I love dogs, so if you have a pooch perhaps i could look after him/her occasionally when you go away or help with the daily walks. There is a small kitchen/laundry and a larger open dining/lounge room. The great advantage of this place is you don't have to sign a fixed term contract! Just give us notice if you intend to move out. For $140 per week, the bedroom has a double bed, study desk and chair a wardrobe and a free standing chest of drawers. Shared bathroom. Bond = 4 weeks rent = $560. Bills are split evenly between housemates. Utility bills are water, gas, electricity, NBN internet and are usually around $20 per week per person. Hello, I'm originally from sweden & will be in Perth starting week 46 and I'm looking for rooms suitable for a couple with own bathroom. We want to share with nice and calm people, and the house should be clean especially the kitchen. I will be studying in TAFE Murdoch, and would like to live close to school (around 10-20 min with car would be good) as well as close to a Woolies/Coles. We might get a car later on so if there's available parking that would be great but not necessary. I'm flexible with the length of stay. Both me and my partner are nice, quiet and friendly people. No party, no smokers, just clean and reliable..I do play guitar once in a while though. :) This is not my first time in australia. I lived in Gold coast last year with a working holiday visa.
