Heya, Need a room from january 10th, coming to join the University for research. Regards Mahavir
I'm from Esperance, moved to Perth at the beginning of 2018. Currently working full time in the city and studying. Looking for a place to call home until June/ July 2019. I tend to keep fairly busy, lead an active and healthy lifestyle and enjoy spending my weekends at the beach, catching up with friends and indulging in the brunch scene. I would rather live with people I can have a conversation and a glass of wine or a meal with, not the hide away in your room type. I like to keep a tidy house, am mature and respectful of personal space. Preferably looking for a place that is within easy access to the beach or river and close to public transport :) ***Only interested in the areas listed - please do not message me otherwise***
Hi Future Housemates, We are looking for an easygoing and clean housemate to share with 3 others. The house in is a lovely tree-lined suburb of Ardross, located nicely between Perth CBD and Fremantle. We are walking distance to the river, bus station, Garden City Shopping Centre, boutique shops and cafes! The place is fully furnished and has mostly jarrah floorboards throughout. There is a small kitchen/laundry and a larger open dining/lounge room. The great advantage of this place is you don't have to sign a fixed term contract! Just give us notice if you intend to move out. For $140 per week, the bedroom has a double bed, study desk and chair and built-in wardrobe and a free standing chest of drawers. Shared bathroom. Bond = $560 (4 weeks rent). Bills are split evenly between housemates. Utility bills are water, gas, electricity, NBN internet and are usually around $20 per week per person. Our house is fairly quiet house but sociable, not a party house though. If you would like to view the rooms please message or text me. I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi all, I am a Masters student in Curtin university and am looking for a female flatmate. I am very active and when not in Uni, I am either chilling quietly, watching netflix or outdoors doing kitesurfing, windsurfing, rowing. I am looking for a unit/property that must be unfurnished but don't worry! I got you covered as I have a toaster, microwave, washing machine, couch, coffee table, vacuum, dining table and chairs. All you need to furnish is your bedroom. Since I am offering to share this with you, I would like to have the master bedroom w/ensuite (if it has one) or parking but we can discuss this further. I like to keep things neat and always clean up after my mess. I follow CLAY-GO (Clean As You Go) which just makes things easier for the general cleaning. I give high regard to the value of respect and will do so for your privacy and with nature as well so I make sure that I am friendly to the environment as well;turning off switches after use and making it pocket/bill friendly too! Do send me a message if you'd like to discuss further. Looking at 6months minimum and willing to extend if things go smoothly Cheers
Looking for a housemate for our sharehouse, a homely and well situated character home in Ardross. The house is very close to Garden City shopping centre (5 minutes walking distance) and 1 minute to bus stops that go direct to Perth City bus port, Canning Bridge train station, Murdoch University, Garden City bus port and Fremantle. The house is also well situated to catch buses to Curtin University and UWA. There is space in driveway for off street and covered car parking. The house is fully furnished and the two available rooms are furnished. Both rooms have built in wardrobes with lots of storage space. Room 1 - The first room is ideal for a single student. It has a single bed, study desk, bedside table and built in robe. It can also fit a double queen bed. This room is small to medium sized. Room 2 - This room is large sized. This room is perfect for people who want their own space as it has a 'mini living room' in the overall bedroom. The room is structured in 2 parts - one part is the bedroom area and the other part is a mini living room. The bedroom area is furnished with a double bed and side table. It has 2 built in wardrobes with ample space. The mini living room area has enough space for a couch and TV and even a study desk and is great if you want your own space and privacy. The room also has it's own door for entering and exiting the house. Split bills for electricity and wifi internet. Water and gas bills are included in rent. The house, including the rooms, have heating and cooling facilities. The share house is low key, relaxed and quiet. You'll be sharing with a couple which are full-time working professionals in our thirties that have fairly busy schedules but do enjoy catching up with housemates for a friendly chat. We are ideally looking for a housemate who is independent, clean, tidy and reliable. One our favourite things about the house is the location as it is close to Fremantle (15 minutes by car), the City (10 minutes by car) and a 5 minute walk from the Swan River which has fantastic views of the Swan River and City. It is also very close to supermarkets at Garden City Shopping Centre (5 minute walk). The house is also very close to public transport (1 minute walk to bus stop which goes to Canning Bridge Train Station and also buses to Perth City). The rooms are ready to move into now. We look forward to hearing from potential housemates :)
Easy Going, Laid back couple who enjoy going to the beach and the outdoors. Play sport and exercise regularly and are a fun couple to live with.
I'm an employed 28 year-old engineer who relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia last November. Have lived with my current housemate for almost a year now with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. She can attest to that :) I'm moving because she will be moving back to Bunbury with her husband once the lease ends. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I enjoy video games (have a PS4 but don't worry I will not fight for the TV as I have my own), going on amazing road trips, beaches, coffee-hunting, keeping fit and planning to take up guitar in due time (I promise to keep it quiet!!). I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. Not a FIFO but my work occasionally requires me to go offshore 1-2 weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 160-170pw (no bills included) or 180-200pw (bills included). Room doesn't have to be furnished as again, I have my own furnitures but preferably with good-sized BIR and able to fit queen size bed, a desk and bookshelf/ dresser (I might have to choose between the two :( if it doesn't fit). And sorry, I would prefer only females but couples excepted.
I'm an outgoing, bubbly Exercise Physiologist, with a beautiful 3yr old Rottweiler, Maki. We like to play, but we also really enjoy chilling out and soaking up the sun everywhere we go. I'm very active, eat healthy, don't smoke, and not a party animal. I don't take life too seriously, and think a home is what you make it.
Moving back to Perth after living in Melbourne for 5 years! Looking for someone chilled, who likes to socialise but also enjoys their own company and space.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I am considerate of others and like to keep my space clean and tidy. I am pretty chill, not a big party goer, more of a glass of wine and Netflix type of girl. I work full time in pharmacy and recently graduated from uni with a Nutrition degree. I have a 2year old cavoodle who is house trained and full of beans- is more of a socialite than me :). I have all of my bedroom furniture and a lot of kitchen equipment. looking to move into a respectful, tidy chilled home. I don't smoke or do ay form of drugs so looking to live with like minded people
Hi there. I have a bedroom available in a quiet spacious 3x1 townhouse. Bills included. Share with only one other. Fully furnished home. Only 6 units in large complex. 2 secure parking bays. Clean and tidy, good size room with lots of cupboard space. Options on a second room for an extra $10per week to be used as storage or private lounge. Remote controlled secure access gates. Large open private and shared garden area. Quick easy walk across the road to bus ports and trains. Really short walking distance to Garden city(Coles, Myers, David Jones, Hoyts etc). Wifi and Foxtail connections available. Pets considered. If you think this fits I look forward to hearing from you ! Tash Nearby Universities Murdoch University, South Street (1.5km)
Free standing house, old but tidy property, situated in a great location walking distance to the river, cafe strip for a morning coffee or breakfast is situates two blocks away and the house has a nice park directly across the road, great access to canning highway...
The property is an older large 3 bedroom house in a great location. We are a couple of streets back from the river and have lots of local shops near by, being walking distance from Garden City and the Mount Pleasant shops. We have a great outdoor area with a pizza oven, BBQ and we are working on getting a veggie patch up and running. As the house was unfurnished when we moved in we have furnished the place but happy if you have some of your own stuff you would like to bring with you.
Hi! I’m really easy going, enjoy a chat from time to time but also respect people’s personal space. I’ve lived out of home for a while as my parents decided to stay over east.. so this is nothing new to me! Im hardly home on the weekends and some nights during the week,I have my own queen sized bed and mattress and I’m really just looking for a place to call home as my previous home owner is now renovating and selling the property. :)
Originally from Albany, living in Mandurah and starting at UWA next semester studying Bio-Med. I'll be studying full time and enjoy going out a lot but still will pull my weight around the place. Bills won't be an issue and I'll be able to easily pay everything on time with no drama's. I went to boarding school during high school so I know all the in's and outs of a share house. I enjoy being active and going to the gym and getting out or maybe having a quiet night in my spare time.
I am very friendly, easygoing and extrovert. I am very organized and I respect privacy. I am not noisy and i like calmed environments.
Hi all. Looking for a fully furnished room to rent preferably with females. Currently studying at Curtin University so ideally hoping to be somewhere close to Uni or the city. It would be great to have a parking bay provided as I own a car. Also hoping there is a park or river nearby the house so I can run sometimes! I'm clean, friendly, quiet, and respectful. Spending most of my personal time reading books, watching Netflix, running and doing yoga. Have a budget of $160 a week. Can move in ASAP. Thanks!
I'm relatively quiet and clean up after myself. Happy to help out with a few hours gardening etc every weekend if required. I'm working part time and study part time.
I'm a mature working professional and I work full time. Easy going. Young at heart. Like to live in a clean and tidy house. After work I do enjoy my wine and chill out at home. If you love a chat, I'm definitely up for it. Don't have one but love pets too. Prefer to live with just 1 housemate, max is 2. Would love to check out the place in person first before deciding, if you don't mind. I pay my bills on time btw. So u don't have to worry about reminding me. Cheers :)
I’m Shana, 26, and in the HSE sector for work. Am currently overhauling my life friends and hobbies, so would be searching for more than ‘just a housemate’ 🙂 Have been hoping all over the countryside the last couple of months now looking for a place to call home and with some wicked new housemates that love a frothy or few with beats in the background to chill out after a long week. Can be a proper couch potato watching the most crap shows and will most likely leave a dish or two in the sink until theres of a reason to peel off the couch some days, just as much as I love cooking and cleaning the house up (yes I’ll probably be a bit of a ‘mum’ and do your washing if it’s in the laundry or cook you dinners regularly). Current hobbies include road trips and exploring for places to enjoy a good feed, beers (especially in the sunshine) or pinot noir, but I’ve an affair going on with the bushchook.. Took up paddle boarding for a second hobby but not yet mastered it. My partner would probably spend the nights over while he is home on RNR but he won’t be there during the days and especially if I’m not home; im happy to chip in more for bills for this.
I’m pretty easy going, clean and sociable Like to talk, cook and enjoy a glass of wine I work full time in Perth and Fremantle I have a cat with me, Apricot, she’s very clean and nice
Both easy going, open minded, liberal people that enjoy talking and learning from others and meeting people from all walks of life :) Enjoy a meal and a glass of wine with potential housemate(s) and equally love our downtime (if a lovely friendship blossoms from the move then that's an added bonus)! :)
I'm a chilled out person who loves the beach, socialising and keeping relatively active. Ideally I'm looking for a house with plenty of space for the occupants and preferably my own bathroom. I work full time in retail so my days off vary. I love art, music and nature so any like-minded people who are also chilled out would be a good mix with me I think. I have a gorgeous indoor-only cat called Poppy who loves to stare at her own reflection and do flips when she's bored.
Easy going and considerate female who likes shopping, reading, browsing the internet, dining out and spending time with family and friends. I am very respectful of other peoples property and I always keep my home clean and well maintained. I work from home so will be coming and going a bit but apart from that Im pretty quiet and keep to myself.
