I'm mature aged non smoker. I work full time in Melbourne. I'm looking for someone of similar age to share a place with (existing or new). I'm a quiet housemate, not into the whole getting drunk and throwing wild party scenes. I do like to cook, watch movies, read, travel and catch up with friends and family and love just being a homebody at times.

But if i did move in somewhere id need to keep her in my room for a while for her to get used to the household (obviously taking her out to use the toilet) needing a place ASAP, kind of a homeless emergency sitution. I am clean, keep to myself alot because of anxiety issues, yet i am easy to get along with. Message me if youre interested. Cheers.

My name is Ben. I'm aged 25 and work full time in the public service. I'm looking for a relaxed house with people in my age group but with people who know how a good house runs. I enjoy cooking, exercise, mindless wasted hours browsing Reddit and eating out. I have excellent rental history and usually manage the finances in the house I live in. I like to keep my landlord honest and have everything documented Looking forward to hearing from you Edit: My lease ends in 20th Jan. I'm leaving due to renovations and the lease not being extended. I am prepared to leave before that date. I come with a great deal of furniture (personal and communal). So Unfurnished rooms are a preference. I am very interested in meeting like minded people who would rent a house as a group.
Hi. I'm a 33 year old nurse who works both in Geelong and in Melbourne. I work 12 hour rotating shifts so essentially work a mixture of days and nights each week. Looking for a quiet house to call home. Not into partying until 2am in the morning or living with rowdy people. I am quiet at times however enjoy he odd glass of wine. I enjoy snowboarding in winter and spend as much time in the mountains as possible and play netball year round. I don't want to live in a share house with students or in a 6 plus bedroom house. Thanks 😊
Hello, I'm Chloe. I'm a honest reliable trustworthy house mate, I have a gorgeous rag doll cat who is litter trained, so well behaved never had an issue. I always leave things tidy, so won't have to worry about me leaving the house dirty. I'm easy to get along with! Non smoker or drinker. Quiet. Looking for a nice house with a reasonable size room with a tv point :) I have my license. Looking to move down from Queensland very soon to start looking for some new work. Thank you
Hello :) Im currently studying Optometry at Flinders University and am transferring to continue my studies at Deakin in 2017. I'm a fairly relaxed housemate, clean, friendly and will be more focused on my studies rather than partying/ drinking etc. Looking for the same in a housemate. I enjoy walking, going to the beach, reading, movie watching and playing hockey. I have a boyfriend, who will visit (he's living in SA) Completely new to VIC and so any hints or tips would be appreciated :)
Hey everyone! I'm a 21 year old Professional and Creative Writing student at Deakin Waurn Ponds, doing my honours year in 2017! I'm currently living in a one-bedroom unit, and am looking for someone to go into a bigger place with me and help split the costs in February. I am almost fully furnished, so all you'd need is bedroom furniture! I have one small, well-behaved rabbit who I do bring inside on occasion (she loves cuddles). I am a relatively quiet person and focus on my studies, though I'm happy to meet new people and have a good time. My interests include movies, books and catching up with friends. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, let me know and we can organise to meet.
Law student. Have to move to Geelong to finish my course. Looking for a housemate or two. I have a cat. Anything within a 15 minute drive to the waterfront campus would be good. Looking to move in February.
My name is Tori and I'm 21 years old, currently living on the Gold Coast! I moved from Ballarat to the Gold Coast with my family half way through this year, however I am going to move back to VIC (Geelong) next year by myself, so I would love to share accommodation. I will be looking for full time work as a store manager in retail when I re-locate so most of my days are spent at work. I'm always happy to do my part in cleaning up and have a pretty easy going personality. I love my own company but am also quite a social person - I love spending my free time with friends, whether it's just having a coffee, watching a movie, going to the beach, hanging out at home or going out for a few drinks of a weekend! I'm looking to share accommodation for 6 months for now however it could turn out to be longer!
Hello, I'm Debbie! I'm 18 and finishing one VCE subject while working part-time and getting a folio ready for uni. I love drawing, particularly animation, and my favourite pastimes include eating, binge watching tv shows, and not killing my plants! I'm a pretty chill person and I enjoy jamming to the radio, making horrible puns and meeting new people. I like living in a relaxing and friendly environment- a mostly clean one being ideal- and 8/10 times don't injure myself when I do housework :P Looking forward to making some new friends! :)
Hey! I'm currently working fulltime, however as of next year I'll be studying at Deakin Waurn Ponds so will then be working part time. I'm neat, tidy and respectful. I'm pretty social and like to share a meal or a few drinks so would be nice if my potential flatmates are on the same wavelength. In saying that, I'm accustomed to being independent and doing my own thing. I'm pretty chill on pretty much anything else. Would love to find a place with females around the same age, and having bills included in the rent would be a bonus for me! I'm also a non-smoker. That's all I can think of right now so if you have any further questions or think you might have the place for me, feel free to message me :)
Hey, I will be studying a bachelor of Journalism at Deakin in 2017. I'm a social person, who loves chilled nights in! I'm moving to Victoria from Tasmania. I plan on working part time while studying!
A young professional engineer working full time. I have a laid back personality but also like things to be neat and tidy. I'm quiet by nature and enjoy my own space but am also friendly and sociable with others! Flexible to move in any time.
I have recently finished a course at Deakin Uni in Creative Arts so will be working on building up my portfolio and collection of works. This usually involves me being up to something arty and having a strange sense of humour. I like to keep things tidy and clean, and I'm mindful of other people's space and property. I try my best to keep an open mind and to be understanding. At first I can be a bit shy but happy to meet new people and get to know them. I don't mind animals and share my house with pets.
Both of us are open-minded, relaxed people. Most of the time we are working during the evenings, because we work currently in hospitality. However, we are very socialised persons who enjoy a beer or glass of wine together with a good movie or great conversation. Lukas likes to go to the gym to built up his previous body shape as well as going fishing. Myself likes to read good books, draw a bit and explore the surrounding areas (GOR, Monington Peninsula, etc). We are quiet and pet friendly.
We are looking for another person of similar age or mentality to share our home with. Either short (1 month stay minimum) or long term. This room could suit a couple (for an extra $50) or a single person. We are a couple in our late 20's/early 30's. Female occupational therapist and male paramedic, who love surfing and all things outdoors. The house has 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom with separate toilet. House is furnished. The advertised bedroom is approx 4m x 3m, with built in robe and furnished with queen bed (can be unfurnished if you prefer). There is a cat- Inu, so no further pets sorry. Close to Deakin Waurn Ponds, surfcoast highway and Waurn Ponds shopping centre. Let me know if you are interested to meet and view the place.

I’ve recently signed a lease for a three bedroom rental property and am now on the hunt for one other awesome housemate to join me. The house is only a short walk to the Marshall train station, which has buses to Deakin, and is set back from the road in a quiet community style estate. It’s a fairly recent build which features built in wardrobes in all rooms, separate bathroom and toilet, ducted heating and split system cooling. The common areas will be furnished and bedrooms unfurnished, although I’m sure something could be worked out for epic housemates in need of furnishings. The bedroom is of standard size, so you'll easily fit a bed and desk. You will need to be added to the lease with the agent and landlords approval, after us tenants give you the tick of approval :) This is not going to be a party house, although it will be social and homely, so please, no hermit crabs. It’s weird when you literally never see the people you live with even though they're home often. Also not keen on getting the silent treatment when sharing comunal spaces for no apparent reason. I promise I don't bite. But if you're not actually home often that's completely okay. If you’re respectful of others space and study needs, as well as able to clean up after yourself, then please send me a message! :) Sorry, strictly no pets and no smoking.
AVAILABLE SOONER THAN PREVIOUSLY LISTED. You will have the main bedroom and half of a second bedroom (the study) to yourself, sharing the study with the other person (me). Outside is a small undercover area that will be amazing in Summer and has outdoor line. Only lawn maintenance is nature strip which we hire someone to get mown whenever needed (split cost of approx. $15 each). Place has air con for cooling and heating that works well, and has functioning dishwasher. Big spaces in lounge/dining area and a decent sized kitchen. There is seperate shower and bath. Deakin Uni is very close, as is Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre. Bus Stops are close by if you require public transport. 10 minute drive into Geelong CBD, 20 minute drive to the beach. House is 90% furnished except for bedroom. Room will be available in Jan 2017. Looking for someone soon to ensure lease renewal. *Please note photos are from 2 years ago when property was sold, furniture will not be that in photos*
3 bedroom house in Marshall with one bedroom available. Double sized room with mirrored built in robe. Bathroom to share with one other. Modern 3yr old house. House fully furnished apart from the available bedroom. Spacious. Plenty of parking available. Currently there are two 26yr old females living here. We are either working or studying. Both friendly and easy going. Enjoy a wine or two. We have a nice fun, homely environment.
Close to Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre, house is furnished. Bedroom is a decent size and comes with a wardrobe. Bathroom is shared. Rent is paid monthly at $380, which works to roughly $95 a week. Bills are not included in rent but tend to be pretty reasonable and are split evenly. Ideally looking for someone short term, around 3 month stay preferably but it can be a more flexible stay.
Perfect location, just a short drive to Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre, minutes from the Geelong Ring Road, Deakin University and Epworth Hospital. Short drive to beaches and coastal hotspots. The house is surrounded by bus stops . You will also find an IGA & restaurants at your doorstep. Room prices range from $130 - $180 depending on size (Unlimited internet included) The property is currently under renovations, the house is projected to be finished and ready for tenants early-mid December. Call me or message me for an inspection now, I can still show you the size of each room and show you the common areas of the house. You will have to use your imagination a little, but once it is completed it will be immaculate. I am accepting applications now for early - mid December, so if you are interested in a room after your inspection feel free to make an application. I will give you all the information required for the application and what is required to proceed. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
