of person that stays too long in the house more than for sleeping hahaha. I cook mostly basic stuff but sometimes I adventure into something more complex. I mostly use the room only for sleeping so I typically use the shared spaces of the houses for reading or do stuff in the computer. For the house, I am looking for something preferably at a walking distance to UQ (max 40 min walking). I stated $180 at max but up to $200 is acceptable if the property/housemates are really good. I prefer to stay with no more than 4 housemates at a time.
AVAILABLE mid-July 2018 (Current housemate is planning to leave early-mid July 2018) Room available - 3.2mx3.0m Unfurnished Bedroom with built in wardrobe (Easily fits bed/desk/sidetable/dresser) This gem of a town house is in a perfect location; in the leafy suburb of Annerley, Brisbane. The townhouse itself is a few hundred metres away from Woolworths, BWS, 24hr Gyms and heaps of other shops at Annerley. Just further up the street is Ipswich Rd which has access to multiple and frequent buses to and from the city, University of Queensland and The Queensland University of Technology, as well as Fairfield station which is about a 15min walk. Access to the Greenslopes busway station is also only a 10min walk and services both the City, Griffith University and Garden City shopping centre. This inner city townhouse is a delight to live in, with lots of natural light, a nice lounge room and dining area and modern kitchen. Our current housemate moving out will be taking some furniture so we will figure out what new furniture will be needed closer to the date, if you have furniture that is fine too. Your room is unfurnished. Our shady little courtyard is perfect for those hot summer afternoons relaxing outside with a drink or two.
The flat is small but it's nice, bedrooms are a really good size. My room has its own entrance so you might not even notice me coming and going so much. The rest of the flat furnished, you just have to bring stuff for your room. You'll have the bigger master bedroom that has a lot of good natural lighting and a built in wardrobe. (photos available right now are furnished while my current flatmate is still living here, but there's plenty of room for a queen bed, desk, extra storage, anything you'd want really) Public transport is all very close, buses into the city and fairfield station are only a short walk away. Woolworths, Annerley Library and several different gyms are also in walking distance! I've got unlimited wifi that's about 30 dollars each a month, and electricity is paid every 3 months. If you're clean and pay the bills on time I'd love to hear from you! The entry date is pretty flexible too, any time in June after the 11th is good with me.
Looking for a layed back place to call home for my partner and I and our 3yr old labby cross my partner works full time and i am currently retired, but have decided to look for part time work as retirement just doesnt suit me,we are both very easy to get along with and dont sweat the small stuff, we enjoy a drink and going to pubs and clubs on w/e listening to music just having a good time, and taking our dog out to dog friendly coffee shops, we smoke only outside and like a clean and tidy place to come home to.
