10 mins from the beach (Barwon Heads and Torquay). 15 minutes to Marshall Station. 15 minutes to Deakin University. The house is in a great location, with plenty of room and the available room is private, away from the main bedroom/ensuite which we use. We have two spare bedrooms but only wish to fill one, and are only looking for one housemate. The spare bedroom (3x4m) is located at the other end of the house to our bedroom, right next to the main bathroom which we barely utilise (more so for guests etc.) This area is somewhat removed from the rest of the house and very private, as a sliding door shuts both the bedroom and main bathroom off from the living area. The house will be furnished with the exception of the available bedroom. On street parking, on a quiet street with spaces always available. Wifi is included in the rent, which is NBN FTTP. 1/3 of the bills will be on top of the rent. An application will need to be made in order to be added to the lease. Rent: $140pw Bond: $577
I'm a fully qualified Electrician working full time in Ocean Grove. I am a fairly quite person who is very neat, tidy and I have a relaxed attitude. I enjoy going to restaurants, coffee shops and traveling abroad, I also like to video games in my spare time.
Beautiful brand new house. Bedrooms are spacious with walk in robes. Ducted heating throughout, washer and dryer in laundry as well as a dishwasher. 10-15 minutes to Barwon Heads or Torquay beaches and 15 minutes to Deakin University Waurn Ponds. Quiet neighbourhood with excellent walking/running tracks. High speed unlimited NBN available.
This is a newly build home (2015) in Armstrong Creek, in a nice, quiet and friendly community. It's a 10 minute drive to CBD Geelong, 10 minutes to Deakin Waurn Ponds University and 15 minutes to Torquay. Waurn Ponds shopping centre only is minutes away. There is a large shopping centre within walking distance, to be operational from September / 2017, with ALDI and Woolworths, plus many speciality shops. There is a good bus route to Geelong and surrounding areas and public transport travel time to Southern Cross, Melbourne just over 1.5 hours. I have just back to Australia after living and working abroad for two years. It is a cool 4 bed room, dual living, with large kitchen and open dining area. There is a patio area and garden and large area of grass. It features heating and AC. I am planning to create a cinema room out of the second living area. On street parking also. I am advertising the master bedroom with en-suite and one double room. Short stays of two months are welcome, will consider shorter stays on request. Bills are all inclusive, including unlimited WIFI (getting hooked up to NBN with download of 100/mbps). I have had lots of experience with house share and inclusive bills make things so much easier for all. I am happy to re consider if you wish to bill share. I am currently in the process of furnishing the whole home inside and out. If you have furnishings that you wish to move in with, that can be easily accompanied for. I want to make this house fun, extremely likeable and liveable to all. Move in date is any time. Please see photos, however I will update when the house is fully furnished.
New Zealander. I tidy up after myself and tend to get along with everyone. Always pay my bills and try to live a reasonably active lifestyle. I will be doing work placement and intend to get a job out of it. Initially need 3 months accommodation but after work placement I plan to stay put. I am still on course in New Zealand and will be finishing up and moving to Aus in mid June
The house is located in Warralily Coast, 10min from the surf in Torquay and 10 min from Geelong, with quick access to the Ringroad, close to Deakin University and Marshall Train Station. The rent is 110$ p/room = 220$ for both rooms = What you would have to pay = We are not renting the rooms separately. As the idea is to rent both rooms to a couple that would like to move in with us. One room that can be used as study/office/WIR and another to be used as bedroom. Hope this makes sense... :) We have a humble home gym, which you are welcome to use and there are plenty of parklands to enjoy a breath of fresh air. We have a majestic cat that pretty much sleeps 23h/day. If you have further questions contact us...

Looking for a place in the Geelong area which is where i am from originally. I work 9-5 full time in Geelong so I'll be pretty easy to live with. I'm an impeccably clean person and happy with pitch in with the household upkeep. I have a reliable car and have rental experience.

Hi I'm Jesse, currently in my third year as an apprentice cabinet maker, i'm from Bannockburn, looking to move out of my parents house for the first time, easy going, laid back, clean, hard working and very friendly. Look forward to hearing from you.
I'm clean, sociable, humorous, sporty and a non smoker. I study part time at Deakin (Waurn Ponds) and I work two casual jobs in Geelong as a respite care worker and as a disability support worker. Currently I live in Ballarat but I'm looking to move into Geelong as soon as possible, preferably into a place that is either walking/cycling distance or a quick bus ride to uni as I'd prefer to just use my car for work purposes.
Hey I really hate these self describe sections so this will be short and brief. I'm Joiner by trade, which if you have no idea what that is that's cool surprisingly not many do. I'm a clean individual who always pays his bills on time and more than happy to do my fair share of house chores. On the social side big fan of heading out an grabbing a drink at the local pub and chilling not overly keen on the night club scene Well that's me in a snap shot
I am a masters student. I love to stay in a shared accommodation because that is what makes life lively. Having said that, I like to have my own privacy as well, but also would not mind a drink or two with the housemate. Clean, easy going and friendly person. Workout freak.
Hi, I am a fulltime working guy who works for Council in the City of Melbourne and I am seeking a place to share in the out skirts of Melbourne. I plan to commute by v/line train to work and back for it is easier for me than dealing with traffic snarls that happen too often for ones liking. It would be good to also travel to country areas in my days off to seek my hobbies of fishing and hiking. I am currently sharing a house in the Western Suburbs in a fairly built up area and find it too busy with traffic and congestion everytime you want go anywhere and do anything. The place where I currently have lived for sometime is also congested. There is to many people and too little room for me and I have stuff in storage which I would like to get out. Time for a sea change! All my family are in West Australia and I pretty much here by myself. Its the job that I have that keeps me here and It a great job and I wont be leaving it for sometime I would think. I work a hell of a lot and I possibly work too many hours hense the country air and peacefull sounds of the bush is what I am seeking. I save up holidays for block trips back home to Geraldton a Couple of times a year and plan a large road trip for one of the family and myself back across to the West later this year. I really would like a safe a secure surroundings that has some parking and storage area for a car and trailer and a not too large shed or storage area for essential tools that I have. I am your typical bloke who can fix most things and I also have garden tools as well. Im not weird but there is something therapeutic about a lawn mowed properly. Yes I admit it, I like to do the gardening if available. I am not a drinker and I dont smoke. I did my bit of all that many years ago and realised that it was not only wearing a hole in my pocket, it was starting to affect my health like every one else. so I dont do any of that. I dont care if anyone else does dont get me wrong, I am not a cigga nazi or a anti alcohol wowza, I just dont do it. I am house trained also, yep I am not frightened of the mop or the vaaccum. Its pretty easy to do that stuff if it is kept up with, Its only hard when its let go and gets out of control. There ive said it. Strange coming from a guy huh. I have heaps more that I could fill the page with about me suffice to say that I have worked and travelled around Australia several times and I have worked in areas such as Mining, Steel, Primary industries to even medical, yep I also did nursing for six years. So if your looking for a reliable, full paying, house trained co inhabitant, I am possibly the person you seek. I just really need a decent place to live so I can get to the next career rung on that career ladder. The Council would like me to do some study at their cost. Look forward to hearing from you. Andrew.
