Well-located, very private, recently renovated and modern unit, handily nearby a range of public transport (great for both students and people working in the city!), with two rooms available for rent. Room 1: The smaller room has a new, comfy double bed and rent is $145p/w. The reason this rooms rent is cheap is as room is cozy (small) and would be suited to minimal furnishings :) could fit desk and a tall boy cupboard (not inc.). Room also has its own door to go outside, which backs onto the green yard area downstairs (but doesn't need to be used). Room 2: This room is larger and includes a Queen size bed and cupboard. If you would prefer no bed we can negotiate and take it out. This room has more space and is $180 per week (inc utilities). I have absolutely loved my time here in Annerley. The townhouse is beautiful and spacious as you can see in the photos. Its a 5 minute walk to Bus stops/Coles/Woollies/Fast Food/Gym and my favourite cafe Little Clive. It is just a 3 minute walk to Fairfield train station, which is really convenient for travel into the city. There is a park next door which my housemates and I go and shoot netball hoops. The undercover outdoor area is a lovely place to have dinner or just relax. The house is air-conditioned which is perfect for Summer being underway. We also have a dishwasher which works really well in a share house setting. We rotate use of the garage for parking, however there is street parking available. There are three toilets in the house, (1 downstairs and 2 upstairs). The main bedroom has a shared balcony off it too which we all use freely. I have uploaded the original photos of the house as I have provided most of the house furniture which I will be taking with me. The girls are more than happy to replace furniture or welcome someone who already has furniture!

Let's be housemates! My name is Luke, I'm 27 and I work full-time in IT as a Network Administrator so I can look after all of our internet / network needs. I'm clean and tidy, don't smoke and don't really drink that often but that doesn't mean I'm not down to have a chat with one or two sometimes. I am relatively into fitness as I aim to go to the gym before/after work most days. I try to be out of the house where possible but sometimes I can be a bit introverted. If I am home, I tend to keep to my own spaces but happy to hang out sometimes as I enjoy a homey/friendly home. Why I'm moving: My current house mates are moving out to start a family so unfortunately we are going separate ways. I'm pretty flexible where I live, as long as It's not too difficult to get to work. Normal week: After work I like to relax, I will usually aim to go to the gym then hang out on my computer or room. On the weekends, I aim to try visit friends and be active doing something. I'm a little flexible with the move date, as my lease ends on the 6th of Jan, but will be extending it for around 2 weeks to help with moving if needed. I have a 6month old fridge, and my own room furnishings. Ideally if there was a study, I'd like to have my computer there or if my room was big enough to accommodate.

The apartment is in an older block but has been freshly painted with new carpet and renovated bathroom as well as gas cook top.
