Hi, I am a young health professional working in Maryborough and I'm looking for either a room to rent or someone to team up with to share a rental in Maryborough or near by. I am hoping to find someone close to my age and would prefer females. Someone who is friendly and would want to hang out to share a meal or watch a movie ect. I work Mon-Fri and regularly spend weekends down in Melbourne. I currently live in a share-house in Ballarat but i'm moving out next month to be closer to work. Length of stay is at least 6 months. Non smoking please. I wouldn't mind outside pets.

Hi there:) I am Hajung from South Korea(Not North:0) Anyway I am looking for a place very close to my work place. I am working at the Sushi restaurant it is located Ballarat central. Exact address is : 8/1-3 Eastwood St, Ballarat Central VIC 3350 So I wish to move the place where very close to my work place(by walk within 10min). Because, Actually I am now living in Redan area, I love my home because it is very clean and new but it is just far from my work place to walk. So if your flat is close to my work place, then you should text me:) If it is not, you dont need to text me:0 I am quite clean person so if you are not clean, I don't want to get in. And I am very friendly person I think. So I want to make flat mate as friend too :) + the important thing is you have to have unlimited internet, because I use internet much. Under 200(include bill) is fine:) Include bill is very good to me, cause I don't want to think about the bill. Personal room and if the bathroom is personal too it will be perfect(but it is okay using one bathroom under 2 people is fine) I need Furnished room! I need a bed and desk and chair!
Me and my current housemate Ash are applying for houses in the Ballarat area to gain cheaper living expenses. We currently lease together and are looking for another housemate to move into a new lease. I work fulltime and study, Ash studies full time and works part time. We are both tidy people and like our own space as well as having a good chat. Ash has a doggo called Leo that would also be moving with us. If this sounds like you enquire within! :)

Hey im Will, i like to thunk of myself as entertaining, clean and laid back, prefer to be social but can to keep to myself, currently looking for somewhere close to delecome town centre for work
Putting some feelers out as my current landlord is looking to sell. I'm interested in a household with friendly, sociable housemates. Ideally I'd like to make a friendship or two, rather than just co-exist and pay bills together. I'm not a local (from East Gippsland) - so it would be nice to have housemates to share conversation with, go to the supermarket, watch a movie. I work full-time in Allied Health/Disability, enjoy going to the gym and eating healthy. I'm pretty settled in Ballarat, so intend to be here another 12 months. I'm a lesbian, and hoping to be apart of a LGBT-friendly environment. :)
I work full time at Mars Chocolate and study part time at Deakin in Geelong. I enjoy staying fit, including gym and walks, but also enjoy to have a few drinks of a weekend and try new places to eat. I like to stay neat and tidy and also enjoy my own space as I’m quite busy a lot of the time. Looking for someone like minded that wouldn’t mind hanging out but also enjoying their own space. Also someone that doesn’t mind having a drink or two every now and then.
A teacher in her 50s, a middle-aged social worker, and engineer four nights/week (daughters in their 20s occasionally visit from university) etc. Bedroom is fully furnished with single bed, bedside table, desk, drawers, bookshelf, built in wardrobe etc. 18-year-old comfortable house, in a quiet court with cycle link, near schools, recreational and wetland reserves, five minute walk to bus stop. Main bathroom, laundry, kitchen, two living areas, sunny rumpus room and outdoor area. Loads of fruit trees and berries - in summer and autumn. Beautiful piano, solar electricity, gas-boosted solar hot water and gas central heating. Rent includes electricity, water and internet (gas bills are divided evenly in the cooler months). Ideal for an additional short term FIFO professional or independent, mature student; consideration for sustainability appreciated. Pretty flexible arrangements make this a relaxed, respectful household, however, no racism or Trump admirers will be tolerated. Feel free to make contact, thank you.
Hi! URGENTLY need a place to move to which will allow pets as I have recently acquired a dog and am being asked to leave my current rental property (unfairly). My ideal place would be somewhere with a backyard and would be lovely if others had pets too! I don't mind sharing a bathroom etc. and parking is not a priority for me. I work part-time and don't study so I have a fair bit of free time on my hands. Love to chat and socialise and idealy would like to move in with like-minded people who wont mind having a bunch of people over for drinks every now and then!
It is close to stockland shopping center and railway station to go to Melbourne. Bus stop in front of the property. Brand new townhouse so it is absolutely clean. Will be sharing with a matured professional single male who works in Melbourne so you will have the property to yourself until late evening.
Great for students and professionals alike. Quite suburb, close to town with lots of living space. Very spacious outdoor and indoor living areas. Two story house with views across town. Plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing Accessible to all universities throughout Ballarat. With quick access to M8. close to the the sporting facilities and gyms. A bike ride to the lake.
Less than 5 minute drive and 20 minute walk (on my short legs) from Central Ballarat. Close to numerous bus stops. Gorgeous Homey 3 bedroom house in a very quiet neighbourhood. Decent sized backyard and air conditioner. Room has a small built in wardrobe. Double mattress available
We have a room available and are looking for three guys or girls in need of a comfortable, furnished, well-located place to call home for ideally 6 to 12 months or ongoing. The home is in a newer area on the Sebastopol/Delacombe border, midway between Delacombe Town Centre and Albert St shops. 5 minute drive to Sturt St, and an easy drive to the uni campuses, hospitals, etc. The house is fully furnished but there is space enough for you to bring items to make yourself feel at home. The house is comfortable and fully equipped; it has central heating and carpeted bedrooms (good for Ballarat’s notorious winter), and aircon and ceiling fans for when the warmer days return. Separate lounge room and a separate kitchen and meals room make it easier to find a quiet spot in the house. Kitchen has a Dishlex dishwasher and a gas cooktop. Covered outdoor patio and even some herb and veggie garden beds for time outdoors. The garage has room for two cars and a further two off-street, plus ample street parking in the area. Outdoor security cameras keep the home safe and solar panels make electricity bills very cheap. The room is $140/week (or $600/month). The rent includes internet and house maintenance (weekly cleaning and garden maintenance). Water, gas and electricity bills are shared fairly. Sorry, but indoor smokers and pets are not allowed.
Hi, I’m looking for a place in Ballarat close to ACU where I’m going to be studying Nursing/Paramedicine starting in 2020. I’d like to move in around January time just before the start of the Uni year so I can settle in. I’m currently living in Melbourne at home with my parents and working as a community aged care carer and personal assistant at a doctors office. I have 2 budgies that will be making the move with me so I’m looking for a place that allows pets. I’m not very picky with the type of place I stay in, I just require my own room big enough for me and the birds, on/off street parking and housemates around my age (20years). Let me know if you’d like to meet me and are interested in having me be apart of your household!
Perfect for responsible, tidy professional/student (with 1 quiet occupant) - renovated home near lake. Large bedroom, new paint and carpet. Furnished/unfurnishrd - wardrobe, dressing table inc, BYO bed/mattress.
