Hi I’m a 30 year old married primary school teacher who will be moving to the Geelong area next year due to gaining a full time teaching position. My husband lives overseas (and will remain their until our own build has finished) and family live in the rural Victoria so will head home most weekends. I like my down time however like the occasional chat over cheese and wine. I love my food and maintain a semi-healthy lifestyle so do enjoy preparing meals and going to gym or for walks however do love a burger and wine. My party days are pretty much gone so I’m hoping to find a nice quiet place during the week. Would also prefer to have my own bathroom but definitely not a deal breaker. I am currently waiting for my land to title so will be in the process of building my own home so a flexible lease long term lease would be a positive (hopefully be ready by end of 2019). Looking in the Armstrong Creek, Geelong, Belmont, Grovedale and Charlemont areas.
The property is located in a brand new estate located 15 minutes from Geelong City. Heaps of parking available, quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is brand new and comes with 2 Bathrooms and 2 toilets. Has a outdoor Alfresco area and contains an open plan living area. Nice spacious kitchen with butlers pantry.
Chilled couple, both work full time, clean, outdoor/ beach lifestyle

Hi! I’m 25 and work full time (most weeks I’ll do extra hours) in Armstrong Creek. I’m quite busy in my spare time and keep active. My working week is pretty busy so I’m out of the house a lot. My weekends are my own. I’m very happy keeping to myself, but would love a housemate or two to do house dinners or outings with. I have a female cat, she’s a sweet heart and very well mannered, never had a problem in all of my previous share houses.
Hey folks! Respectful, kind full-time worker here. Happy to provide you with current and past housemates for references. Always up for the occasional household banter and socialising but also prioritizing my career and a healthy lifestyle with early nights and lots of sleep, especially during the week. Life well travelled, filled with activities mostly spent outdoors (surfing, bouldering, longboarding) or related to everything creative (photography/filming, editing, drawing, music, reading etc.). Looking for similar people. Happy to have well behaved pets around :) Budget of 180/week includes all bills.

I am currently studying Occupational Therapy at Deakin and have a steady reliable job. I enjoy my own space however I am always up for a chat, some cheese and some netflix. I consider myself a tidy person and take pride in the space I live in. Looking for some housemates whom are happy to share the responsibility of housekeeping.
Hi, my name is Mikaela! I’m 24, work full time as a retail manager and I have 2 dogs. I’m currently staying in a sharehouse, but looking for somewhere more permanent for my dogs and I to live for 6months+. I have plenty of furniture in a storage unit, so I’m flexible with furnishings. I work mid-afternoons through to around midnight 5 days a week, so I’m often not home at the same time as most other people. I like my quiet time and typically keep to myself, but I’m always down for a movie night with some wine and snacks. I love to sew and read, and I like video games although I’m terrible at most. My dogs predominantly have lived outside for the last couple of years but they grew up as inside-dogs, so they’re completely house trained. Snoopy is a fluffy & chubby 6 year old Border Collie, and Marla is a lazy, cuddly 7 year old Staffy x Kelpie. Both love a walk and play, but they’re just as happy sleeping on your feet. I move out of my current share housing in mid jan, but I’m available to move from late December, and I’m open to teaming up or fitting into your already established home. Hit me up if you have any questions or if you think I might fit into your home!
Hey everyone, I’m Greta, I’m a surf coast local and I am looking to move to the Torquay area in January. I love going for walks along the beach, opp shopping, seeing friends and eating out/cooking. I’m looking for a relaxing humble abode to share my living space with. I love “Family Dinners” and drinks around the table. I’m a very easy going person who is always on the go.
I'm a 24 yo full-time student looking to move back to Geelong (where I grew up) to be close to loved ones. Currently living in the South East Suburbs of Melbourne. I study Interior Design in Melbourne CBD 4 days a week (Tue-Fri) and I'm looking to be a short drive from Waurn Ponds Station. I have been living in share housing for the last 5 years and am very respectful of others spaces and expectations. I don't have my own pets but I love other peoples dogs! I also love spending time with those I live with watching Netflix, having a couple of drinks or going to nice cafes. I'm looking at moving after December 11th once my classes and assignments are done for the year. If that timing works for you and you are interested in taking me on I'd be happy to come around and meet you to discuss in person :)
I'm easy going, love animals, introverted. Work daily. Quiet. Happy to watch Netflix with you. I have a very sweet dog who sleeps a lot. He is very clean and never barks and is friendly with other animals. I like to go on adventures every now and then, whether it's out to the countryside for the day or to get ice cream at 11pm. I clean up after myself and am happy to put the bins out.
I’m a Primary School teacher who works hard during the week. I’m easy going and own a beautiful 1 year old cocker spaniel named Rafa. I’m looking to move in the near future with the right people/ person. Please get in touch!

Hi, my name is Tyrone. I'm 26yrs old and work part time at Coles. I have a 4yr blue heeler called Casper that I am hoping to find a new home with by the end of this month so a pet friendly home is a must! Hes very friendly, and will win you over the moment you meet him. I am friendly myself and enjoy a beer and a chill out at home. Love my footy also. I currently live in Grovedale but my current housemate is moving interstate so that gives me a short time to find a new home for Casper and I. If you have anything available that could suit us, please message me. Thanks, Tyrone
Hi my name is Matt, I am 40 years old and work as a systems engineer in Melbourne. Don't let my age concern you, I am young at heart and can get along with all ages of people. Having previously owned my own place I am particularly clean and like to live with others who are similar. I am also very reliable with rent and bills. My work hours are from 9am - 6pm. When I'm not working I like to relax at home, do photography, go camping or 4WDriving and love cooking. I own a 6 year old dog named Ruby. She is inside mostly, but can be kept outside if need be. She is very friendly and a bit of a goofball. I have recently sold my house due to a separation and need a place to live while I organise to purchase some land and build again. Would prefer somewhere around the Armstrong Creek/Mt Duneed area but open to other places.

Looking for an unfurnished room large enough for a queen bed and desk. I'll be returning to study full time next year but am needing to move in November as my current landlord has decided to sell. I'm pretty chill but not willing to be the house maid that has to clean up after everyone else. I'm also pretty independent but will have a chat over dinner or whatever. Honestly not sure where all my time goes but I love books and music, and am trying to be more physically active, because I also love baking & eating :)
considerate, quiet and independent, clean, looking for long term with my girlfriend as have recently moved out of home and are studying!
I am easy going student who is mostly either at uni or at work and likes to keep house clean. I am ready to be on weekly cleaning roster as well as keeping my own room clean. I do not smoke and do not have any pets.

Whole house has central heating, with split system air conditioner in living area. Room can come furnished or empty, plenty of shed-space (4bay + 1extra) for any further storage required. Applicants need to be employed, considerate & tidy. Housework is shared (no dishwasher), garden maintenance I do myself, but green thumbs are welcome & encouraged! I just use my mobile for internet so you would need to look into options for yourself.
Beautiful spacious room in brand new spacious furnished house. Lovely bathrooms and utilities. Central heating. and large backyard. Close to Deakin Waurn Ponds and bus directly opposite house. (To Deakin and Epworth. One furnished room and one empty room. Take your pick! 😊. Keeping one empty.
I am a 25 year old nurse. Clean, tidy and respectful. Looking for someone who understands when I’m on night shift etc. I love a relaxed wine and would like housemates that would enjoy sharing a meal now and again. I have a 2 year old sausage dog but it’s neogitable if I bring her
Friendly and respectful 23 year old looking for flatmates who enjoy a good time but work hard and would love to make a new friendship. I love animals, reading and baking so you're always guaranteed some sweet treats! I work full-time as an Administration Assistant during the week and a casual Bartender on weekends.
Just moved to Geelong from Warrnambool, currently looking for work and hoping to start immediately as I hate not being employed. Starting uni in Feb at Waurn Ponds Deakin. I’m bubbly, easygoing and easy to be around. I’m a clean person and look after myself, I’m used to living in shared housing so know how to be respectful living around others
**LOOKING FOR JAN 2019 NOT NOW - please do not send your listing if you're looking for someone ASAP*** Hi! I'm originally from Perth and am currently studying medicine at Deakin and am looking for a place in late January/ Feb 2019. I do spend a fare amount of my time at uni but I'm generally very sociable yet respectful, and relatively neat but by no means a neurotic clean-freak. I love to cook, binge watch TV and have a drink and a dance every now and then. I'm an easy-going vegan who spends a lot of time in the kitchen and tries to be creative with the meals I make (as a vegan I must admit, I cook up some pretty wacky stuff) but love to share food and I am also completely nonjudgmental if the people I live with eat meat. I try to stay relatively active at the gym and enjoy weekend hikes when I have spare time but you'll also find me deep into a good 15 hour netflix binge every now and then:) I have a weekly routine of making a batch of homemade hummus and come with a pretty impressive collection of spices that I'm 100% down to share - I personally consider these my key housemate qualities. I'm hoping to find a share house with others who are friendly, chilled out and enjoy hanging out every now and then (whether it be a night out, weekly dinner or movie marathon) rather than just co existing 😊
****UPDATE*** WE HAVE FOUND 3 PROPERTIES WE ARE APPLYING FOR. PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP IF YOU CARE TO JOIN US. Two houses are in Belmont, the other in Bell Post Hill very close to the Ring Road. A 19 year old female is already joining me, up to 2 more housemates are still require to help offset the cost. If you are keen to inspect properties let me know asap as they're coming up very soon. Housemates will be expected to go the a lease as well*** I'm 56 and currently housesharing with various aged tenants. The owners are moving in as I write, to renovate and sell up. We all need to find new digs, hopefully with some storage space. Im a sociable bubbly person but also love my own time in my room to work and chill but love to have a wine or two over or after dinner or just because! Im a hairdresser/makeup artist and beauty therapist by trade and specialise in weddings and theatre work. Im winding back a lot with that work as I'm looking for a change. Im currently fitting out a trailer to become a mobile coffee business. The trailer will need to be parked off street for security and to heat the coffee machine in the mornings before I head out EARLY. I love to go see live musicians/bands and have a good old dance to clear the stress of the week. I have an Etsy online store and starting in spring, will be selling jewellery with a friend. I didnt become a hairdresser till my 40's. I wanted a complete career change from being a public servant. Much more fun and much harder work. I dont have pets and my children are all grown and independent and dont need to be fed and watered. I have a fair bit of stuff, my hairdressing and beauty stock and coffee making stock. So a garage or shed to store it in would be fab. The only furniture I have is a bed and some chairs. I have equipment that will be going into the trailer as well. I am flexible with start dates. I have excellent rental references and am extremely mindful of others and respectful of their space. I dont like living with messy or loud people. Sometimes loud is good, especially over the dinner table with a few wines! But not looking for a loud party house as I'll be starting early with the coffee biz. Happy to go on a lease and am currently looking at houses to rent and housemates to share with, as well. Cheers :) P.S. A 19 year old woman has now joined me in a search for a house to rent, she works full time and is about to dtart working in Waurn Ponds
Hey! I would consider myself to be super social, hard working and fun. :) I've been in share-houses for the last 3 years, so I am well-aware of how to respect eachothers space and keep the house nice and clean! Currently travelling Europe and hope to move in around Jan when I get home to Aus. :)

I am looking for a new abode for myself and my kitty, Eddie. We are both very tidy and easy to live with. My hobbies include surfing and brunch. I work shift work as a nurse at Geelong Hospital full time. I enjoy been social but also respect people's privacy. We are needing a new room by the 20th of December. Shoot me a message if you think I could be your next potential roomie!
