I work as a doctor and am looking for a comfortable and neat place to live. I am easy going, clean and tidy myself. Will ensure a fuss-free living. I enjoy golf, tennis and badminton whenever time permits. Not forgetting, a nice wine or a decent dram of whiskey occasionally :) I'm looking for a home with a car space and preferably own bathroom.
Hey there, I'm a full time secondary teacher that works in Rockingham and I currently live in Duncraig, so you can understand why I'm looking to closer. I love sport and outdoor pursuits and spend most weekends out of the house. I enjoy watching those crappy Netflix shows when I'm feeling lazy and I play AFL. I'm new to my job so I'm still getting used to the ropes during the week but I basically come home, have dinner, chill and watch some Netflix. I can be quiet a sociable housemate but I also enjoy my downtime. I don't party, drink or do anything crazy. I sometimes get called the 'grandma' of the group because I'm so chilled. I'm looking for a non-smoker home with a room that can fit my queen bed and has a wardrobe plus a little extra storage area for my camping box. If I sound like I'd fit your home and/or other flatmates, hit me up and we can chat a bit more. Thanks Emma :)
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I am a Pan-Asian and work full time as an accountant. I am studying for my CPA too. Been staying in Perth for 12 years. I am a Netflix/Foxtel freak and I always listen to music. Like to read in front of a nice view i.e garden, lake, park I do respect other people’s space. I am socialable and it would be nice to get together with other room-mates or the owner of the house whenever they are available.
An awesome luxury house with all the required furnishings, in a great location in Applcecross (by the river)....Great for evening walks/cycling...Secure area with close proximity to Canning Highway, supermarkets, buses etc.

Hi guys I'm a chick from the UK. Pretty chilled, work as a scientist and yoga instructor. Into health and well being but also enjoy a glass of wine. I like a good natter and a good laugh. Not a party animal (anymore). Just relocating from Dunsborough for a new job role and would love to move in with like minded, fun loving people.
Love keeping to myself as much as I do sharing a Board game, drink or conversation :) Love pet's. Dog person. Decent cook. Graphic Designer. If I'm at home I'm probably trying to relax. Not a house party person. Very clean. Likes cooking.
Hi! My name's Emily and I have just moved to Perth from South West WA. I’m still looking for full time work but I have a casual job and I can afford up to $180 per week. I've been temporarily living with family since my move and would love to move into a permanent home as soon as possible. I'd love to find a clean, safe and happy share house or team up with some other like minded people in their twenties or thirties to find a new home to rent together. I’m looking for something stable and permanent, I’d prefer my own bathroom, air con would be great, and as I have a car I would need a parking spot. I love to laugh, chat, listen to music, cook, watch movies and TV shows, play video games and board games (I've got a Nintendo 64 so how could you not want me as your new roomie?) and I'm more than happy to do all those things with my room mates but I also really enjoy my alone time. I'm a considerate, funny, friendly person and cleanliness and taking pride in my home is very important to me. I'm conscious of security, energy/water consumption and into recycling. I don't want to live in a party house, but happy to have friends/family/partner over. I love cats and dogs but don't have any of my own, so I hope you do! Also sexism, racism and homophobia really bums me out so I'd like to not live with people like that. So if any or all of this sounds good to you please shoot me a message so we can chat, meet up and hopefully like each other enough to want to live together! Cheers, Emily.
Hey there, looking for a private room with an ensuite or own bathroom : ) I work in the mining industry, working 2 weeks away and 6 days back in Perth. I do need on-street parking or access to a car space. I am in a relationship so I do spend time with my girlfriend when I am back in Perth. I have a pretty healthy lifestyle, not hugely into boozey nightlife but am partial to a glass of red wine!
Easy going friendly enjoy a laugh , bbqs , taking it easy going to the river or away surfing and doing my phorography all the time. I’m always helping others and am very neat and tidy happy to do jobs around the house and leave housemates alone or happy to enjoy company and occasionally do fun things like fitness, bbqs going to the river etc :)
Very friendly, easy going, looking for a chilled out place to live. Working full time and studying so I like to chill out in my spare time. I enjoy a few casual drinks but not looking for a party house. Contact me if you have a suitable place!
Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december 2016. Im a very fit and active person, I am currently prepping for a bodybuilding show in May so my days/ weeks are very regimented. I get tired easily but still like to interact and make everyone feel like they can talk to me 😂 I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person if all females can handle me.. I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. I work Monday to Friday in the city.. I know boring office job, but I am also an online fitness coach so it’s a win for you if you are looking to improve your fitness and nutrition. I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane. i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around a lot.
Hi! I am a young (ish) health professional looking for a place to call home for the next couple of months. I am pretty easy-going, mostly kept busy with work stuff, but am always up for a glass of wine and a chat at the end of the day. I have lived in several share houses in the last couple of years. If you have a room in Perth (I am relatively flexible with the location) then get in touch and I will be happy to let you know more about myself.
I've just moved back to Perth this year so I'm looking for a place to stay! I'm extremely clean and tidy, don't make too much noise and very respectful of other people. I do have a social life (I think) so I won't be hanging around the house too much :) Currently I am working 12hr shifts day/night as a chemical technician so I don't have much free time until this contract is up. My budget is 120/wk and I also dont have a specific moving in date. Anytime is fine.
Hola i'm Joanne, I'm a 23 year old female that is studying a double degree and working two jobs as a care support worker at MSWA and on a bar in mount lawley I am always on the go but when i'm at home i like to cook and relax I have not had the best prior living experiences with girls (unsanitary and messy) so i am hoping to secure a place that takes pride in their humble abode I have a pup her name is Kaia - she is 1 year and 7 months very well trained and affectionate and it has been proven that she would run away and cower if there was a break in so she won't be of use as a guard dog please get in touch if you think i'd make a good addition to your house fam
Hey everyone, I'm a 37-year-old guy from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and I moved back to Perth in 2016 after graduating over 10 years(!) ago to resume studying at Murdoch Uni for my PhD. Would love to live with one -- maximum two -- other person/s if possible, having lived with three others up until now. Creative arts/music-composer/theatre type, focusing on musical theatre and performing arts. Enjoy socialising but also love my private space. Will have a music keyboard and simple set-up with me, but I'm easy-going and considerate when it comes to housemates, so no dramas. :) Interested to find a room in the locations listed or surrounding areas. I have a car but access to public transport would nevertheless be great. I'm gay, if it matters (honestly, it shouldn't. I'm only mentioning it upfront so that there are no surprises down the road when we get to know each other.) I don't have pets but am open to finding a housemate who has 'em as I have two dogs back home who I miss dearly, especially taking them for walks! I'm a dog person but love cats too. (But dogs would be awesomer.) Clean, respectful and responsible. Not a party guy, though quiet dinners with mates would be lovely. My friends say I'm a fun and funny guy, and I take their word for it. Love a good laugh and love making others laugh. ;) I'm on scholarship, which includes a stipend from the university, meaning that my ability to make rent payment will not be an issue! I've got about 2 years left to go in my research, so even though I mention '6 months' stay, that's just a minimum; happy to extend if it all works out! POST SCRIPT: This is going to make me sound douchey, but I didn't come all the way to Australia just to live with a bunch of Malaysians or Singaporeans. Absolutely no disrespect is intended with this statement, but if you're a Malaysian/Singaporean landlord who ONLY takes in Malaysian/Singaporean tenants, or are looking for a Malaysian tenant to be part of your family household, I'm not interested. Diversity rocks. People from all over are cool. Aussies are awesome. <3 (I'm only adding this because I've received too many such emails. I'm a nice guy, I swear.)
